Town Well

Galina's path from the tower was a mix emotions, some that were not yet realized while others were real, and well, concerns arose. By her appearance she was a little over 6' tall and a little over 6' long, a whopping 12 and a little more all together. Maybe 13' she didn't know, and really didn't care. She wore a brown shirt over her torso which because of her torso length, the shirt was really to small for her, mostly absorbing her generous bosom, leaving the shirt as little more than a crop top. Her top human half was drow by its appearance for the most part save for those brilliant emerald eyes that stared out past from the few white hairs that managed to get front of her oval shaped face. Her features may have been pleasant, her eyes though seemed to lack a brilliance that they may have had once before, as if some spirit in her was not the same as it once was. Her human half was well formed curves in the best of places and yet, it was the scaly half which appeared to be of dark scales, with a grey front, and had the appearance of many skins still worn, as if something in the past had prevented her from being able to clean herself up. In her modestly strong appearing arms, she carried in her left hand nearest to the head a pick axe. Something very likely that was her profession, for upon closer appearance her hands were well calloused. As if her profession had been a hard and long one. As she slithered towards the town well, she placed her pickaxe against the well, and removed her hand bag around her shoulder, which was withered and ragged, empty save for but three pieces of silver. She would pool her hands together and try to lift the water to her face to wash and then shiver at its cold. Her voice smooth and calm, and subtle, "Thats cold."

Emilia walked with slow steps of bare child sized feet against the ground in a sluggish pace. The lady only reached five feet in height if one counted the extra inches of poof that came from the waist long white dreadlocks that were tied into a messy bun atop her head, either side of her head shaved leaving just the dreaded mohawk. The Genasi could pass for a child with her lack of figure, nearly totally flat all the way around, like a while icicle. The healer was adorn in long flowing robes of a deep midnight blue with some splotches of something darker staining it the fabric. Blood. It was blood as traces of the red were smeared on her face, in her hair, and on the single visible hand hanging at her side. Not hers though. The little females skin was otherwise as white as fresh falling snow. As Emilia came close to the town well the frigid chill of a winter morning settled over the area, she was too tired to attempt to contain it. It was late and little people were still about at this hour. The Genasi was wandering tired and aimless, the lovely naga was hardly noticed until those frozen feet of hers tripped over the length of the tail she had not seen. It with with her natural lack of grace that she fell into a roll after the stumble, thunking her head against the well. The sound that echoed was something akin to a block of ice being smashed with a hammer. A trail of blue-purple liquid slowly leaking down her pale flesh along the side of her face.

Galina felt the trip against her scales before she heard the bump, so at first it was a little late for her to catch the small woman. Correction the small icicle woman. Calmly as if she were picking up a pot that had fallen over she crouches down to try to turn the woman over a bit, feeling her cold around her body, she makes an intelligent yet still crude decision to rip off the sleeves of her shirt, and use them to help her hold up the woman and lean her against the well as opposed to where her head struck against it. When the woman was in place she examined the wound. Looking at her eyes seeing if the pupils were different than the other. Taking one of her rags soaking it in the well and then squeezing it out she dabbed at the wound on the woman's face. Until she could press it. "If you can hear me, you tripped, I am no doctor nor healer, so if you can be so kind as to hold that against your head, I will see if i can fetch someone. She looked around seeing if there was anyone else about, spying someone she said, "If you please, Would you fetch a healer from the college, if you hurry I'll make sure you have some silver for your trouble. Quickly now." She said without raising her voice, which remained calm in tone.

Emilia leaned back against the well almost as if she had turned into a living doll in the moments following her fall. Sitting there the Genasi blinked as her eyes took in the snake woman before her. There was no fear in those icy blue eyes of the healer as she held the cloth against her head for a moment. Clearing her throat the Genasi handed back the piece of fabric as the minor, to Emi, wound had sealed itself shut leaving just the blood stains behind on chilled flesh. Another clearing of her through before she managed to get words to exit those death blue lips of hers, "No worries, Miss. I am clumsy by nature and it becomes worse as I grow tired. No need for a healer either. If anything you have the leader of the Healer's Guild already sitting with you. I do hope that your tail is alright? Are you alright? I would hate to freeze your blood. You, Miss, most likely would be safer not so close to me."

Galina offered a nod taking a small slouch back a bit from her, as she was in fact cold. "Well, a relief then, to know you don't need a healer, I doubt the child would be eager for three silver coins, when they could have gotten more from a merchant." She said glancing back at her tail, which a part had froze a bit, and when she banged against it with her hand, the dead snakeskin fell away to reveal glossy black scales finally free from the cocoon of snakeskins. "No i think its better than it was." She said. She didn't smile, at least she didn't seem to be all smiles, but if she when she did smile she it was one things craved. "I noticed your a bit a cold miss." She pointed out, "Did a divine give you a bad trip." She sad the faintest of smiles on her lips.

Emilia shook her head slowly at the question. It was something of one she had gotten used to over the last few years. There was a half smile-half frown on those blue lips, "No, no. I am cold if only cold to the world. Personally I am numb to the world as a whole and cannot feel a thing anymore. Cold? Nope. Pain? Nope. Heat? No, unless it is truly the extreme and then I really feel the effects more so than the heat. I am a monster of winter and doomed to be forever colder than winter. How about yourself? Still cold?" The woman asked softly before yawning. The healer could not remember the last time she was around a cold blooded being and hoped she wasn't freezing the other into a statue.

Galina choose to slouch down with her back against the well. A sigh escaping mildy from her. "No, not as bad as I have experienced before." She looked at the smaller woman, "Even monster's have hearts." She said, "Naga's too." She added. "To lose a sense, can be a small price to pay, until you long reattain it." She said with a finish. She was starting to feel tired, her blood cooling down with her body. From the cold in the general area.

Emilia tilted her head to the side, a stray dreaded lock falling into her face, "Who said you didn't have a heart? I can sense that you are a living being not some dead thing." A shake of the head as she pushed herself up onto her feet. "I am tending to a lad that has been ill after a bad fall. I am terribly tired and needing a wash and rest. If you would like sometimes you can stop by the healing house for some tea."

Galina apologized, "Sorry, words from a not to far past, its been a transition most difficult." She looked up into the woman's eyes when she rose. "I would appreciate that very much. Thank you."
