The Life of a Were-Bear
Born and raised in the Xalious Mountain Range a small girl was bitten by a strange creature, that later turned out to be a Were-Bear. Every full moon, her parents would lock her away to keep her from running off and never returning, due to the changes a creature like this went through.
As she entered her adulthood, she embraced the beast within, to control it and learn to change at will. The young woman saw her problem as a gift and wanted to use it for her benefit as well as to help others and protect the mountain range.
Little did she know that hunters would be after her for large amounts of coin. Letting her guard down, she was captured by the hunters and sold to a trader, who then shipped her to Rynvale and traded her to a wicked man.
This man found a way to create a potion that could be consumed with her daily meals to keep her as a bear for his own joyful needs and wants. He had her raid houses and farms, kill livestock and people and fight other animals just so he could collect on coin and other treasures that came with her results. If she failed, she was beaten and abused. Oh how she came to hate this man, this wizard who used her, abused her and treated her poorly...
...Now she waits for someone to come rescue her from this cage, this prison she is in.
