Xzean's rituals of power:

Raise the Undead Horde - This ritual, usually performed in a place where there are many corpses (Battlefields, graveyards, etc), transforms every corpse within 100 feet into a zombie that is under the command of the Necromancer. These zombies do not last long, an hour at most. They are under complete command of the caster.

Ritual of Mephitic Desolation - This ritual creates a horrible hymn in the air, that makes it so you can’t be heard unless you yell. The hymn’s purpose is to drown out the prayers mortals make to the Gods. This ritual makes it difficult to downright impossible for spells to be cast that are of a divine origin.

Flesh-Sloughing Wave - This ritual empowers the Necromancer to later employ the ritual with a wave of the hand. This ritual attempts to remove all the flesh from a target, willing or not. Obviously if the target is unwilling they can attempt to fight it off, but that is near impossible against a skilled Necromancer. This can be used for attack, but it’s primary use it to clean corpses of flesh so that there is a pristine set of bones available for use.

Mother’s Midnight Darkness - This ritual lets the Necromancer bring forth dark clouds and deep shadows in an area defined by the power of the caster. This is of use to undead, who can have an aversion to the sunlight.

Seat of Deathly Office - This ritual requires the Necromancer to speak several blasphemies to the Gods of Good. It summons forth a skeletal giant that falls to the ground, it’s remains forming into a throne of ivory bones. The throne radiates darkness, and this darkness can be controlled by the person sitting in the throne. This darkness seems sentient without being controlled, and can turn upon an unworthy caster.

Ritual of Shattering Void - This ritual has the Necromancer visualize a target and use a personal possession of theirs. For a moment the victim’s aura becomes visible, and then inverts itself before vanishing. This inversion lasts only a moment, but it wreaks havoc on the target’s physical body and spirit. Her skin flakes off, her flesh grows cold and very pale. Their heart flutters, and they will find themselves weak for many days after.

Shield of Shattered Bones - This ritual requires a few humanoid’s worth of bones, although it does not need full skeletons. This ritual causes the bones to float into the air before exploding into pieces, causing minor injury to the caster. Thereafter, the bones float around the caster and stay there until destroyed.

Circle of Undead Screams - The Necromancer walks a circle in bare earth. His feet let off shadows, and the earth that is walked becomes blackened and dead. After the circle is completed, the Necromancer is able to call any corpse to life that is within his senses, which are magically enhanced to seek out corpses, buried or not.

Xzean's Battle Spells

Scourgemark - Placed on an ally, it empowers them. Placed on an enemy it begins to drain their lifeforce and mana.

Claim of Erebos - A spell that directly attacks the opponent's life force and gives it back to the caster.

Stygian Lance - a lance of pure oblivion that unerringly hits the target.

Call the Blight - Infect an enemy with a wasting disease that develops rapidly. Boils rise on their skin, flesh rots and sloughs away, and dark, livid black patches of gangrene spread quickly across their body. This lasts 1 hour.

Reaper’s Passing - the target sees an image of their own death. This stuns the target for a short time.

Lethe’s Waters - the target, if they don’t fight it off, becomes an amnesiac. This is not a permanent effect, it lasts for 24 hours.

Chill Touch - places a curse on the victim, causing them to be very cold internally. This slows their actions, and causes them to shake and gnash their teeth. Lasts 1 hour.

Deflection of Wooden Doom - the next time someone attempts to pierce the caster’s heart, the weapon turns to dust. Even if the weapon resists the spell, the attempt automatically misses.

Detect the Hidden Observer - The caster feels a sharp pain in their forehead whenever a supernatural ability or spell is used within a mile of the caster.

Incorporeal Passage - The caster takes on the form of a ghost. They cannot be touched by anything that is on the living side of the Veil. The caster can cancel this spell at will, otherwise it lasts 1 hour.

Flesh of Paper - The enemy’s skin becomes brittle and weak. Humors rise to the surface and flesh tightens around bones and scales away at the slightest touch. This lasts 1 hour.

Blood Burst - The most feared spell in a Necromancer's aresenal, the caster uses his own blood or the blood of others and physically throws it at the enemy. The two usual methods are to coat the fingertips and flick the hand so the drops go flying, or using a container in some way and throwing it. When in the air, the blood bursts into a ball of combustible force, followed by a large amount of flame. With each -drop- that lands, it is equal to the force of a fireball of elemental origin.
