Arc:For All Time. Always.

Khitti and Brand's time together, since they first met 6 years ago, has always been strange. But it became even stranger after the first time the two shared visions of themselves in an alternate universe, where they were roommates in a apartment in modern times. Since then, there have been countless times where more alternate universes have been opened up to them via shared visions and dreams, the two forever entwined even in these other realms as Fate has demanded. Things waned for a while, when it came to these visions/dreams, but everything changed when a woman named Viera sought to destroy Brand for things he'd done back in Catal. Both he and Khitti were turned into their alternate selves (Annette and Khitt) and things have not been the same since.

Now, doorways to their alternate selves have been opened and the Herzeglers have been thrown into madness. The downside? The doorways work both ways and not every AU Khitti and Brand are as lovely as they are...

  • One or more universes that exist in the multiverse, all of which have some similarities, be it people or events, but also has some major differences as well. These differences occur by someone simply taking a different path home or choosing between using jam or butter on their toast. Each choice may spawn a new alternate universe.

It had started as visions, both spurred on by Khitti's sister Lydia, and also as a side effect from a necklace with a broken lapis lazuli pendant whose inherent magicks reacted badly to electrical charges, then it moved on to recurring nightmares. But when Dominic was born, sporting the same look as their child from the visions, it was made clear that those were more than just shared dreams--they were real. It even was eventually made known that Onyx too had been something more than they seemed, a child of Khitti's from another alternate timeline where Facilier had won.
