Customs Price List

From HollowWiki

Custom Pricing

Because custom items are supposedly rare and unique, the cost for customs will not be cheap to keep everyone from having an artifact, or unique weapon/armor/item/pet, and so forth.

General Rules

Naming Items & Looks: Requests for all customs should be kept to a reasonable length. Admin will not approve requests that reference real life peoples/regions.

    • Example: Plaid Scottish Kilt would be denied but Red-Plaid Wool Kilt is fine.
  • Selling back: Only Weapons, Armor, Pets, and miscellaneous items may be sold back to the admin for a refund. However, you will only receive 1/2 the gold for the item's total value.
  • Selling to others: Custom Weapons, Armor, Pets, and miscellaneous Items may be sold to other players at any price the selling player desires if they don't wish to get a refund from the admin.
  • Renaming an item may be requested. If it is a small change to the item, it will cost 7500 gold, half the price of a +0. Admin may fix typos for free at their discretion. If renaming results in a complete redesign of the item, you are effectively selling back the item at 1/2 its value and buying a new item.
    • Example: You have a +2 weapon, a sword, that cost 19,000 gold. You want to change it to a +2 armor, a helmet. +2 armor costs 20,000 gold. You will pay 10,500. Why? 20,000 gold minus 9,500 gold (half the value of the +2 weapon that you are renaming, which cost 19,000 gold).
  • Bonuses: Each bonus to an item. If you get a +2 weapon, you must still pay 15,000 gold to get it created + 2000 gold to make it +1 and another 2000 gold to make it +2, coming to a total of 19,000 gold.
  • Upgrades may be added to items after creation at any given time. You must pay the difference in the cost to upgrade the item. Example: You have a +2 weapon that cost 19,000 gold. You want to upgrade it to a +3 weapon that would normally cost 22,000 gold. You must pay 3,000 gold to upgrade from a +2 weapon to a +3 weapon.
  • RP Discount: Players who feature an RP item in RPs logged on the wiki may request to create a +0 custom item at a 50% discount, to be granted at admin discretion. Only one item may be requested at a time, no RPs for a bulk set of items.
  • Pets: General Creation [+0] = 15,000. Pet Starting Attributes will all be 5 HP/Stamina/Magic. Pets can also add to a character's total AC. See the pricing table for more information.
    • +5 HP/Stamina/Magic = 8,000 [Stat Boosters for Pets may be Purchased at a total of 15 times only, making the max buyable stats for custom pet 80 HP/Stamina/Magic]

Customs for Rooms

Private houses and shops can be purchased as one of the premium services that we offer.

However, with the hope of supporting group RPs with their endeavors, the admin have decided that custom rooms can be purchased on a temporary two week basis for 25,000 gold. These temporary rooms can be used to help set the scene for any far off adventures (to Sylo Alari, for example, or the Shadow Planes) that any guilds, clans, or group of players may be hoping to have. Please note that we will request that FOUR or more other players be involved, in addition to the 25,000 gold fee. This is an offer for those hosting group RPs only.

Area leaders shoulder review the rules of leadership page for information on editing or creating rooms in their area.

Additional notes: 8 initial members and a wiki-page are also needed. If you do not know how to create a wiki page, feel free to contact an admin (Meri, Valrae, Karasu, Khitti) or a wikiguide (Penelope, Quintessa) via hmail for assistance.
Further information, including a full list of rules, can be found here: Clan Information

(Special Note:-This list is correct as of June 2014 and is subject to change at any time.)

Clan Headquarters
Clan headquarters are available; the clan must be at least thirty days old and must still have at least 8 members for the headquarters to be built. Clan Headquarters are free.

Clan Custom
Only clan owners may purchase items for their clan.

Clans may only have 3 items per slot. (This means a clan can only have 3 body items of clothing, 3 items of footwear, etc.)

Clan items MUST be returned upon clan departure. Admin can and will remove items from players. If the items are refused to be handed back, the player may be fined up to the item's value.

Clan items MUST remain in the clan. Clans caught buying items for non-clan members will be disbanded permanently. Offending players may be punished by having their inventories wiped clean. Anyone caught giving items away to frame people will also be punished.

If these rules are continuously broken, clan items will be withdrawn as a Customs option.

Further information on clan customs can be found one down from Kelay Tavern.
