RP:Two felines, An Ogre, and one creepy Dwarf

Beach

Assorted colors of compacted granules spread, tearing into the sparkling blue that reflects the bleakly clouded horizon. Natural light pours into the ocean, mirroring a dazzling sunset, you feel it's almost binding you to the purity and serenity. Open expanses of coast continue on northward, while the water recedes a bit farther south, allowing passage towards a rockier outcroppings. A note is here.

Gorkall arrived at the sandy beach of Cenril. The sweet scent of the oceans air bringing a simi-smile to him. As he arrived he shoved his staffs end into the sand below and let his bag slide from his shoulder to the ground. Wiping at his bum the Ogre lowered himself to take a seat. Gorkall wasn't only on this evening for he had his new 'pet' Lisi with him. He had met up with her at the Red Ogre earlier in the morning and decided to bring her to the beach to allow her a little bit more relaxation to lift her spirits from being locked away in Gamorg's prison for those few weeks. He looked to the woman and nodded lightly allowing her to do what she pleased for now. He was unsure why he showed the feline such kindness yet again, It was just another one of those days he supposed.

Lisi strode behind the ogre while he led them to the beach, which he'd said would help pick up her spirits after the past few days she'd had. She would have less spirits to lift if there had been any kind of action in that inn, but all she could do was sit in the room she had rented out and read the age old books who's pages should have rotted away by now. Upon reaching the sand, she slid the woven sandals off of her small, spotted feet. She walked to where the water met the earth and dug her toes into the wet sand. It was cool and relaxing letting the water lap at her ankles. Lisi sighed, and looked back at Gorkall, "You're being rather nice to have taken me as a slave..."

Awne made her way along the beach of cenril, goddess only knew why she decided to go someplace like the ocean in winter but there she was. Wrapped in her white cloak she made her way along, hood up over her head. A familier scent brought her from her musings over the avian and her mate that took place not too long ago, the thought made her frown, fur raising again, before she calms herself forcibly. Moving closer, following the scent she coms across a feline woman and the ogre she knew. Curious she pauses at his side "What brrings you this farr Sirr Gorrkall?"

Gorkall narrowed his gaze to Lisi and bore his teeth to the woman. Once again feeling the urge to display his dominance. "Don't take it for granted, Feline." Relaxing he nodded to her once more and shooed her off. The chilling breeze that rushed over him would bring his hide in a shivered as he sighed. The sudden approach of Awne causing him to startle a bit before turning to look at the healer. A nod given to the healer. He raised a finger to Lisi and spoke to Awne. "Brought the pet to play. No one is quite right after a weeks stay in Gamorg. So I've decided to let her lighten up a bit." He turned his gray gaze to the healer now and noted her unease. "What about yourself?"

Lisi let her ears back, also giving him a narrowed gaze in return. A cold, breeze washed over her, carrying with it salty mist. She shivered, wrapping her arms around her, pulling her cloak closer to her thin frame. She needed to get something a little more warm than a revealing corset for these colder months. The feline took a few steps back, finding dry sand and sitting down. Her tail wrapped around her, covering her bare feet. Her ears perked up as she heard the light footsteps of another feline approach. Her emerald orbs looked to her, taking in her scent. She seemed nice; welcoming. She gave her a smile, before turning to the view of the slowly setting sun over the water.

Awne looks over to the other feline, eyeing the thin cloak with a frown "she needs something warrmerr forr these cold months." she says softly, taking a seat beside the ogre, wrapping her own cloak around her "So do you I should think...orr..do you not get cold?" She looks up curiously to him, evading the question, she didn't want to think on the avian again. "I saw yourr post in kelay taverrn..the jesterr got yourr town too?"

Gorkall took note of Lisi's arrogant gaze but allowed it be pushed aside as he turned his attention back to Awne. "What she uses to cloth herself is none of my concern. I gave her a large sum of gold last eve to take care of herself. I don't want my merchandise dead after all.." He sighed deeply as his eyes stayed locked to the back of Lisi's head. He wasn't sure what compelled him to be so kind to her, or what had caused him to be so dark in the first place when he jailed and then enslaved the woman. He turned his attention back to the healer of the sage and noted his suit of armor. "I would rather be defended, than warm I shall say. As for the jester, yes. A few of my men we're able to get a good look at him. He will pay for what he did to my brothers statue. Such a deed will not go unnoted." The Ogre turned back to face his war boots and reached down to pull them off and lay them to the side. He would then allow his own toes to dig into the sand. The cool surface chilling his legs and releasing the tension that had built up. He had so much going on between Gamorg, Lisi, and Iktomi. He wasn't very used to all of this. It was taking him by storm, Yet he had managed to deal with it so far and had no plans of giving up yet. Reaching up to scratch at the base of his horns he turned once more to Awne. "Where is the Dragon?"

Lisi pulled her hood over her head and brought her knees up to her chest. Looking down at the sand, she saw a small hermit crab scuttle by, stopping at her tail. She flicked it at him, to which the crab returned with a pinch from its dominant claw. Lisi gritted her teeth, keeping back her yowl in her throat. She got up, hermit crab still clung to her tail, and swished it away, tossing the poor creature to the water's surface. She growled, pulled the cloak tighter, and slumped over to the ogre and feline. She sat across from the both of them, and looked to the woman, "So you've met before, eh?" She said with a smirk.

Awne stared off to the water as he spoke, humming faintly where appropriate; here was a delemia, she knew the jesters identity, but did she risk him discovering it was her and have him post her husbands hiring to the boards, or did she say nothing and allow him to run amuck. The question didn't even stir her for nearly three minutes before she finally looked back to him, blinking and moving to her knees to look up to his horns, checking his scalp to make sure he was alright "drragon? oh..he's with the little ones, he was asleep on the couch when I left. Arre yourr horrns botherring you?" she asked quickly, better to keep him answering questions then him turning others onto herself. Glancing over to the other feline she nods her head "Aye..we have." she says. Frowning she unfastens her cloak and moves to the woman, wrapping it around her. It was made for the winter months, making it much warmer and better able to keep the chill of the wind from the wearer. Returning to her seat she wraps her arms around herself. True she was double layers to her skirts and a long sleeved top under a corset, but it wasn't much to keeping the lioness completely warm. At the least she curls her legs under her to keep them warmer. Rubbing her arms with her hands to keep blood moving.

Gorkall took note of Awne's kindness to Lisi. it would seem to be the slaves lucky day due to the generosity being bestowed upon her. Grunting at Awne's question he nodded in response. 'They're fine. Just a pain in the ass for headaches." Still unused to the horns Gorkall got heavy migraines from them every time his head slightly hurt. He looked to Lisi and decided to inquire about her previous evening. "So how was the Red Ogre? Treated you well I suppose?" He then wondered about why Trishtar would allow Awne out on her own. It seemed almost every time he saw her the dragon was hovering protectively over her. Yet he would let it pass for now.

Lisi smiled kindly to the woman as she wrapped her cloak around her. She let herself settle into its warmth. "Thank you so much." She said to her. She wondered why someone she'd only just met was being so kind and giving herself up to the cold for her. She looked over to Gorkall when he asked of her night. She huffed, "Well, I was safe alright. No party, no intriguing men, nothing to put me...in danger, I suppose you would say." The feline looked down at her nails as she started to pick at them. "Not a single man offered me a drink, or at least the night. I stayed in my room and got some more than needed rest."

Awne tilts her head, curious of the feline woman and the ogre. This was his pet but he did not accompany her to the red ogre for her night? strange.. She shivers at a breeze, and sighs, drawing her legs closer to her, huddling her arms to her body to curl up slightly and better absorb heat. "Would that not be a good thing? to have no one to disturrb yourr rrest?"

Gorkall snorts at Awne's question to Lisi. "This ones little more than a whore, Healer. She likes to get around if you know what I mean." The Ogre stated while digging into his bag and pulling out a wolf-fur shoulder cover and tossing it to the white feline. "Keep it. I don't wear such any longer." He snickered to Lisi. "If your in that much need of love, you can find some fun around Kelay tonight. Though if any harm comes to you or if you try to get a way out of our... agreement. You'll never live it down. I assure you such."

Lisi blushed and glared at the ogre. She never put herself in that category, and she wanted so much to rip at the beat's face when he said such things. "I'm no whore, I just get lonely." She could feel the fur on her tail starting to stick up, but she tried to keep herself calm. "I don't know, maybe I need the quiet of that lonely inn. After all, a woman with a pretty face like me, like you said, needs her beauty sleep." She smiles, giving the ogre a wink, alike to the one she gave him at the restaurant. Lisi pointed to the wolf fur and said to the woman, "He just doesn't like the way it goes with his eyes." She couldn't help but snicker at herself.

Awne chuckles faintly, glancing between them with a grin, moving the fur over her shoulders and sighs, glad to have a bit of warmth to her body. She sighs softly and glances between the two "surrrrprrised that you allow herr such leway." she says with a smirk to the ogre, he had never allowed something like that to her, and she had at one point had the bruses to prove it.

Gorkall sneered in Lisi's direction before shaking his head. "I doubt you've had a night without a man before you stumbled into Gamorg, Kitten." He ran his tongue across his chapped lips as the cool fall air continued to sway across the trio. Gorkall looked to Awne at her words before averting his eyes back to the ocean. Unsure of his next move. She was right in being surprised yet it still pained him to hear such. He hated that most of the world viewed him as a vile beast, yet that was what he was right? The Ogre sighed deeply as he looked to Lisi. Eyeing the woman over. He thought that it was because of her beauty that he allowed such kindness to her, because after all. The feline was so beautiful that it brought him unease. Yet maybe it was because he was going through another change of heart. He fought back the urge to snarl and snap at Awne to prove his worth. Instead he simply nodded to her and whispered beneath his breath. "As am I, Healer. As am I."

Lisi grinned to Gorkall, "You barely know me, I'm very picky about my men." She rested her arms behind her, leaning back into the sand, looking up at the darkening sky. She'd almost forgotten about the cold until the cloak she'd been given parted to reveal a bit of bare skin. The feline shivered a bit, but did nothing to prevent it. She didn't feel like she was a slave to someone. She was being treated fairly, and from a man that most would have thought to have killed her by now. She closed her eyes, wondering what kind of trouble she'd be in if not for the ogre.

Dergious stops into view and stops when he sees the small gathering.

Awne frowns faintly at the ogre, reaching out to rest a hand on his arm "I didn't mean anything bad by it...I just rrecall some otherr meetings wherre things like this..didn't happen." She brushes a hand along her neck as though to give him a hint of what she was taking about.

Gorkall gritted his teeth as Awne ran her hand across her neck. He knew of his offensive nature to her, yet the entire ordeal had been her fault on that evening. He took a deep breath to let the moment pass and looked over to Lisi. His new found slave seemed rather happy to be in such a predicament. He opened his mouth to speak to her but was cut off by the appearance of a dwarf of sorts approaching from the distance. Once the dwarven blood had halted and stared to the group Gorkall at first arched a brow but then waved the short man over inviting him to join in with the trio. A strange feeling in Gorkall's gut told him that he knew this man, yet he couldn't ever recall meeting such. Perhaps it was just a friendly face from the days of the tavern?

Dergious stomps over, his filthy hand on an equally filthy handled weapon. He looks at each, his eyes dead and cold. He shows nothing as he searches each face for information. He says nothing.

Lisi heard the quiet between them all. She opened her eyes and saw that they were looking off at something in the distance. She turned her head to see a small man looking back at them. As Gorkall waved him over, Lisi saw it to be a dwaf, a dirty, menacing looking dwarf. Her leopard ears fell a bit, a little worried about may be going on in his head as he stared at each one of them. She laughed hesitantly, "Good...evening." She said to him, showing a small smile.

Awne turned her gaze to the dwarf as well, ears lowering. She knew that one, at least by smell and sight. He'd been in the tavern a number of times. Shifting back to sit down she moves a bit behind the ogre, trying to get out of the dwarfs sight. Idly motioning the other feline to join her. Scared? possible, she'd never had a conversation with him but she knew to be warry at least.

Gorkall arched a brow at the actions of Awne & Lisi. Their acts of fear a mystery to the Ogre. He turned his dulled-gaze back to Dergious and stared deep into the cold dead eyes of the Dwarf. The Ogre tilting his head slightly as his voice grew lower and boomed somewhat to the strange looking dwarf. "Hail. What do you go by, Dwarf?" The Ogre asked as he noted Dergious' hand on a weapon. The Ogre tightening his hands into fists beneath the gauntlet armor.

Dergious looks into the eyes of Gorkall for a moment before sizing up the rest of him. Eyes dart to it's knees first. He then raises his glare, searching and finding every scar, his mind mentally reviewing the anatomy near every one. "I be goin by da likes o' yerself. " he says flatly.

Lisi was beginning to feel a bit weary of the dwarf. Despite his stature, he gave off a such a strong feeling. She saw Awne start to slink away, and Lisi felt she should do the same. She crawled across the sand by the other feline, watching anxious as the dwarf and ogre exchanged their glances.

Awne idly wrapped her arms around the other feline, watching tensly to the dwarf. Why did he want to look at them? for what? it was making her skin scrawl..

Gorkall furrowed a brow in the direction of the dwarf. The behemoth pressing his palms into the sand to rise before Dergious. The eight foot green skin glares down to Dergious and sniffed lightly at the chilled fall air. He had suddenly felt defensive over his slave and the healer. The Ogre grinding his teeth together allowing his jaw bone to pop a few times. "Oh? Quit beating around the bush dead-eyes. What're you seekin' round here?" Gorkall held his arms down by his side as his muscles tensed in anticipation of this dwarfs next move. He couldn't overcome the feeling of devotion and knowledge of this mysterious being. His mind racing to put a name to the face.

Dergious exits west.

Lisi kept herself close to the other feline as Gorkall took to his feet, towering over the dwarf. Supposing that tonight was not the proper time to settle whatever dispute they had, the dwarf fled, without any notice. Lisi let out the air that she didn't realize she kept in. "Odd..." she said.

Awne breathes a sigh of relief as well, relaxing quickly, not even realising that she had been so tensed. Smiling faintly to the feline beside her she nods herh ead "But glad am I that he left..." She looks up to the ogre and grins "Clearrly he did not wish to angerr you orr attempt anything."

Gorkall watched as the strange dwarf fled. His teeth grinding a bit more before he turned back to the duo before him. A smile slowly forming across his visage as he chuckled at seeing them. "Leave it to the cats to scare so easily." Gorkall moved over to Lisi and held out a hand for her to take the rise up. "Well, As strange as this has been. I'm afraid I have business to attend to in Gamorg. That bastard that defiled Og's statue will be caught, and hung. But first, I need to escort my kitten back to Kelay. Hopefully she will have a bit more fun there, but not too much." His eyes narrowed to the woman. Gorkall then looked back to Awne. "Will you need escort back to the Sage?"

Lisi laughed. "I was only worried that a fight was about to break out. Psh, scared." She looked up at the ogre, and placed her small hand in his overwelming one. With his help, she rose to her feet. She removed the cloak from her figure and handed it back to the feline. "Thank you again for this. My name's Lisi, and hopefully we'll meet again soon." She gave the woman her sweetest smile, then sneered at Gorkall's remark. "I'll only have as much fun as you want me to."

Awne smiled faintly at the pair, standing on her own to dust off her skirts. Handing the other feline the wolf coverings while she took back her cloak "You may need this morre." She smiles. lightly "my name is Awne, it's good to meet you Miss Lisi." She looks up to the ogre and shakes her head "I can manage. Thank you though." She takes a step back to begin making her way, pulling her hood up and over her head.

Gorkall simply nods as he takes Lisi's hand into his own and pulls her gently to the west, escorting her to the Kelay Tavern.
