A simple guitar, seemingly nothing special other than having been made out of dark wood with tuning cranks and inlays in brass, strung using spirit and fate strings. Each of the nine strings slowly go through a spectrum from a bright coral color to a deep sunset red, string by string from top to bottom. If played with a plan and intent, it works much the same as a normal guitar save that the sounds it produces and the sound heard by listeners seems to vary slightly from person to person. If simply aimlessly noodled on, the music produced seems entirely determined by the character of whoever is playing it and what listeners her somewhat depends on their relationship with the player. Apparently, the sound is a resonance between the musician, the listener, and their shared destiny.
