About
The Umbral Council is a group of like-minded individuals who are hungry for power and willing to put aside mundane differences to achieve lofty goals.
As a whole, the Umbral Council is considered evil by nature and will do anything to obtain its prime directive, which isn't known to the public. Whether they pull strings from the shadows to make their moves, extort others with evidence, or simply smash down their opposition with brute force, they will stop at nothing.
First and foremost, the Umbral Council is a secret organization. Unknown to the world at large and kept that way for very good reasons. If, for some odd reason, you're in the know (and you shouldn't be), you will be silenced.
Though their plans are not clear, you can be sure it's something nefarious.
Requirements
The Umbral Council is an RP intensive clan that expects you to understand rp etiquette at the very minimum.
Though it is not mandatory to fight others, from time to time IC conflicts can and may happen. A willingness to learn how to duel is mandatory. (You reserve the right to not actually duel other players.)
Your character must be of the evil alignment and be able to set aside differing views for the common goal.
Lastly, we adhere to Hollow's rules/codes/guidelines set forth by Hollow's administrative staff and expect the same from you.
How to Join
Recruiting is done through in-character means. You may contact one of the leaders OOCly to express an interest in the clan, but in order to officially join you must complete one or more scenes that actively bring your character into The Umbral Council.
