Blooded Triads
Lead by Blut, Lycidas has an understanding of how they're to work together to meet both their needs. Blut has promised men and resources to Lycidas in exchange for the removal of targets and shipments the man no longer wants against him.
House Dragana
Lead by Larewen Dragana, Lycidas has sworn fealty to her and her household in exchange for a coven of his own someday. The coven has agreed to assist him, due to his patronage and is another great asset due to it's capability to provide funding, necromancy training and troops.
Thorns
Has reached out to the gang known as Thorns in an attempt to recruit them to his cause, is still awaiting a meeting for further information.

Blut
Leader of a Cenrilli gang, the Death knight has made a pact with this ring leader to target specific Merchants in exchange for men to assist with the jobs Lycidas needs done.
Melawan / Mehrafarina
The weaponsmith of Cenril and her apprentice have locked into an agreement with the Death Knight to produce a small force of weapons for him in exchange for ore and money, along with assistance in the work.. They have also been specifically tasked with creating him the start to a master piece weapon, something the vampire will be able to brandish and strike fear into other's hearts.
Ngirturong
Is a vampire student that is currently working with Lycidas as his assistant / first true member. Though the group has just started she has shown a lot of gumption towards actually being useful in his schemes.
Larewen
Another vampire the man has made an association with. He currently has sought out her assistance is bringing forth the demonic presence of a nightmare and cerberus to contribute to his conquest. The woman's coven and services in exchange for his own have been offered.
Thamalys
Another youth the man has come across, the man is rather unable to process with the rest of the world well though Lycidas has not found a problem in this yet. Thamalys has become quite important to Lycidas' cause for his unusual gift in memory, recalling any fact he reads from books. Lycidas plans to utilize his unique gifts in the distant future.

The Great Ore Heist
Lycidas has recently stolen a shipment of metal and gems on it's way to Frostmaw. With further shipments the target of his ever expanding reach, will this be the only one to go missing?
Recruitment
Lycidas is in the process of contacting as many of the various gangs about Cenril, the vampire covens of Vailkrin and whomever else he might find in the search of more bodies for his vision.
Larket
Lycidas has shifted his attention to Larket, stealing as much of the resources coming in due to the recent earthquake as manageable. He has already robbed multiple caravans headed in. Due to recent events however, Lycidas is currently struggling with his operations with Larket and is turning his attention elsewhere.. Hoping to strengthen his operation there while also building further elsewhere.
Notes
This is obviously quite the work in progress! But, it's a start. Each section is something I plan to work on slowly over time and will be adding to as I get to it. As I fully construct this character for the sheer joy of a past and allow the roleplaying on Hollow to make a future.
