Appearence

Where most of her kind adopt the fashions and wrappings of the damned either by necessity, simple old-fashioned culture, or as a method of intimidation Blaire treats it as just that: Fashion. The woman might've looked slightly boyish, with her gymnastic build, squareish jaw, narrow eyes and preference to keep her hair short, only she leaves no room for doubt. More often than not wrapped in shiny black leathers, tight enough to leave some doubt whether the leather shapes her curves or the other way around, bristling with studs and spikes. She flaunts mystical sigils and thematic accesories and jewelry with designs of bats, skulls and arcane runes. Presumably worn to match the extensive collage of tattoos along the same lines she's fond of displaying as part of any outfit.

Background

Blaire hails from a long line of mages upholding the weaving tradition. Esoteric and specialized magic. Though she didn't mind the tutoring, and took to the magical art with some interest (though she was far less interested in the philosophy and applications of it outside of her personal use and point of view) she eternally rebelled against... everything else. The bourgeoisie lifestyle, the noblesse oblige sentiments and more or less the whole culture of self-agrandisement in general. Perhaps the only thing that truly colored her was her peoples bond with the dark arts and the forces of the undead. No surprise then, when she struck out on her own and ended up in vailkrin. Plying her trade as a mystical seamstress and fashionista - all too well at home among the less than wholesome denizens. Perhaps inevitably, she was eventually 'offered immortality' by a sponsor who saw the possibilities of her mystical skills. In return for payment, of course.
