Description:

An athame with a handle made of smooth black walnut with delicate veins of celestial bronze webbing through it. The pommel is shaped as a crescent moon, the guard three moons curving slightly down to fit over the hand. The blade itself is thin and straight, sloping down to a wicked point. The most unusual aspect of the athame is the material the blade was forged from. Nearly as clear as glass and thin as a whisper, when in contact with magic it shines with the swirling blue and green light of Vaalane as if a moonbeam is trapped within.

History:

Found by Valrae and Lanlan in Selene’s sacred moon pool along the Serpent’s Pass.

Additional Information:

An ancient work of art crafted by the very gods themselves, The Weaver’s Moon allows the wielder to see and manipulate the “weave” of spell work as well as sever the threads, essentially rendering spells useless if used properly. It can also cut through magical bonds.
