A favorite amongst the winter and Frostmaw for its frosty, minty taste, this cakelog is made up of the same espresso-enhanced chocolate cake as its double chocolate cakelog cousin, with mint-flavored white chocolate chips and regular semi-sweet chocolate chips in the cake, a layer of chocolate frosting in the middle, and the top and sides of the cakelog lovingly slathered with mint-flavored dark chocolate ganache.
