Synopsis: Lanara gets up early to receive her beloved sanctuary animals. Aspen, Ranger, and... unfortunately, Rude-Off (who is only temporary from time-to-time, okay?). When Lanara comes home, it's a surprise for her fiancé who is grumpy and sleepy. Lanara makes Tiber build a high chair for Aspen while she cooks breakfast and the two plan over a meal. Also, Tiber becomes Aspen's... father?

Part of the New Moon, New Motion Arc

Southern Sage Forest

Lanara (Post 1 of 2) :: The house is eerily quiet this morning, as not even a bird chirps in the surrounding forest, and one would remain asleep were it not for the stream of gold that filters through the window and shines its fiery beacon on the master bedroom. Upon the king-sized mattress lies one body, rather than two, the covers tightly wound about the body with care. The left side of the bed is bare, though the indentation of a petite form is present, but the sheets would be cold as they had vanished from the home at the break of dawn. A note rests upon the pillow, written in elegant calligraphy and bearing the scent of lilacs and vanilla, (My Love, I didn’t have the heart to wake you and I’m far too excited to wait any longer! We will be back soon! Love, Lana) A few poorly drawn hearts are scribbled onto the parchment, resembling lumpy potatoes, but the witch had written the note before having her morning coffee so perhaps Tiber won’t comment on her artistic abilities! Where had Lanara run off to, so early in the day? What couldn’t wait until after breakfast? The night prior she had been in a foul mood, mumbling threats she wishes to act out on Corrine, as the woman dared to claim that Tiber will leave Lanara at the altar! The witch had all but stomped up the stairs and gone to bed, not even having the energy to eat her dinner, or explain her day in detail to her betrothed. She didn’t even wear her usual skimpy attire or one of Tiber’s flannel shirts, as she had shrugged into her ‘comfort’ pajamas and slept with a stuffed unicorn pressed to her chest! Still, the note seems to have a positive aura, so it seems that her bad mood had greatly dissipated during the night!

Lanara (Post 2 of 2) Lanara happily walks the long distance across the expanse of grass towards the beautiful home, inhaling the fresh air, and gently tugging on the leash to get Ranger to keep moving to their destination. The dog is delighted to have sprung from the confines of the sanctuary, as this will be his first true home, and his tail constantly wags from left to right. Every twig must be sniffed, every tree must be marked, every kicked pebble must be chased, and each shadow of the forest must be closely watched. He’s on pup patrol and it’s the best day of his life! Holding Lanara’s free hand walks a bipedal polar bear cub, his big black eyes wide with wonder as he takes in the sight of his new home. Aspen wears a pair of swim trunks with little wolves embroidered on the fabric, likely a new purchase from the witch, but he’s adorable and deserves to be spoiled! Lana smiles and talks to the animals, “The house is fully furnished now and you guys will have your own room, with beds, personalized food dishes, accessories, toys, and everything you could possibly want!” It’s true, the woman had spent the last week slaving over the bedroom, as though she were an expectant parent preparing a nursery for her unborn child. Even Tiber hadn’t seen the lengths that Lanara had gone through, to ensure a loving home for the fur babies, as he had been busy taking care of the rest of the house! Just wait until he sees the bill! “Greyson even made you an area of your own…” She peers over her shoulder, her eyes narrowing on a majestic reindeer, “Rude-Off! Come on! Keep up the pace!” To the rear of the yard is a small barn with three stalls, the middle which will be the home of the reindeer, which has fresh bedding, a trough of clean water, and an endless supply of oat cakes. “I know you prefer Frostmaw and that you will only visit from time to time, but we want you to know that this is -your- home, too!” Lana’s smile fades as Rude-Off snorts, “Naturally… Your boy toy made sure to put me in the dead center of a -forest- where a hunter could just slay me at any given moment! How convenient!” The deer shakes his frame to rid the luggage from his back, before he all but stomps into the backyard to check out the barn. Lanara isn’t fooled, he likely smells the oat cakes and he threw all of the pet supplies in a dramatic exit, so that she would be deterred from following after him to apologize. Lana shakes her head and fumbles while trying to pull the massive duffel bag up the stairs, while still holding onto Aspen and Ranger, “Welcome home, Babies!” She’s still wearing her matching tee-shirt and pajama pants, red with white polka dots, as she was far too excited to even change her clothes! At least she managed to exchange her slippers for a pair of sneakers! Lana pauses to give Aspen the leash to hold onto, as she pulls her hair into a messy bun, and bangs loudly on the front door. “Tiiiiiiber! Babe?! Come help me with this bag, please!”

Tiber was dead asleep. The man did not rise at dawn like he normally did. The day prior, Tiber had taken the time to examine the lengths of the forest and focus on archery. In the midst of his walk, he came across Meri who had an interesting proposition for a new start in Sage. Normally a walk would not knock the poor man out, but prior he had been moving furniture, painting, getting the pack organized, and climbing mountains. Today had been the first time Tiberius felt like he could sleep after the wild three months he had with his beloved. The man, actually, had been asleep until he heard the banging on the door. The Catalian scrambles up with the whacked out bed head he inherited from silken sheets. ‘Tiiiiiiiber!’ the lycan groans with the holler from the witch before he looks to her side of the bed. What time was it? What was the note? ‘We will be back soon’...? Who was -we-? With tired, squinted eyes, the man throws the blankets back and rubs his hands over his face to wake himself up. Through grogginess, he moves out the door to move throughout the spacious house in nothing but plaid pajama pants. Eventually he moves to the front door where the banging is coming from before opening the door suddenly in a mild-rush. Drowsy eyes look at the bag and then Ranger and Aspen, but there is a faint scent of… another animal around the area. Rude-Off. Tiberius blinks a few times and rubs his eyes again to see if he was actually dreaming that they were moving in the animals -today-. “Babe,” Tiber exclaims sleepily and leans against the frame of the door as he reaches to grab the bag from her hand. Lazily the bag is dropping down to the ground with his grip on it for a gentle fall. “What are you even doing? Lanara, it's early. It’s still morning. We couldn’t have done this later? And what are you doing with that reindeer? I thought it was just these two?” The last thing Tiberius wanted was a cranky reindeer. He looks at Ranger and Aspen with a flat, exhausted line on his lips. The dog however, makes the man lean down and reach for him. Ranger was the exception.

Lanara looks exhausted, save for the silly grin she wears, as being around her animal companions always lifts her spirits. She’s the vision of a kid on Christmas morning and bringing her pets to a permanent residence is the perfect present! Once Tiber finally gets around to answering the door, her smile slightly falters as she takes in his appearance, “Oh… Sorry, Babe. I didn’t mean to wake you… I honestly thought you would be up already and coffee would be brewing…” She bites her tongue, as she hadn’t meant for that last line to slip out! But, considering that Tiber is now dissing the reindeer that she had brought along, she doesn’t offer an apology. “No, he’s not going to live here full time. Rude-Off just sort of shows up for a day or two, vanishes for a few months, that sort of thing.” Mainly, he would be showing up whenever he wants oat cake, an occasional scratch behind his ears, or to grate on their nerves. “I wanted him to see the barn we had built specially for him.” Not quite, as Greyson had built three stalls in case they required horses for their travels, so Lana wouldn’t have to bring them back and forth at odd hours to the sanctuary. A deer isn’t exactly a steed, but the witch had been so delighted that Greyson knew better than to upset his Alpha’s mate. “Careful with that bag! I had to disassemble the high chair, so I need you to put that together before I feed Aspen his breakfast.” Lana leans in to kiss Tiber on the cheek, “I’ll make us all breakfast and we can just have a nice relaxing day together.” The bear obediently follows Lana into the house, observing every detail of the home, while Ranger yips and plants dozens of puppy kisses on Tiber’s hands. As Salem marks his territory the dog looks at the cat curiously, following the feline in a circle around the lycans legs, before bopping it on the head with his paw and barking playfully in its face. The cat may not like having the dog around, but Ranger is determined to make a new friend, and it seems that his efforts will be unrelenting! “Do you want some oatmeal with berries, Babe? Oh! Can you grab Aspen’s bib from the bag, too?” In full pet mom mode, Tiber is getting a glimpse of what type of parent Lana would be, should they ever have children. “You won’t believe what the wench said to me last night!” She rummages in the fridge as she replays Corrine’s verbal assault, “She said we won’t make it to the rehearsal dinner, let alone the wedding! She’s so hateful.” Not that Lanara is any better to the woman. “I made a lovely doll that looks -just- like Corrine, it’s in our top dresser drawer… Feel free to twist it’s head, drop it on the floor, or let Ranger gnaw on it.”

Tiber rolls his eyes at the witch’s mention of him making coffee. “I’ll do it right now,” he grumbles with his grumbly self. Morning Tiber was not a dreamy man when he was sleepy. He was a grump. “I’m glad he’s not staying long, I’m sure we would get on each other’s nerves. Don’t want a clashing duo at the house.” The man then slowly pushes himself off the frame before pivoting with the heavier bag. When Lanara admits what is in the bag, however, the man halts and gives Lanara ‘a look’. “High chair? But Aspen is a bear?” The mental image of Aspen in a high chair makes Tiberius look exasperated. He did not sign up for kids, but Aspen was a bear? Tiber is slow with his words and very confused this morning. “I have to do this -now-?” Surprise, Tiber! This is future husbandly duties, so get used to it. The kiss is truly what knocks Tiberius out of his conflicted, confused state. “Fine.” For the last time, Tiber is leaning down to give Ranger a few ear scratches before standing up. All the while, Salem is more cautious than ever. Once Salem is bopped by the dog, ears reflect back, eyes grow wide and ‘almost’ evil, but the cat decides to run away in his own fear instead. The man then begins to move into the house as Ranger licks the dangling hand that Tiber walks with. Once in the kitchen, Tiber sits to scramble the legs and parts in the bag he carries. “Do you think you can cook a little bacon on the side?” His voice reflects one of a kid when Lanara mentions breakfast. The mention of the bib has Tiber wiggling his head snarkily on the ground. “What Aspen can’t use a napkin?” Bad joke. Very dry. Bad. Snarky. Tiber, stop. Reluctantly, the man reaches in for the bib to place on the table for his bride-to-be. “Love you,” he says to brush the rudeness away he has been causing. Thank gosh for the talk of Corrine. When did Lanara make voodoo dolls? Should Tiberius be scared? “Corrine is jealous, babe. We talked about this. If anything we just need to stick some sucker on her or something so she can just get over herself. If I was going to bail, I wouldn’t have popped the question.” There was a pause. Curiosity strikes, “So… what does that doll do exactly?”

Lanara gives a long sidelong glance to Tiber as he rifles through the bag of baby clothes, toys, kibble, treats, blankets, and various other items that cater to either a child or canine. The bib is procured and Aspen seems to have just noticed Tiber, as he had been in awe of the massive home and the smell of sizzling bacon, “He wants ‘up’ and for you to put his bib on…” Lana seems to be taking care of brewing the coffee, frying the bacon, cooking the oatmeal, and slicing fresh berries, and even though her attention is on making breakfast, she’s also watchful of Tiber around Aspen. The bear may be one of Frostmaw’s notorious predators, but he will never age beyond ten weeks old, and he’s very sensitive. Eventually, the Catalian finishes assembling the heavy duty high chair, and Lana expertly turns to wash the tray to make sure it’s clean. “Yeah… I know.” Corrine’s words had hit harder than she lets on, as she -has- been left at the altar before, “I love you...More.” The food is ready so she dishes it all out, sets aside a bowl of oatmeal to cool for Aspen, and pours some kibble into Ranger’s bowl. “After he eats you can give him a little bacon, but not until he finishes his kibble.” Lana finds a sippy cup in the bag and pours a little milk into it, which is then handed to the waiting bear cub, “Take small sips, okay?” The witch sits before the Catalian and nibbles on some berries, “The doll? Well… Say I stab it with a pin? Corrine may suddenly feel a prick in the same area on the doll…I’ve also doused the head in pepper and she sneezed for an hour straight when we went looking at wedding stuff!” She laughs, “I haven’t set it on fire yet, but I imagine she will get an awful case of sunburn! Nothing deadly or permanent though… Just for entertainment purposes.” She pauses to test the temperature of the oatmeal, before placing the spoon and bowl on the tray before Aspen. He eats neatly, much like a toddler, and he even offers a few bites to Tiber! “He likes you!” She sighs in relief, “He never had a father figure, so, this is new to him…” She quickly transitions, “I was thinking about the pack supply cache trips we were planning? What cities do you think we should consider?”

Tiber gives a squinty, flat face when he has to put the bib on Aspen. What even was happening right now? Tiberius clearly did not understand. He thought kids were not in the picture? Was Aspen going to be the new kid of the family? “Oh boy…” After placing the bib around Aspen’s neck, Tiber gives Aspen a few strokes before completing the high chair. Then, he lifts Aspen to place him in the chair. “My gods,” maybe the Catalian would have to get used to this one. Once the food is dispersed, Tiber begins to dig in, but he pauses before standing to reach to give Lanara a kiss. “Thank you, baby.” Heartily, Tiber eats his bacon while eyeing the milk drinking Aspen. It is a sight, but eventually the Catalian will get used to this one. On with the doll, “Promise me you won’t do that to me if we get into some silly banter, but honestly that’s pretty funny. Can I use it?” Now interest is piqued. “Would it work if -I- did something to it?” The man grins, and his mood begins to lighten up as the food and coffee enter his body. What a hangry guy. “You’re corrupted, and I love it. Corrine definitely deserves it.” The man has a sly mischievous smile on his lips before a spoon is pressing against them. A sharp look is given to Aspen who is all proper in his bib. “Oh boy…” ‘He likes you!’ Slowly the man opens his mouth in hesitance. Should he really eat off a bear’s spoon? Tiber then snaps his mouth shut and shakes his head. “I’ll actually pass, buddy.” Tiber reaches to stroke the bear’s arm before slipping some bacon beneath the table for Ranger. “Oh yeah, I say Cenril… Enchantment? Northern Sage, maybe? Definition Xalious and Frostmaw since we are there quite a bit in travel. I think that’s a great idea.” A spoonful of oatmeal is shoved into the man’s mouth. “I also ran into Meri yesterday. Supposedly I can be a ‘Ranger’. Only there’s a catch… literally,” he begins. “I have to catch a salamander. For Nikola? Like we did with the dragons, only a salamander. Only thing is… they’re smaller. Toxic skin. Nikola needs the pelt, so I have to be careful with it. But I thought it’d be a good idea to learn your tracking skills? At least to get familiar with distinguishing scents and finding clues of life? Might be a good beginning start to ‘hunting’. Take it slow. Though, I know you’re weary of reptiles.”

Lanara smiles sweetly at Aspen and shakes her head, “You eat it, Sweetie! It’s all yours…” She returns Tiber’s kiss, “I know it’s a lot for you, but he’s -very- well behaved and he keeps to himself most of the time. Unless you have popcorn! He needs his own huge bowl, and he will -not- share!” The cheeks of the Kelvarian flush faintly as this is a huge move on her part, too! She has never owned a home with a man she loves and is going to marry, and she has never let her fur children grow close to anyone aside from herself or her sister. “It’s mostly the intent of the user that targets the doll and sends the power into the actual person… However! Since we are imprinted, yes, you can use my tools.” Chocolate hues trail from Tiber’s face, to the table, and finally to her half eaten bowl of oatmeal, “I thought you would think badly of me…” She’s corrupted and he -loves- it, he said?! Lana’s tone is a little less guarded as she returns her gaze to her beloved's face, “I never toyed with the side of dark magic much, but after all I’ve been through? I’m fairly sure the Goddess will give me a few passes, or maybe I just learned that things don’t always have to be good or evil, I prefer the gray areas.” As they are finishing their breakfast and discussing the upcoming treks they planned for the Pack, they are interrupted by Rude-Off glaring at them through the kitchen window. Lana opens it an inch, because she knows the jerk will spit oatmeal cake crumbs into the house, “What do you want Rude-Off?” The deer looks a little maniacal as his eyes are rolling in his head and his mouth is arched in a buck toothed grin, “Will there be two hot does in the other stalls? It’s been a while since I’ve had any action with the ladies… It’s almost ‘hunting’ season, if you know what I mean!” The witch is disgusted and slams the window shut, as she moves to close the blinds, “So! We were talking about the areas… I think we should also venture to Rynvale. I know it’s a lot further than we’ve had in mind, but the only way there is by boat and if any of us are there on a solo mission or for whatever reason and we get in a jam? We need to think long term, too… I guess we can go in groups, that way our homebase isn’t left unattended?” She furrows her brows as the topic steers to reptile hunting, “I didn’t know Meri is recruiting for the Ranger’s Guild…” Had her frenemy, Aira, stepped down from her role? What happened to Orikahn!? “I don’t mind lizards. I once adopted an actual dragon as my brother… But, Scandal took his own life.” She lifts her arms in a shrug at the invite, “Sure. If you want me there… I will go with you. I can track and learn the ropes, but you can handle the actual slaughter.” Lanara Banks will do -anything- for Tiberius Lowell, and to prove that, she offers, “Want me to make a doll of anyone for you?”

Tiber finds ease as the three eat their meal, and Ranger under the table. Salem even comes out of his hidden place to nibble out of his cat bowl. The only one missing was… Cinder. Then the home of the future Lowell’s would be complete. Tiber is content with Aspen’s neediness for now, for the bear does not ask for… much? Maybe he does, but he has a cute, fluffy way of showing it. “I would’ve never thought badly of you. Only if it was a deal of great harm to one of the innocent which I know you would never do,” he concludes because of the trust in her. “Grey is always best.” Tiber agrees before continuing their conversation. An ordinary day, for the most part. Their new home life was quirky, but somehow was able to settle with Tiber’s taste. Rude-Off then comes through the window and Tiber almost chokes on his coffee. “You ain’t bringing any strays to -our- home!” Cue window closing. At the mention of Rynvale, Tiber looks at the woman across the table with a serious gaze. “Actually, that wouldn’t be half-bad. Maybe one in the forests over there… I’m actually thinking that’s where we are going to find a salamander. It’s damp. The fog is eerie, but I feel like it’s cool enough because it’s in a forest. Unless you can think of anywhere else?” Pause. “But as for other caches, we might just want to travel and place them in various areas. Despite us two, we also have a whole pack to think about. What if the others travel to places we wouldn’t even consider around Lithrydel? Venturil, Gamorg?” Anyway, back to the Ranger topic. “I didn’t know there was another recruiter? I only just came across the idea. I figured it would be safer for us if I had a part in protecting this forest. Protecting our pack from outsiders.” The man sighs as he listens to the small bit of Scandal. “My condolences. I didn’t know you had a brother…” Beat. “But I’ll do the -actual- hunting part. Besides, I need this pelt in one piece, and since the skin is toxic, I don’t want us getting hurt.” At the mention of the doll, Tiber begins to smile mid-chew, “Hm, well, I have a list. Narrowing it down, however? Nick or Skitch, you can take your pick.” He smirks. “Truly you don’t have to, though. I don’t want to test the Goddess or whoever she is,” his hands sort of wave towards the ceiling in dramatic effect. Clearly, Tiberius was not as religious, but the Goddess -was- growing on him. “Afterall, Cinder brought you back. I’d hate to relive that over again.”

Lanara collects their dishes and wipes Aspen’s muzzle, before carefully directing a raspberry into his mouth so she doesn’t stain his snowy coat. “Yes, I think we can do little field trips, in small groups? Maybe we can do each of the bigger cities, record it on maps, that way everyone knows where they can find the cache if they are on their own? We can have learning exercises too…” She had a -lot- to learn as she’s a newly turned wolf, plus the pack can bond! “I know that we are supposed to rely on our sense of smell, but if we aren’t all in close proximity, maybe we can pick a night in the middle of nowhere and just focus on our howls?” Wolves do howl at the moon, right? It’s not a myth, she hopes! “Also… We need to hunt as a pack, so it’s funny that you should mention Skitch.” A wicked grin is on her face as she rinses their dishes, “Maybe we can toy with his crew for a bit, plan this big obstacle course, and finish that creep off?” Tiberius had promised Lanara that Skitch would be her kill, and she plans on carrying out that task soon. “I can teach everyone how to make a glamour potion, some healing poultices, and I know -some- survival skills.” Pause. “You can teach us more of the wolf lifestyle, and of course how to pickpocket, lockpick, those sorts of things.” At the mention of Cinder, the witch nearly drops the plate in her hand, “Uh…” It’s a pain that she still hasn’t quite dealt with, a death she cannot accept, and although the option to bring the feline back to life is a possibility, it’s an area she is fearful to tread. Best to change the subject! Her heart beats wildly and tears spring to her eyes, but Lana is determined to tuck the memory of her familiar away for the moment, “Tomorrow I’m going to take Celeste to meet with Penelope… You know, the ‘hippy’ healer?” Has Tiber ever learned Nel’s real name? “I know you will want Greyson to tag along for protection, but can I bring Bjorn, instead?” He will likely want to date the healer, but at least he has a sense of humor, and she’s more comfortable around him than the loyal Beta. “Can you believe Bjorn asked me to teach him some dance moves?” At least she can dance again as the lycanthropy repaired her injury! “Oh! That reminds me of another thing! I, um, was hoping to… Rejoin the Bard’s Guild. Of course, I wouldn’t be a full time professor, and I wouldn’t live on the campus…. This is my home, I have the sanctuary to take care of, and my life is the pack now… But I -do- miss dancing and even if it’s just a weekly class, it will bring in some coin.” The legal way.

Tiber nods with Lanara’s request. “I think learning other’s howls are essential if we are to separate as a group. It’s a link within a pack. A call. I never thought of that,” he squints. The pack was new to him too, for he had been a lone wolf most of his life until Lanara came along and changed the world he led on his own. Then her grin turns wicked and the reflection shows within him. What was she thinking to do with the bastard? “I -love- your thinking. That creep needs to stop, and baby, he’s all yours.” Tiber would then stand to grab his dish. Aspen sort of paws at him as he stands, and an idle hand reaches to brush the polar bear. “I can do that. But we also need to figure out what skills every member has too. So far, we know Celeste and her connection to the water element. What else can the others do? We’ll have to find the time to really understand who we have in this group.” With the mention of Cinder, Tiber notices the falter the witch has and there is a guilt that swarms over the man. Although Tiber hated the feline, the loyalty that Cinder gave was apparent, and he wanted to obey Cinder’s request of bringing her back on the third full moon, but… Lanara would have to make the choice. “Penelope? That’s her name? Huh…” He never knew. Maybe he did, but he replaced the name instinctively. The man then smiles as she mentions Bjorn. “You’re -really- going to set Bjorn up with Penelope? Really?” The man laughs. “I just said that so Bjorn could shut up for once, but if you think it’d be a good idea, go for it.” He smirks. “I think Celeste will be comfortable with the healers. She’s very soft. Different. Doesn’t your friend do like… magical stuff too?” Only pass of word would he remember before he dumps his plate in the sink and wraps his arms around his lover. “You could teach -me- some moves. I’m suave, but I have room for growth,” he grins. “I was thinking about talking to the folk at the Bard’s Guild, myself. I was offered to be a professor for guitar and then, well, I got caught up. It’d give us some time to bring in coin together. Maybe we can co-teach for some classes,” he smirks and leans to kiss her neck before looking at her again. “Any other requests? What about our little housewarming party? Who did we want to invite? Any wedding plans? Or is that all on Corrine?”

Lanara looks pleased that Tiber approves of her little man hunt design she’s working on regarding Skitch, and it dawns on her that she’s becoming more feral, whereas her betrothed is becoming more domestic. They are soulmates, so it makes sense that their imprint has evened them both out, in the aspects of learning to live and love. “Bjorn is coming as the muscle in case we run into any trouble… And -maybe- to see if there’s a spark.” She smirks, ever the matchmaker, “I was rooting for Gordyn to woo Nel, but that hasn’t happened… Yet!” Aspen is pulled from his high chair and given a small bag of blocks to play with, as well as a ball, which he gleefully throws across the room. The ball bounces off the kitchen counter, just misses the window, breezes past Lana’s tapered ear, and violently hurls down the hallway as Ranger gives chase. “Aspen! No, Sweetums! You have to roll the ball….” Once the hound retrieves, the witch goes through the motions of teaching the cub how to play with the dog safely, at least while indoors. The Catalian will go ballistic if anything gets broken, but Aspen is getting the hang of it, so she leaves his side to cuddle up against Tiber. “I can definitely help you grow, Babe…” A lingering kiss is pressed to his lips as she trails her fingertips across his bare chest, “Hm… We are going to have the housewarming party and announce our engagement… I figure we can invite the pack, so they can learn how to socialize a little better. I’m sure Tybalt will love playing with Ranger, Aspen, and Salem… Perhaps a few of my kin from Kelvar? Taly and Krice will come, of course. I will invite Penelope and Aira, probably Kyori… Venin from the sanctuary, Chef Gordyn, and Brennia if she isn’t too busy campaigning. And, even though we are on weird terms lately, I will invite Meri, Fleur, and Magik… Hmm. Anyone else?” Lanara listens to Tiber’s requests for the party, before she moves on to details of their wedding, “I’m planning most of it, Corrine is just my gopher… Go for this, go for that, in a sense, my bitch. We should head up to the University in a few days, together, I will reach out!” The witch gives a seductive smile, “I have lots of plans for our future, and I -really- want to share some of them with you, but I need to go bathe and dress in my day clothes… Maybe I can show you some moves… Right now?” Are they still talking about dancing? Not from the come hither look eye and the way she’s tugging on Tiber’s waistband, “Let’s let the fur kids enjoy their playtime and settle into the house… While we go and enjoy some playtim of our own?” She teasingly nips her lower lip and exits the kitchen, putting their planning session on pause, so that they can spend some newly engaged quality time together.

Tiber shrugs. “You know Nel better than I do. I could care less. Honestly, I was just thinking of Bjorn,” rude, but true. “You seem to talk about the healer enough,” anyway, he goes off of the conversation like a typical dude. Then frowns as he watches the ball bounce off the wall. “Lana, he best not break a window. We just put in new glass!” The fingertips across his chest seem to quiet his exasperation. He listens to the list. Meri comes across the list and his mind lingers on oddity between the two women. Tiber was not as close as Lanara was with Meri, so as a typical man, he did not understand. “Things are weird, you didn’t tell her about--” he cuts off only because he knows that this was a needed resolution between best friends. “Who is Kyori?” He frowns off-topic. Was Kyori a dude? Who was Kyori? Was there a pang of jealousy? The thoughts disappear as she asks if there was anyone else on Tiber’s end. “Nadine, if she can. Though, I’ve had a hard time with contact, so I doubt it. I think she runs with a new pack? I’m not sure what she is up to these days, but it seems she left unexpectedly.” The man nods with each statement the witch says before she mentions showing him some ‘moves’. “Oh, moves? I can observe. Maybe then I can take the lead and show you some myself,” he smirks as she nips his lip. “After you,” he then watches his fiance tug him forward before he follows along after her and chases her throughout the house. Planning would definitely have to wait, and only time would tell what would happen next between the lovers’ future.
