RP:Wedding of Cerinii and Araina

Shinnan's Glade

Anna gives the leather book a little thump as she looks over the glade crowd, "Could all of you stand up now…please?"

Anna gave 1 Exquisite Golden Bonding-Ring to Satoshi.

Anna gave 1 Exquisite Golden Bonding-Ring to Jacklin.

Satoshi barely stops herself from pocketing the pretty trinket, just in time remembering it's not for her.

Alvina stumbled to the back of the gathered crowd, her nervous in a tizzy; she had feared she wouldn't make it in time. With a few huffs and puffs the out of breath bard shifted between all those gathered to catch her teacher in view. A small smile lit her face; it was an odd treat to see her so. Clearing her throat quietly, she smoothed down the crazed locks of her autumn-drenched hair and waited.

Kirien 'd not had the intelligence to work out beforehand what exactly his job was here, sadly. He was glancing around, eyeing the others present with a mixture of curiosity and happiness -- Satoshi was thrown a wave, Lucien as well, and Dezerae -- before Araina caught the majority of the fox's attentions. In the hug he whispered his question into her ear, offering a bemused look thereafter; "What do I do?" Naivety showed but hesitantly he took her hand after commenting on her dress with an appraising eye. "You look amazing, though~. I walk you down here?"

Jacklin is given a small ring, eyes squinting up and over towards the face of Anna before she swivels around to where the woman had indicated.

Thea , already standing shifts her ample weight a bit onto an opposing foot, hips cocked slightly as arms fall to allow the crossing of her hands in front of her frame.

Lucien just sort of stands there, looking awkward and itching in his new clothes. He doesn't scratch, though.

Rhocielle stood as directed with Arien, arm slipping away from hers and finding new position around her waist.

Cerinii notices the rings. Oh god, was her heart loud enough for everyone to hear? She thought it was. She turned ever so slightly, so she could watch the ailse for her partner. She was fighting her nerves to stay as calm as possible. A really difficult job.

Demxy straightened up his form with both hands folded behind himself.

Dezerae imitated the gesture, comforted by another familiar face. Gaze transfers to Cerinii, since it was her event.

Lucien gave his new boss a reassuring smile. Okay, and scratched a little.

Araina :: Where some might find his naivety in his duty tiring, Araina looked upon it with adoration. Kirien was one of the few that received such attention, for Araina had little time for foolishness. But, she'd whisper in return, " Just take me to your father," a she took his hand, now grinning. It seemed the male had somewhat calmed her nerves for the moment. The white dress fell in a curtain about her feet, swishing gently as he led her forward. Until now she'd kept her gaze to the floor, not wanting to trip and make a fool of herself, but now emerald rose to search for something in particular.

Kirien did his best attempt to send the woman at his side a feeling of reassurance; he was no empath himself but he knew by now that enough concentration and calmness and he was capable of directing certain sensations toward those particularly sensitive to emotional changes. With a sidelong smile to her he'd begin a walk he'd almost taken himself once before, though in that situation he'd have been the one in Araina's position. Free hand toyed with the engagement ring about his neck at the thought of it. Booted footsteps carried the fox quietly down the aisle and thankfully he'd manage not to fall over, hoping that his own natural grace'd be transferred to Araina as well and save her from any similar problems she might experience due to nervousness. Cerinii was offered a wide, wide grin as Kirien neared her, though he managed to refrain from raising his hand in greeting.

Anna breaks into a broad grin at the sight of Kirien and Ariana marching down.

Eilyo silently slips into the area, quite aware she was late for the wedding. There was a nervous smile on her lips as she stood near the back, to watch the event.

Cerinii was hearing Jacklin's earlier comment about fainting in her head, echoing over and over. If anyone really paid attention to her expression they'd see a mix between an effort at smiling and utter fear. But Araina was getting closer, and Cerinii knew her time really had ran out. But oddly enough, she didn't feel all too scared when Araina was close up. Peony lips twitched into a smile, metallic digits rapping against the brim of her top hat before pulling it from her cranium. She bent at the waist slightly, wings shuddering out ever so slightly - as not to hit the trio behind her - in a sign of respect. She stood upright and offered a wink to the lycaness, mouthing the word 'hi'.

Alvina giggled slightly from her standing position in the back. Though late, the bard couldn't help but feel butterflies of excitement as Araina approached Cerinii. Their expressions were simply priceless.

Araina was having similar troubles surrounded by all of the people she was attempting to ignore. Well, not ignore per say, but if she focused on how many were crowding the area, she'd likely to faint on the spot. Not used to being the center of attention, she looks for what she knew best. Emerald hues landed almost immediately upon Cerinii and the accompanying smile was something to behold. The corners of her lips lifted almost immediately, all but dazzling in its brilliance. The druid all but glowed as she took her place opposite the avian, dipping her own head in a bow of sorts to her mate. The nervous churning that had inhabited her stomach the entire morning dissipated as she returned the silent words.

Anna flips open the small book again and with the idle hand she grins again to the crowd, "All of you can be seated now if you want. Standing is just fine too if that's how you like." Lowering her voice she looks between Cerinii and Ariana with a giddy pitch to her voice, "You two crazy lovers ready to get this going?"

Eilyo chooses to remain standing, glancing idly over her shoulder a moment. She was missing a certain someone, but she wanted to see this. She smiles as she watches the pair.

Thea takes a seat, sliding a hand under the fabric of her gown to smooth it before placing her bottom to the chair. One leg crosses the other and delicate hands come to rest on her knee as she watches silently.

Cerinii cleared her throat ever so slightly, placing her hat back on her head. She smiled faintly at Anna and gave a nod of her head, "Ja. We're very much ready."

Kirien , not entirely sure of what to do now, released his hand from Araina's and shuffled back a bit. Tail swished behind him and eventually he ended up near the front of the gathered crowd; a spectator. He was still fiddling with the ring around his neck, tracing memories on its circular band. He did decide, however, that Araina looked far more beautiful in a wedding dress than he ever could.

Araina forced herself not to roll her eyes at the question. She'd been ready for months! She opted to answer politely, grinning at Cerinii, " Yes."

Alvina decided to stay standing as well, where she wouldn't draw a smidge of attention but still have a good view of things. Ribbons of crimson are tucked behind her ears before metallic limb crossed over flesh to fold against her chest. Who could help from smiling while watching something so magical?

Lucien stood up tall and tried to look less bewildered and more useful.

Anna held a small leather book in one hand as she used the other to scan the pages and read the correct lines, "Thanks to everyone coming out for this ceremony today." Snapping her head up Anna looked from Cerinii to Ariana with a toothy grin before she again looked to the book, "We're here to honor the union of Cerinii Morridian and Araina Leoganthe. They are about to embark on one wild journey together and standing up here before all of you makes it into a much better sendoff." Shutting the book Anna looks out over the glade, "I could stand up here and wax poetic about the many joys of marriage and what is about to happen but I'd rather leave that in the hands of the two people trusting enough to go down the path together. At the end of your vows please receive the ring from your appointed attendants and place it on the finger of your beloved." Turning to Araina with a bright grin she speaks, "You have something prepared for Cerinii?"

Jacklin twirls the yellow diamond on her finger and eyes Ariana, Cerinii, Anna, and random others. She needed something to drink yesterday.

Araina barely heard the many things going on around her, she was entirely too busy gazing intently at the avian. You'd think she'd pay a bit more attention, but she was, in her own way. As Anna asked the question, the druid reached forward and lightly grasped Cerinii's fleshy hand, lacing their fingers gently. At least she'd be able to get through her own speech without crying, she wasn't certain Cerinii's wouldn't conjure a few tears. In fact, she was almost certain it would. A fortifying breath was taken before she lifted her gaze once more and spoke, " I know I'm usually the one with all the right words. The romance, the calm one. But, I've never been so nervous in my life." Offering a tremulous smile, she'd continue, " I would say that I've always known we'd here, but you and I both know that our meeting was not…let's say conventional." Winking, she didn't elaborate, but continued speaking, a bit softer, " Ever since I placed that ring on your finger I've been waiting for today. The day when it's finally settled that you are mine, forever. I've never been more comfortable, or felt more loved than I do when you put your arms around me. Neither of us are the easiest people to get along with, but somehow you and I have made a family." Glancing back at Kirien, a tear slid down one cheek. " You've given me a home, love, and a life that I can't wait to return to at the end of every day." Brushing her fingertips over Cerinii's cheek, she'd allow it to fall. Reaching for the ring Satoshi held, she slip it onto the correct finger gently, " I love you, more than I ever though possible, and I'll spend as long as we have together reminding you of it."

Satoshi gave 1 Exquisite Golden Bonding-Ring to Araina.

Araina gave 1 Exquisite Golden Bonding-Ring to Cerinii.

Anna dabs a tear from her eye as she watches the ring being placed on Cerinii's finger.

Eilyo smiles as she watches, but finds herself uncomfortable at a wedding. With a sigh, she turns, silently slipping from the area. She would apologize and make it up to the happy couple later.

Anna gives Ariana a little thumbs up behind the leather book and turns to Cerinii, "I hear you have something for Araina as well?"

Arien levels a dark look on her husband, before turning eyes to the ceremony again.

Cerinii listened to the vows intently, her hand squeezing Araina's in a reassuring manner. She smiled as she spoke, doing her best not to get too sentimental or emotional. But she couldn't deny that sudden glistening in her eyes and the twinkling, indicating possible tears. She whispers quietly, "Thank you." Straightening her hand so the ring would slip on more easily. As Anna spoke, she gave a nod of her head. Her heartbeat soared very quickly. She thought it'd probably burst out of her chest and waddle away it was that loud and obvious. When she first spoke, her voice was trembling ever so slightly. But after a few moments into it, her confidence picked up. "Indeed, you are normally the one with all the right words und all the sweet things." A shaky smile is offered here and a brief clearing of her throat, "I gave you ein home, walls und ein roof to shelter you throughout the seasons. But I believe that even without said structure, I would still offer you ein home." Her hand very gingerly touched a spot on her chest, as if to indicate she'd offer the woman a home in her heart. "Er, they say that home is where the heart is. If this is true, I can safely say mein home is you. I have never felt such love und adoration for another living being. It is frightening und exciting, but best of all it is the best thing in mein entire life." She grinned, turning slightly to take the ring from Jacklin. "Araina. I would give you the world, if you asked for it. But for now, I give you mein heart." She edged the ring onto her finger, "Mein soul." Down a little further, "Und everything I am." The ring settled upon the base of Araina's finger, and Cerinii leaned forward to kiss her cheek ever so gently. "Ich liebe dich, mein beautiful, beautiful Frau."

Kirien was trying not to cry by this point. He wanted a hug.

Jacklin gives something of a half-frown to Cerinii as she turns to take the ring. "Whiskey, soon," bubbles the horse voice of the Queen into the groom's ear as the drops the shiny artifact of adoration into the Avian's waiting hand.

Jacklin gave 1 Exquisite Golden Bonding-Ring to Cerinii.

Cerinii gave 1 Exquisite Golden Bonding-Ring to Araina.

Satoshi will just quietly slip away at some point, like absentminded foxes do.

Alvina had hoped not to start tearing up, but half-way through the bride's speech there was nothing to stop it. Add on the grooms, and well, the bard was a teary mess. Her pale cheeks were stained with bright, glistening tears.

Lucien was scratching the collar of his shirt, wondering if he was meant to be the handkerchief-supplier, or something.

Anna waits quietly as Cerinii speaks to Ariana in return and nods as the ring is slipped onto her finger. Looking again from Cerinii to Araina she couldn't help but break into that broad grin again. Opening the small book again she flips to a certain page and begins to read aloud again. "Beautiful words for a beautiful couple. It's my great honor and privilege as a Verger to pronounce you two officially and completely wed. The promises said here today are sacred and should never been broken as long as those rings are on your finger and the love is in your heart." Snapping the book closed Anna points to both Cerinii and Ariana, "Glade bystanders…I'd like to formally introduce Cerinii and Araina Morridian to all of you." Demxy had to suck up those tears and keep his stance...A little antsy, but steady..

Kirien :: Having Araina introduced to him with Cerinii's last name proved to be too much for Kirien; he hugged the person nearest to him, which happened by chance {or luck, considering hugging Jacklin might've been a fatal mistake} to be poor old Lucien.

Thea manages a small smile, still quite uncomfortable in this setting thanks to a jaded past. She stands and begins to close the distance between herself and the newly wed couple, weighty velvet pouch in hand to soon be extended to Cerinii, "For both of you to choose something worthwhile. Many blessings." The Pixie leaves it at that and begins the path to exit the Glade.

Alvina clapped for the happy couple, dabbing her eyes with the edge of her cloak.

Jacklin tosses a look over to Kirien as he begins hugging on Lucien. Oddly enough, she missed Parsithius in that moment. Regard returned to the newly minted bride and groom and with lack of understanding or proper manners, the human gave a shrill whistle and began clapping loudly.

Lucien was abruptly.. hugged. His arms were kind of squished to his sides, but he would manouver one hand free to pat Kirien. Unfortunately, he could only reach the oddly-eared male's behind.

Dezerae claps. It seemed the right thing to do at the moment.

Arien 's lips curved with a soft smile. The event had left her feeling more than a little sentimental, and desirous of time alone with her own mate. Rising to her feet, a press of flesh to Rho's own would signal her intent to move. Together they would likely approach the newly wedded couple, and quiet words of congratulations offered

Mahri is late. Not that she cares. At least she didn't have to make nice with too many people. She will stay near the back in her get-up. Alone.

Demxy clapped also..

Arien said to Cerinii, "I am happy for your joy Cerinii. May you enjoy whatever the future holds for you both."

Mahri belated claps. Half-arsed.

Jacklin laughs at Mahri's clothes. Loudly.

Cerinii said to Arien, "I'm sure we'll enjoy it."

Lucien said to Kirien, "Dude. You can let go now."

Kirien 'd have appreciated that patting normally but he wasn't used to such movements on his behind, hadn't expected anyone present to attempt this either; he glanced up to check just whose torso he'd wrapped his arms about in a moment of overwhelmed emotion, and blinked. That wasn't who he'd expected to be patting his ass. Lucien was given a raised eyebrow.

Rhocielle said to Cerinii, "Congratulations, Cerinii, Araina. Happiness to both of you."

Kirien said to Lucien, "Maybe if you stop patting me in strange places..."

Cerinii said to Rhocielle, "Danke, Rhocielle."

Lucien went scarlet. "No, really. Let go now."

Araina had lost the battle with tears not long after Cerinii began speaking, though they were quiet, and the lycaness' was smiling happily. Blushing faintly at the kiss to her cheek she shifted side to side, eyeing the ring on her finger. A foreign weight, but it was oh so welcome. As they were announced, she laughed throatily and all but launched herself at the avian. Now, she had promised to be good, so the kiss was chaste. Slipping her arms around Cerinii's waist she laid her lips against Cerinii's gently, smiling into the caress. Sighing, she pulled back reluctantly and rested their foreheads together. " Looks like you're stuck with me now." Winking, she glanced up at Anna in thanks.

Araina said to Rhocielle, "Thank you Rho. Glad you could make it. Lady Arien, lovely to see you again."

Anna held the small book against her chest as she gave both Cerinii and Araina a hug whether they wanted one or not, "You will enjoy this new life. Thank you for letting me be a small part."

Cerinii appreciated the fact that Araina kept the kiss chaste as promised. She chuckled and wrapped her arms around Araina lightly. "I suppose we should let our guests enjoy the reception now, ja? I don't know how much longer Jacklin will survive without whiskey..." She winked in a playful manner before planting a kiss to her forehead.

Mahri ignores the braying laugh that belongs to Jacklin, reminding herself of the promise to Cerinii not to shank anyone today. Spotting Lucien and his..well predicament the lycan debates saving him. As she moves towards her nephew, the lycan nods to faces she recognizes.

Kirien snorted with distinct amusement. Lucien, however, was allowed the chance to escape the hug when the fox pulled back, coughed, and began to toy with his engagement ring again. Damn weddings and the memories they dredged up - he shouldn't be showing such weakness in public. Especially with Parsithius' wife around! What were he to do if she learned of this weakness and told her husband, and the damn knight came chasing after him again, shouting something about marriage?

Lucien gave Kirien a manly slap on the shoulder and tried to look... manly.

Lucien said to Cerinii, "Congratulations, boss."

Dezerae wanted to approach the avian. But, she wouldn't. Not with all the other congratulations being tossed around.

Lucien said to Araina, "And you too, ma'am."

Cerinii said to Lucien, "Ahh, I'm not your boss, Lucien. I'm your teacher. You should go talk to Alvina over there."

Kirien couldn't stop laughing quietly at Lucien. "Thought you weren't supposed to touch people like me? Turn around, turn around, we'll check if you're growing a tail or something," he snorted.

Jacklin now turned her squinty-eyed glare to where Kirien was, "You're that…thing my husband dislikes, aren't you?" Hearing the mention of nourishment from Cerinii she idly points to her mouth and nods. Arien said to Araina, "I would not have declined so gracious an invitation."

Mahri snickers at Lucien. Turning to Cerinii, Mahri's smile is not exactly forced. "Congratultions." Reception..yes. That sounded like a good place to be.

Araina laughed easily, accepting the embrace from Anna with a whispered, " Thank you." Nodding to Cerinii, " Of course, but first..." Looking about for Kirien, she landed a hand on his shoulder, " Come here you." When they were all near, she'd swamp them both in a tight hug, no words were needed. She simply needed a moment with her family.

Lucien was glancing Alvina's way, when Kirien spoke. He'd swivel a half-turn, trying to check whether he did, in fact have a.... uh oh.

Kirien said to Jacklin, "I'm a fox, ma'am. That don't change no matter how much whiskey you down either. Pars has this weird hatred for me though, yeah."

Cerinii said to Anna, "Und thank you for performing the ceremony."

Araina said to Lucien, "Thank you Luc. You're coming to the reception?"

Lucien glared at Kirien. Because his pants were bulging. And no, not in --that-- way.

Arien turned to Rhocielle. "We have left the children with Pippa long enough today I think, shall we go?" Already, the elf was making motions to depart.

Alvina approached the group, smiling brightly at her teacher and resisting the urge to throw herself emotionally around the avian's middle and sob into her lovely clothing. "I wish you both the very best, the utmost happiness.." Again, tears start to trail down her cheeks, in defeat she laughs through it. "These things are always so emotional..." the bard offers, a sort of apology.

Mahri wishes she'd thought to tuck a dagger away somewhere. It would have come in handy given the oddly full look in the seat of Luc's pants.

Rhocielle nodded to Arien, giving a farewell wave to both the couple and the other guests.

Lucien got himself together enough to answer the fair bride, "Yes, ma'am, for a little while. I do need to go check in on my Mum and Dad soon though. But thanks for the invite."

Jacklin said to Kirien, "I don't like you. That wouldn't change if I was being force fed bottles of whiskey all day long. The hatred my husband has for you is spot on."

Demxy would go toss his own congrats, but that doesn't look too possible. Not know many and liking to keep it as such, glided out the area smirking.

Anna tucks the book away and leaves the glade behind for now.

Cerinii said to you, "Aha, that's alright. Danke for your wishes, Alvina. It means much to us."

Mahri clears her throat to get Luc's attention. She really doesn't care if Cerinii heard her well wishes or not. Idly, she watches the Queen of Larket from the corner of her eye.

Lucien tossed an offering to the scary woman, hoping it'd put her off Kirien's scent.

Kirien managed to catch sight of what was assumedly the beginnings of a tail somewhere in Lucien's pants, before he was pulled into a tight embrace and smothered by Araina; a grin crept up his lips and the hug was returned full force to both women. "Congrats," he murmured to them both in the moment. There was a glance to Lucien and that grin widened. "Need me to cut a hole? It's uncomfortable if you keep it in there."

Cerinii said to Mahri, "Danke for the wishes."

Lucien glimpsed Mahri and almost keeled over in sheer relief. "Aunty Mah..."

Kirien said to Jacklin, "Sure you've drunk enough you're immune to it by now anyway. It'd be awesome if you could put this uncalled-for hatred aside for today though~."

Mahri mumbles, "Sorry I'm late. Cornelius has this odd idea about 'gifts' and unwrapping them."

Lucien said to Kirien, "You leave my pants alone."

Araina eyes the younger woman currently with her arms around Cerinii. Araina was the jealous sort, but the name spiked a friendly smile, " So you're Alvina? It's a pleasure to meet you."

Kirien said to Lucien, "Next time I'll give you the ears too." This was said as he eyed the top of the boy's head. "Unless they're about to pop up too..."

Jacklin said to Kirien, "Words aren't going to make you bleed, are they? My hatred still stands but I'm also going to drink this whiskey to give you a break."

Lucien 's ears began to look very ... odd.

Mahri stares at Araina, when she's not watching Jacklin or hovering near Lucien. Hovering over her nephew just might let her keep that promise to Cerinii.

Cerinii said, "If you would all like to make your way to the tavern in Schezerade, where we shall wine und dine in celebration."

Kirien blinked round at Cerinii in wake of her hushed words, a near mortified look on his face. "No. Nuh uh. I'm wonderstruck, I'm not...doing anything!" He pouted thereafter, arms folding across his chest.

Mahri said to Araina, "Have we met?"

Jacklin wiggles a thumb at Mahri and begins to sip from the bottle.

Lucien said to Mahri, "Did he give you that outfit, then?" And he winked. And twitched his... big, furry ears."

Kirien said to Jacklin, "Look, if you want retribution for what I did to his eye...wait, why'd you even want that? His eye's fine now. But if you do, I have this other eye here. I'd appreciate it if I was allowed to keep it for the moment though. Weddings look nicer in colour."

Mahri mutters, "Hope you choke on it." In Jack's general direction.

Mahri said to Lucien, "I'm not talking about it with you." Eyes flick to the ears "Um. Luc.. You have furry ears."

Kirien couldn't resist reaching to poke at Lucien's ears, since he couldn't pull his tail. He grinned. "Wonder what Leo'll say about those."

Araina had pointedly kept her gaze from Mahri, not because she didn't like the woman, but she reminded her of someone best left forgotten. Someone who should've been here beside her today. She offered what she hoped was a polite smile, " I believe so, M'lady. Yasmine was my sister."

Lucien frowned at Mahri. He said, very quietly, "That's my aunt. Be nice." But not loud enough for the Queen of Larket to hear, at all.

Alvina nods quickly towards Araina several times, "Oh yes, I am. And it is a pleasure to meet you as well!" She offers the bride a soft hug and a warm smile. "Happiness suits you." It was unclear if she meant Araina or Cerinii. Her smile holds, and she dares not clarify.

Jacklin said to Kirien, "I don't want retribution…I don't care enough to want it. But if I ever catch you wandering around Larket I'll be sure to give you something that -you- don't want."

Lucien said to Mahri, "... what?"

Mahri blinks at Araina. Several times. "Oh." And that's it. Nothing more is said. Reaching for Luc's arm, Mahri gives it a tug, "C'mon. The happy couple want to get to the tavern."

Kirien said to Jacklin, "You don't care about your husband's injuries? Huh. Well, that works anyway since he was fine in the end. I tend to stay out of Larket."

Lucien groped around on top of his head. And glared some more at Kirien.

Kirien wondered whether he should head for the reception or not. Decisions..

Kirien simply smirked at Lucien. "Suits you, Lu."

Araina offered Alvina a grin, returning the gentle hug before huddling back at Cerinii's side. " I believe it does, at that." Walking forward, she tugged Cerinii with her, slipping an arm into Alvina's as well, " Let's go then.

Jacklin said to Kirien, "He's fine. If you'd have taken his arm I would have killed you. My husband is tougher than that. He can take care of himself. Getting my hands on a fox pelt isn't my worry right now. "

Mahri says quietly to Lucien, "I am being nice."

Jacklin said to Cerinii, "Avian, would you and Araina like a nice fox pelt for your abode?"

Kirien said to Jacklin, "Why would I take his arm? It's too heavy for me to even bother with."

Alvina shuffles to Jacklin's side, careful to not interrupt her while she's speaking with Kirien. "M'lady," she offers a small bow of her head and another bright smile, tears finally drying from her cheeks.

Cerinii said to Jacklin, "If it's another fox, then sure. But that one there is family, Jacklin. So I ask that you don't skin him, please."

Kirien frowned some at Jacklin, but managed to resist the urge to delve into less innocent comments about her and her husband.

Araina said to Jacklin, "Not from my son, Jack, but thanks for the offer."

Cerinii leads Araina out of the glade.

Lucien said to Mahri, "Uh.. huh." Then he'd reach for Kirien's arm, an attempt at yanking him aside from the wildebee... his aunt. "You owe me a drink, for this. Comin' to the pub?""

Jacklin said to Cerinii, "Fine. I'll ignore it for now."

Jacklin said to Araina, "You're welcome."

Jacklin smiles to Alvina. The first smile of the entire day, "Well, hello there."

Kirien was dragged off to one side and would've frowned at Lucien if he weren't smart enough to realise why exactly he'd pulled on his arm like that. Mahri was regarded quietly for a moment before the fox gave a nod of the head. "Aight, lady~." Her name hadn't quite been recalled just yet.

Mahri is ready to go. No. Since Cerini and Araina were gone..and Jacklin was still there..being good was going to get that much harder. "Lets go, Luc."

Alvina offers her arm as a jestful gentleman. "Coming to the reception?"

Jacklin said to Mahri, "Nice outfit! Thanks for coming."

Lucien said to Kirien, "That's Mahri. Aunty Mah, this is Kirien. Can we get drinks, now?"

Jacklin chuckles at Alvina, "I'll be there. Hope to see you too."

Mahri said to Lucien, "Yes." Jacklin is ignored. The compliment surly a prelude to something else. "We go. Now."

Kirien grinned at Lucien as if in silent thanks for aiding him in remembering the lycan's name. "Mahri~. And yes, drinks. Let's go!"

Lucien would lead the way, probably. He really, really needed a drink. And ... bigger pants.

Alvina laughs, returning her arm to her side and watching the others shuffle off in suit. A bright grin on her lips, at Kirien, Lucien, and Mahri before she departs.
