Talk:Suggested Famous Characters (Old)

Already we have persons crying foul over names suggested because of events open to interpretation. I like to think this idea could work, but unless we can use this page maturely it is only going to cause a greater rift amongst the various circles of the community. I suggest removing the reasons why from the format, ultimately whether or not any of these characters do get added to the official famous list is the discretion of the admin, and I predict that very shortly the optional anonymity of the wiki -will- be abused to attack the characters particular persons dislike for personal reasons. I had assumed this page was for suggesting characters famous to Hollow as a whole, not for suggesting characters that the 'elite' players approve of being immortalized.

And as I said on the note, Neriren, a fair argument should be presented, most especially in that case. Being as how I witnessed firsthand the things I made note of, I'd say it's admissible, being as how it's not just hearsay. Feel free to add your 'reasons why not' on any other character that others put on here. I created the formatting the way it is because, simply, I didn't want people adding names that shouldn't be up there, and so I want people to justify their submissions. At the same time, we can't have people just making reasons up or, in your case, leaving out a good portion of the story. Remember, for someone really to be famous, they have to affect Hollow as a whole, not just one small group of players while ignoring the rest.
