- Asofar, me and Redhale have been working to collect the co-ordinates of dead rooms in Vailkrin, so we know what we have to work with. On top of this, Jaymes has been helping with providing a list of houses for Vailkrin, Syraen is helping by fleshing out his house. Aaand, a few people have put in their suggestions for the overall political make-up of current Vailkrin.--Kasyr 23:38, 10 February 2012 (UTC)
- In this vein, we currently have the proposed list of vampiric houses for Vailkrin, along with their 'order' of ranking. (Alot of props go to Jaymes for providing these houses, and a shout-out to Tiph, for making me think to flesh them out).

House Mahara
-Led by Lord Antonin Mahara
-Primarily historians and keepers of hidden secrets
-Motto: Knowledge Is Power.
-Heraldry: A burning arcane orb.
-Goal: continue to record history and track down ancient, sometimes deadly secret magics
-Organization: College type, with leader as Headmaster figure
-Normal traits: Reclusive and observant
-Led by Lady Alesha Ginavi
-Necromancers
-Motto: Service Beyond Death.
-Heraldry: A Dragonic creature scourged of life, flesh, and scales with mouth open in mid-roar.
-Goal to push the bounds of necromancy and unlock new magics
-Organization: Mage's Circle, leader is high mage
-Normal traits: Somewhat sadistic and callous
House Trintus

-Heraldry: A golden crown with ornate jewels and a mighty divinating scepter.

House Asharam

-Heraldry: Two serrated daggers held in an 'X' with blood dripping off the steel.
-Goal: To eliminate threats to the government of Vailkrin, political enemies, and high priority targets.
-Organization: Special forces and espionage.
-Normal traits: Cunning and ruthless.

-Heraldry: A chest plate of armor with thorns wrapping around it.
-Goal: Further bladesinger studies; bodyguards to political figures

-Goal:Protect Vailkrin; Strengthening the vampiric race

If anyone wants to offer some suggestions, feel free. As well as perhaps writing a blurb on unaffiliated vampires.
There was also house Kikei, which was led by Lady Zarrina Kikei, and was composed of Psions. During the main battle for Vailkrin - it fell under attack (whether by Lucius' forces or those amidst the current ruling houses- this is unknown). Regardless, it was reduced to a broken house, and the few survivors were scattered. If someone wanted to perhaps try and revive it- that's always a possibility (Though, it could also simply stay gone).
