Water-Speech

Water-speech is the oceanic version of ‘common’ and is understood by most sentient sea creatures. This language a mixture of sonic expression (as with dolphins, whales, etc) and low frequency psionic transmission which adds nuance, but also aids land-walkers in comprehending water-speech while under the influence of Golden Kelp.

Most beings who ingest this magical sea herb, unless utterly immune to psionic/telepathic transmissions, are also able to respond in water-speech while submerged.
