Dorion Vexx a Forsaken elf born and raised in vhys. He is estimated to be between 170-180 years old which is fairly young in his race. He stands at 5"3' and weighs in at nearly 115lbs, his small stature and build gives him the look of a frail almost useless figure in the eyes of many. What he lacks in physical size he more than makes up for in intellegence, doing what he can to learn about everything from how different weapons are used in battle or how certain faults in armor can be used to his advantage, to the strengths and weaknesses of different mancies, or even what type of reaction people have to certain things being said. He often uses his size too his advantage to let anyone who may pose a threat see him as weak and suprise them with a burst of strength and energy. Derion is not known for looking like a normal forsaken elf, this being because he seems to always be scheming and has been seen speaking to himself about death or the newly deceased. His pale skin and dark shouder length hair seems to be normal for his people, as does his infatuation with Delisha. He commonly wears a dark cloak with dark red thorns embleished on the bottom, covering dark blue aristicratic clothing having trim and fasteners made of what seems to be real gold. he carries a worn staff giving home to many insects known to carry infection, aswell as a holtser on his left hip holds a small dagger, and on his right a larger light pouch with multiple pockets containing ingrediants to make multiple common poisons which he has slowly built an immunity to. He is a practicing terramancer although he has only simple spells and bindings under his belt. He has been known to use necromancy viciously aswell as he can and strives to join the necromancer's guild. He was known as the prince of pestilance to many of his people bringing death and disease where ever he went. He is a strick follower of delisha and wishes to speak to her as he did in the past before she seemed to disappear, this is the reason he has left Vhys and his old title as a house noble. He strives to learn more about delisha and aspires to meet or even have people see him as a god like being one day.

The day to day life of Darion Vexx

Darion walks into the Mages tower looking for the masters that teach basic magics and magical knowledge. As boring as it was to him being a Frosaken elf and using necromancy to praise is goddess, growing up learning magic and being taught magical basics as a child he knew that to becoe a part of the mages guild and the necromancers guild he would have to show that he understood the basics and sit through the lectors hed could teach as well as be taught spells and the like that he either already had an understanding of or had no use for. He did eeverything he could not to go directly into a state where he ignored the rambling of others and eventually wandered the halls and stairways to the classroom that taught the basics of magic theory. He notices the man beside him seems to be a teacher here and asks where to find the rooms and classes needed to move up in ranks as well as other classes Darion would attempt to go to such as potions classes or dark arts classes. Oriyan responded only after studying Dorian for a few moments "I am one of many teachers here and it so happens that I can teach you theory and basic spells. with time im sure you will grasp and master the simple spells and be ready to move up here in the guild." Darion nods to the man holding his tongue so not to come across as rude. He warped his face into a tight forced smile before speaking "I would apprciate it sir. I know a little about magic already but im sure i will learn much from you." his smile remained on his face after he told the man that he knew less than he truely did. Darion knew that the only thing he may learn her is basic spells of different mancies and possible a few magical parlor tricks that he honestly feels he does not need. Oriyan would motion toward a class room filled with long desks and chairs in a semi circle thick books lay infront of each chair, and beside sat different notes and papers left by the students before. "Take a seat and we can start your first class." oriyan spoke clearly and it showed in his voice he wanted to help Darion become a strong mage in the guild. Darion followed Oriyan into the room and sat at a seat in the front just off center. He looked at the bindings of each book which read "Magical theory, The basics of casting and summoning, as well as smaller books on the history, use and knowledge held with each mancie." Darion sighed under his breathe knowing he class would bore him but still he sat, for at first one hour, then two, and three, finally after the fifth hour Oriyan was complete with his lecture of Magical theory and was writing on a small desk off to the side of the room. That is when Darion knew that he would most likely not be able to openly practice his particular art form here. Oriyan walked toward Darion stopping infront of his section of the desk with a quizzical expression on his face. "Did anyone tell you you needed to work toward finding a tuter to hold you as an apprentice?" his voice was serious and questioning Darion did what he could to hide his frustration with the question asked "I assumed i would need a more advanced member to show and teach me more advanced subjects." Darion stood up and gathered what he needed to seem like he would go and study the basic magical knowledge the lecture he sat through was about. and began to walk out of the class when Oriyan spoke up. Oriyan asked Darion as Darion began ot walk away "Do you have prior knowledge of the magical arts? I know that the Forsaken Elves have a knack for the art of Necromancy, but you haven't said anything about it." Darion turns around quickly tilting his head slightly and pushs a forced smile out "Yes i am a practicing necromancer" Darion paused for a moment before talking again "quite frankly these basic classes im being forced to take are bland and boring...Everything in these books is simple knowledge for even the young of my kind." Oriyan nodded as he listened to Darion speak. The teacher of magical arts smiled ass he noted "These classes may be dull to you but they are an essentual part of moving up in the ranks of powerful mages here in the mages tower. If you can prove to the teachers here that you do indeed have the basic knowledge and power of a mage then by all means when you feel you can impress us come and try." Darions expression darkened and he began to speak stopping himself seeing his own frustration with the mans remark come to light on his expression he thought better of causing issues knowing that even if he knew the subjects he was forced to sit through he was still not up to have a fight with any of the skilled teachers at the mages guild. Darion instead thanked Oriyan for the class and left clutching the book on necromancy and leaving the rest behind in the classroom. Darion then left the mages tower and decided to have a go at finding the tuter he would surely need to rise to the next rank and become a member of the necromaners' guild.

Darion awoke from his slumber in the chapel of pleasure, his home away from home for the time being. The temple was filled with dancers, indulgent food, and the other many sinful pleasures that the goddess Delisha finds so blissful. After leaving the mages temple only the day before, Darion searched for someone to take him on as an apprentice, having no luck finding one on the first day he decided to go back to the tower and begin his dull studies once again. Oriyan smiled to the semmingly young elf as he watched him walk toward the classrooms the book Darion took the day before under his arm. "Welcome back Darion. I am glad to see you decided to come back and learn the essentials of magic use." Oriyan led the way into the classroom walking in the front of the class and begins explaining how to create the most basic cantrips.

Darion listened to the Oriyan speak paying more attention to him then he did the day before, even asking simple questions about some fields he did not know much about such as cantrips and other basic spells of different mancies. "So a cantrip is just a ball of magical light?" Darion never was taught how to use cantrips, his people used necromancy and almost never used any other type of magic. The doors to the room opened and a few young mages walked into the room and sat down around the room opening books and eagerly looking to Oriyan to learn these basic things all mages must know to excell in the magical world. Two of these students where High elves whos race were quite possibly the greatest arcane magic users in the world. There was one human student who darion noted as seeming confident. The last student was another forsaken elf like Darion the elf seemed to put off an attitude like he was of higher power and had a cockiness to him that Darion did not feel he deserved. Oriyan introduced the other students which Darion ignored until the other of his kind spoke up and introduced himself as Shitai "The most advanced mage in this level of the mages guild." Oriyan told the elf to sit and pay attention to the class as he began demenstrating how to use and create cantrips, and simple spells of the other mancies. Oriyan showed each one and taught how to create them to the students simply and asked each student to show him their understanding of the spells by using them. Oriyan went around the room correction the students who had made mistakes or whos magic needed slight adjustment, never needing to come to Darion or Shitai.

Oriyan then asked each student to show a type of magic that they had learned and not been shown how to do in the guild. Most of the students showed more simple spells Darion had no use for. Then Shitais' turn came and he stood in front of the class and he asked Oriyan to step back. He held out his hand and a ball of fire the size of an apple began to grow in his hand the other students gawked at the magic Shitai could use and watched carefully, Darion on the other hand looked up and Shitai saw the unamused expression Darion wore on his face. Shitai began to get angry wanting everyone iiin the room to see his magic and show that he was better than the rest of the mage students in the room. Shitai smiled and moved the ball of fire from one hand to another as he spoke "i have only had it go out of control one time since i learned this spell" he said as he starred at Darion. Just as the ball began to disappear Darion noticed a slight tension of Shitais wrist and a small flicking movement just before the ball flew toward Darions head. Darion pushed himself out of his chair and quickly moved to the side just as the fireball hit the desk dirstly behind him. Darion looked to the desk and then to Shitai who had a false expression of worry and smiled lightly as the other students starred at the charred spot the spell hit. Darion walked from his desk to stand in front of shitai Darion leaned into his ear and whispered through gritted teeth. "Watch your back Shitai, because I know that was no accident." Darion pulled back and pushed Shitai sending him stepping back.

Oriyan quickly stepped in the middle of the two as he seperated them. "I think thats enough of the class for today. we will start again tomorrow after everyone has calmed down and rested." Oriyan motioned to the doors of the class and smiled as the students left the room.

Darion grabbed Shitai and pulled him into an empty classroom out of the sight of wondering eyes and grabbed Shitia by the neck squeezing his throat and cutting off and oxygen he tryed to inhale. "Dont worry Shitai I didnt get to show them my magic but i will however show you another trick ive learned serving Delisha." Shitais eyes grew wide at the mention of the name Delisha and he struggled to pry loose Darions grip from his neck. Darion reached into his pocket with one hand and pulled out a small corked glass tube and smiled showing him the dark liquid that moved inside. "A mixture of my own making. Highly poisonous to most animals when ingested in small drops. This vial however is enough to kill two or three mortals human, elf, dwarf it doesnt matter the race they just...rot from the inside out...." Darion uncorked the liquid using his teeth and shoved it into Shitai's mouth, as he spun and closed off his nose and held his hand over Shitais' mouth Shitai tryed pulling at Darions hands and arms trying to fight the urge to swallow the liquid. Finally Shitai swallowed, his eyes widened and Darion let go. Shitai threatened to tell someone about what he had done. Darion smiled as he spoke "If you can get out of the door and tell someone before you die then be my guest." Darion watched smiling at the Shitai as he headed for the door then clutched his stomach and chest before falling only feet from it. Darion took the body and dragged it to the other side of the room. No blood, and no mess was left on the ground near the door nd Darion left the room smiling. As Darion urned after closing the door his smile disappeared as he realized yet another master had seen him leave the room. This master however had a darker aura about his person something that made Darion seem at home as he did amoung his necromancer brothers and sisters in vhys. The Mage motioned Darion to follow him and led him from the tower as he spoke. "I am Lorkain Teacher for some of the darker forms of magic here at the mages guild." Lorkain paused as he thought of the right words to say next. "There will be an investigation of what happened in that room and the truth will come out quite easily. Reanimate the body, ask it questions, then the secret will be out." Lorkain smiled as he turned "or you can reanimate him yourself before anyone finds him." Darion took in the scenerio put at him and it sunk in. if the body was reanimated by Darion he could easily send the undead to the middle of nowhere to hide and stay, or he could use the undead minion as a slave, or many other things Darion could have the undead Shitai do. "How do we remove the body then?" he asked Lokain Lorkain smiled before he spoke. "leave that to me. If you can reanimate him sucessfully then you will have impressed me and i will teach you a few of the spells of the darker arts. If not i will report you to the sublime master and further actions will take hold from there." Darion thought about it and nodded heading for the classroom he left the body in making sure no one saw him enter the room. Darion went to the body and kneeled beside it "I was hoping you would stay dead, looks like i do not get the pleasure." Darion stood and began to reanimate the body. Darion was almost done when he heard Oriyans voice outside the door. Darion rushed to finish the process knowing he would only have a moderate amount of control over the corpse. Just as Oriyan entered the room the undead corpse of Shitai stood up and beside Darion. Darion spoke quietly to the undead "You will not tell anyone or anything of what i did to you. you will follow me and leave this tower and never return. Now tel Oriyan you are leavin the guild and will not be returning, tell him you are returning to vhys." Darion walked from the classroom his newly created minion following obidently behind him. Oriyan looked to the two as they began to leave. "I hope you two were not fighting in here." Oriyan looked to Shitai who responded just as told. Oriyan seemed skeptical but also understanding. Darion made it out of the guild, his undead minion following behind him. Lorkain waited outside and looked suprised as he saw the corpse following Darion. "So you did it, and you were not caught by any of the other mages there?" His question sounded suprised as if he was the one that told Oriyan to enter the room. Darion looked to Lorkain and his brow furrowed "You told him to check the classes. Why?" Lorkain smiled lightly at Darion. "Its on thing to animate a corpse. it is another matter entirly of re animating a corpse with the stress of possible confrontation and possible death." Darion began walking away knowing that even with his understanding of the dark arts he still did not want to take a chance on fighting one who teaches the arts he still had much to learn about. Lorkain followed behind the pair meeting beside of Darion "You are gifted thats no question. The question is how far are you willing to go to become more powerful." With that Lorkain stopped and began walking back to the guild. Darion took the undead minion back to the Chapel of Pleasure the temple to his goddess Delisha and hid him chained to a wall under the Chapel and took away the reanimation leaving the lifeless body to rot in silence miles away from the original spot he had killed Shitai. Darion had used re animation before but never had he had as much control of the creature in such a quick time. Darion went to the alter of Delisha and spoke "Delisha my goddess. why do you no longer speak to me. Tell me what I must do to gain your favor again. I have killed countless people for you, only to be thrown to the side because i would not kill my family? And now that i left my home in vhys you still will not speak to me. I will kill in your name, until you speak to me again or until killing for you is no longer an option." Darion turned and left the chapel to begin looking for a tutor once more.

Once again finding no tutor to help him climb the ranks of the mages' guild Darion returned to The chapel of pleasure and began contemplating the next move in his chess game against the favoritism of the gods. After a decent nights rest on the chapels floor he awoke and found his next move. The fermine that lived under the city of larket where the chapel was located, and it just so happened that Darion had a few tricks up his sleeve to help him find the underground fermine city. Darion was by no means a master summoner but he could summon small demonoid forms of insects and even small animals. Darion drew a circle of summoning on the ground outside of the chapel and began the process to summon a swarm of insects, which was much easier to summon a swarm then multiple of any other creature. As he draws the creatures to him he takes control of their tiny wills even as a mass swarm he still has no problem taking it over. Darion comands the swarm to spread through the city and find the fermine city and come back and show darion the path. A few hours later the swarm returns to Darion and He begins the trip to follow them. He follows them through multiple streets and down alleys. Darion finally reaches what seems to be a gutter with a staircase built in down an alleyway in the most deserted part of larket. Darion Lets the summoned swarm disappear to where ever they may have come from and walked down the stairs. What darion saw suprised him. The city of fermine was not the crude and unruley place Darion imgined but it wasnt far from it. Darion stayed to the shadows watching the fermine residents for a while. Studying their habits and movements before moving. Once he steps out of the darkness the day to day of the underground city stops in its tracks some of the fermine seem to fear Darion others seem to hate him, but more than fear and hate the fermine seem to be angry at Darion walking up spitting insults about surface dwellers and elfs. Darion took his time and carefully walked through the city knowing he was always going to need to watch his back here. It was as a rather normal looking fermine stepped in Darions paath that Darion had the idea that these creatures may be pack driven as normal mice and rats were. The fermine had every other habit of rodents twitchieness, paranoia, and quick movements. Darion looked down to the fermine not knowing the out come of the question he was about to ask but asking anyway. "I coe to challange the leader of your people." Darions tone flat and blunt. The fermine around Darion seemed shocked to have an outside simply walk in and hold a challange. The frmine he spoke to simply motioned for Darion to follow behind him. As Darion followed the fermine through the streets he noticed a growing number of the race as they reached the "Center" of their city. Darion began seeing a number of armed fermine sitting around a much larger seemingly meaner version of the fermine, Darion noted that this fermine must be the leader, the "Alpha". The fermine Darion followed walked to the alpha and whispered in its ear. Darion could not make out what the fermine said but from the reaction the alpha had it was obvious that the alpha did not like Darions challenge to his rule. The fermine leader looked to Darion and stood up "Who are you to challange me in my home? You think that you will come here and take this place as your own? Take my people as your slaves? No surface dweller will ever lead these people!" At the last statement the fermine in ear shot cheered for their leader and a few of the armed fermine stood in between Darion and the alpha. Darion realized then that he must get to the alpha without the other fermine seeing to kill the leader which from the notes he had taken on the walk to the alpha was seemingly impossible. "Kill the surface dweller." The alpha spoke as if he had said the words a hundred times before. A few of the armed fermine moved toward Darion. As darion pulled his vials of poison out and then drew the knife he held on his hip and drenched the blade in poison. As the he drew his blade into a defence position he wished he had a longer weapon like the staff he kept back in the chapel. Darion counted the fermine "Seven." Darion spoke under his breath as they circled around him. The fermine directly behind Darion suddenly lunged at darion with a crude spear towards darions right shoulder as the fermine directly in front lunged with a long rusted sword toward the same shoulder. Darion expected this move and moved slightly to the left letting darion grab the tip of the spear and use the fermines momentium to shove the spear towards the fermine attacking from the front. What Darion did not see however was the fermine that lept and struck the sword from hitting the fermine holding the spear. Darion spun on his heel and slashed out toward the leaping fermine. Darions blade missed by what may have been a mile in the situation he was in. Darion moved again to see the feermine peiced with the spear bleeding out on the floor only a foot or so away from him. The other fermine began to get enraged at the sight and moved faster toward Darion swinging and hacking their weapons, Darion was barely able to keep his footing and dodge the atacks of the six remaining fermine. Darion finally got his blade to make contact with another fermine it was a shallow cut and Darion knew his poison would be alomst completly gone from his blade if not already dry, he would need to give the fermine time to let the poison take effect. Darion lashed out a few more times and the fermine not nearly as breathless and tired as Darion dodged the attacks with ease and Darions moves began to slow. As darion lashed out toward a fermine to his front the fermine to his left moved to make a hole. The alpha carried a large sword and the blade was already half way down through the swing to Darions neck as Darion made a last attempt to dodge and moved back enough for the blade to come down and smash into the ground. Darion regained his footing and decided he needed to retreat and recover just as he began to run the pain set in and he looked down to see his left hand laying on the ground still holding the dagger he was using. Just as the full situation Darion was in fully kicked into his head a fermine behind the others cryed out causing the others to turn, Darion however knew it was his poison taking effect and he used the time to draw a very crude summoning circle with his own blood and spoke a quick incantation to summon a swarm of insects. Just before the incantation was complete however a fermine grabbed Darion suprising him and the summon went haywire causing an explosion that knocked the fermine as well as darion back. Darion quickly gained his footing again holding the spot his hand used to be and leaving a trail of blood as he ran from the area. A split second after Darions retreat began he heard a loud crash and turned to see part of the ceiling of the city collapsing and used the extra time and confusion to get back to the cities surface. Darion returned to the chapel and wrapped his forearm where the alpha of the fermine not so kindly amputated his left hand and nearly half of his forearm. Darion collected his things, the few he still had in the chapel including his staff and left the chapel to find someone to heal or treat his missing hand. The trail of his blood still leading from the chapel to the underground city.
