Rumors:
- Leader of the All-Seeing Syndicate, a mysterious organization thought to be behind several criminal enterprises.
- Stories whispered throughout the shadows suggest the Oracle's Third-Eyed Thugs can be recognized by the golden eye painted on their brow, but they rarely leave survivors and such stories may as well be myths.
- Suspected to be based in Cenril, the long, spindly fingers of the Oracle have also reached Rynvale, Venturil, Larket, and Vailkrin.
- Former wielder of the curse'd Major Wand of Pain. Some say it was stolen by the former Second-in-Command, but the Oracle is not to be underestimated without it.
- Provided the intricate network of distribution for a certain alchemical concoction.
Confirmed:
- Kidnapped the proprietor of the Large Inn of Cenril. The innkeeper has not been seen since February 2020. His wife leaves reward posters on several boards every week, refusing to give up the search, to give up the hope that he'll be found hale and whole.
