Tiphareth nods toward Guyon, "Greetings, we will be free of prying eyes and ears here."

Guyon nods in return- though the confusion on his face is evident. Mumbling to himself he says "I woulda swern this place wasn't 'ere when I walked in." Shaking off his surprise, Guyon turns to the Drow. "'ello. Yeh 're one of the "suspects" I gath'r? Wha' can I do fer yeh?"

Tiphareth said to Guyon, "The one known as Achaedas, I know he was taken by the sheriff Roldan a few days ago, to the best of my knowledge he still has not been released. Was he still in the jail when you were brought there?"

Guyon shakes his head, his mane twisting with the motion. "Nah, I was teh only one th're- and nawt e'en fer tha' long. Some new Knight tried teh accuse meh of killing some 'uman girl." The centaur looks the drow up and down for a moment "And they suspected yeh as well? Yeh 'ardly seem the type to kill a bystander."

Tiphareth shakes his head in an indication of agreement, "Indeed you are correct, I did not kill the girl. I have people keeping watchful eye for this man's release, but you say he was not there whilst you were... perhaps the rumors I've heard are true. Some say he's already been killed."

Guyon crosses his arms over his chest, his lips set hard. Eyes cast downward as the centaur thinks back to the interrogation and shakes his head once more "No, t'was me and the Knight- an' there def'nitely isn't room teh hide someone there either." Guyon pauses, his ears twitching slightly as his mind races. A quick inhale as a through strikes him "I di' smell somethin: blood... Though it seem'd faint. A' the time I 'ad assumed one o' the knights 'ad been hunting; but now..." he pauses, "Now, th're could be moar than one murder."

Tiphareth furrows his brow, "I don't think the King Consort would do such a thing, he seemed rather on the calm side when he talked to me. I would think either the Sheriff or the Queen herself might do such a thing, they both seem rather... unstable."

Guyon curls his lips upward in thought, simultaneously raising an eyebrow. Nodding in agreement, Guyon ponders momentarily "Teh Sheriff seem'd r'ther calm when I was th're; though I 'ave yet to meet the Queen or the King Consort." Gazing about, the centaur is tempted to whistle in appreciation of the room, but decides against it. He chooses, rather, to be more bold. "Why are yeh so concerned about this Ach'edas? Was he a friend o' yours?"

Tiphareth said to Guyon, "It's not the man I'm concerned with so much as the situation. If he was killed merely for being a suspect, and I also am a suspect, then the appropriate precautions must be made. I just wanted to verify whether or not the man had been killed before setting things into motion."

Guyon furrows his brow in frustration "Well yeh say tha' yer fri- no, the suspect 'asn't been seen since he was brought in? 'nd he wasn't there when I was th're. Tha' coupled with the smell o' blood would be enough teh make any one wary." He pauses, musing for several long moments. "If we 're in danger, or e'en a hint o' it, then we must take preca'tions." Guyon stops abruptly, his hooves clicking on the marble in near excitement. "Wai'!" He stops, his eyes darting from one side to the next in anxious thought. "Ther' was somethin' that teh Knight said 'ust 'efore I left, but at the time, I thought t'was in jest, or just teh try and scare meh. He said that the Queen 'ad killed one man that day fer what he 'ad said, and that she might come back to kill me as well." Turning bodily towards one of the walls, the centaur raises his hands upward, sandy colored claws extending slowly. Turning back to the Drow he says "Somethin' must be done then. If the queen 'as killed a man fer no reason."

Tiphareth said to Guyon, "I noticed that the sheriff Roldan was in the tavern, I'd not let him bring you back into Larket, that office is obviously not safe for anyone right now."

Guyon crosses his arms over his chest again, wary not to stab himself. Eyes narrowing in thought, "Do any o' the other suspects know? Or is it jus' you an' me?"

Tiphareth thinks for a moment, rubbing his chin as the mental gears turn away. "There was a Knight, Cecil, he was in while I was. I don't believe he knows. I'm not sure what other suspects have been detained. As far as I know, only you and I are privy to this information, though it must get out."

Guyon glances up quickly at the mention of Cecil. "Aye, I know o' him. He traveled with me on my campaign inteh the south o' the Nameless Desert- helped me gain control o' the region. He'd ne'er kill anyone 'nd he definitely must know, I won't le' my friend be killed." Guyon turns to make a hasty exit, but stops himself; turning back towards the drow he adds "Wha' if the Queen finds out? There's no way teh stop her while we're both still suspects fer killing some 'uman."

Tiphareth said to Guyon, "Leave that to me, I'll take care of making sure this issue gains the full attention it requires. Mention this conversation to no one for both of our safety."

Guyon nods "Is th're anything yeh need me teh do?"

Tiphareth said to Guyon, "Just stay safe, keep your distance from the Larket officials, and don't let them take you by any means."

Guyon nods slowly "T'll be best teh keep in the desert fer now. No one will e'er travel through there 'cept me, 'nd only fools would foll'w meh."

Tiphareth nods to the centaur, "Very well then, I will let you know if I come across any further news regarding the investigation, I hope you will do the same."

Guyon gives a deep nod in return "Aye, if I 'ear anything, ye'll be the first teh know."

Tiphareth said to Guyon, "Thank you, upward will lead you back from whence you came."

Guyon said to Tiphareth, "Thank yeh. "

Guyon exits up.

Tiphareth calls forth one of his assassins, a short utterance of arcane verse quickly spilling forth from his lips as the Drow is polymorphed into a young wood elf girl. Tiphareth spreads a bit of perfume on the man's clothing to cover up any scent of the Underdark about his form before handing the Drow a piece of blank parchment, the Eldermage dictates, "Take this down; ATTENTION CITIZENS: The tyrant Queen Jacklin has murdered an innocent suspect in the sherrif's office of Larket. The land is not safe from the Queen and her goons who will round up anyone and everyone in attempts to find the healer's killer. Do not let Parsithius, Roldan, or any other Larketian Knights take you away, it could easily mean your death." Now go post this on every board in the land, do not lurk in the various Taverns, just post and leave. Tiphareth hands the altered fellow a small vial, "When you have completed this task, use your teleportation ring to return to the Underdark. Ensure no one can see you and then drink this potion, it will revert you to your original form."

--In Kelay Tavern:

Tiphareth enters the tavern, taking a precautious position in the corner surrounded by his entourage, peering over the various patrons.

Tiphareth watches as a young wood elven girl enters the tavern, the female approaching the board and then quickly departing. Upon her departure, the Eldermage returns his gaze to the various tavern patrons.
