Very popular in the summer months, this version of the cakelog is a light and fluffy angel food cake, with whipped cream and thinly sliced strawberries layered within, and a dusting of powdered sugar. An alternate version of this has strawberry jam in the middle, with the top and sides covered in a drizzle of white icing (the kind typically found on bundt cakes).
