Max Drop: 4000 gold, 0 silver, 650000 copper- Samples of this creature found both in the Nameless Desert and the Underdark note that they were birthed from the same chitterling released from Vailkrin many years ago. It has been observed that there are wide variations in its exoskeleton durability, as it collects detritus from its surroundings and fuses it into its body to shield exposed areas. Experts estimate that it's Armor Class equivalent can reach as high as 50. Do not let it's youth lower your guard; by the time it hatches, its needle-sharp teeth are already strong enough to pierce dragon scales.
