Samwell the Poet
Samwell is new to the World of Hollow, wandering where he may to garner knowledge of people and the land they inhabit. From this knowledge he writes poetry, depicting all that he sees and learns. Due to recent developments and the Xalious Tree, the young poet has discovered a magical connection between his art and the World of Hollow. Having only discovered this recently he works to manifest this in a more powerful aspect as he learns more about his potent new abilities. He seeks council and friendship in his new unfamiliar environment, not sure where he fits in yet in the land.
Appearance
Samwell is a vibrant, young man, from his garb to his eyes that exude a curious excitement to the fiery mop of hair that sits atop his crown in its typical disarray. His build is slight, the look of a man who walks a great deal, though does nothing else to impress upon his physical appearance. Adorning this frame are the simple clothes of a traveler, tunic white and stained from all the walking, dark cotton pants and boots to match. A satchel is always slung casually over one shoulder, held close with one hand, rather than the usual fashion of carrying a satchel crossing over the sternum. In the other hand is a stringed instrument that varies based on Samwell's ever changing curiosities (Though usually a mandolin). The most noticeable thing about the young man aside from his charming demeanor and excitable nature is the slightly larger than it ought to be scroll, it adorns his back like some cultures do their young, roped tightly over his chest in a protective manner. It is his most treasured possession and the one item he is reluctant to talk about, and with the young man's incessant need to speak, this is most unusual.
