Description:

Nothing fancy, just a vellum coupon promising a discount on a comission from Hollows Premerie Soulweaver! (That's right, there's only one now. Gets your unique literally personalized creations while you can!) Curiously, the coupon refuses to be folded or rolled up and will fly and flutter dramatically when thrown. The script on it also seems to be constantly making minor adjustments, careful about that.
