RP:Dyzz Saves the Children! (And Leena Helps. A Little. Ahem.)

Road to Milous

Pyoshia was following behind a carriage, inside of her little Wyvern.. Well, little is a relative term. The giant wyvern that towered over the carriage, walked behind it, keeping it safe, from harm. Pyoshia sat inside of the giant pseudo-dragon, cocooned safe from any of the acids inside it's stomach. The monster's eyes linked perfectly to Pyoshia's mind, the corruptible nature of the wraith's magic having been seeded through the massive beast since it's birth and the poor creature to have little of it's own thought. The carriage they followed wasn't exactly normal either, sitting seven feet off the ground, resting upon vines that extended to the ground and walked rather then rolled it along. The entire operation was meant to take the children inside, who's tiny faces could be seen through the outside barred windows. They seemed scared, some shrieked, others were to terrified to talk, and anyone who passed by ran the other way.. I mean, if you saw a giant dragon behind a carriage full of children, would you try to save them?

Dyzz was one of those few that wouldn't abide a cart of children with a dragon behind them. She stood on the side of the road, where she usually picnicked, but upon noticed the tremors at the wyvern's approach, and the screams... her face was one of deadly resolve. She had Gae Bolg in hand, and her other weapons on either hip. Dyzz could hear the dove wing's fluttering of blood beating in her ears, like a divine message, a task set upon her by something simply more. Her fingers twitched around the haft of Gae Bolg, and Jacoby was exuberant within her. She cocked it back, and Rancor flickered, setting upon it the enchantment of explosive impact. She cast her form forward, body stretched out for a mighty throw, and let her weapon fly, a spear to pierce the heavens, and shatter the soul. Gae Bolg flew true, and did not split, not in the air... she had her target well in mind. It would shoot straight for the wyvern, difficult to stop, impossible to destroy. It would extend once it planted, seeking it's prey with a mind of it's own, explosions and barbs rocking into that which it sought with all it's fury to destroy.

Nowfaleena was strolling along the path, on her way into Kelay from her home. Her course just happened to take her across the Road to Milous, and her tufted ears were easily able to detect the wailing of the children from quite a distance off. Suddenly the caracal froze, keen, luminescent gaze peering through the darkness and spotting the little slave tading operation. A snarl caught in her throat as she thought of her own cubs. These kids might have families. And while she may seem cold and calloused, Leena Nayar was actually not a bad person. She loaded a bolt into her crossbow, and took aim for the wyvern's belly, knowing well that the dragon's back scales were far from vulnerable. The shaft was let fly, and the caracal, dropping her bow, did her level best to meld into the shadows as she hurried in near silence toward the carraige.

Pyoshia watched from inside the wyvern as the spear hurtled at the giant creature. Whilst the weapon hurtled for the massive being, it's wings suddenly expanded swiftly, it's limb to take the damage as it removed the weapon from it's proper course, forcing a giant splinter like wound into it's body. The bolt entered it's stomach, though, it was quickly forgotten as much more then a paper cut compared to the wyvern's size. The dryad wasn't exactly happy with the sudden ambush attacks against her armored suit, the spear, the bolt, and now there was one headed for the carriage! The vines suddenly gave weight, dropping the children to the ground. Those same vines suddenly began to worm their way into the earth, searching through the soil, aiming to grasp the attackers. Three were headed for Faleena, in fact, only three seemed to be headed anywhere, the other two were missing entirely. One went to grasp around her ankles, pulling her to the ground. Another aimed for her throat, and the final wanted to grip her wrists. Dyzz, was ignored entirely, minus the giant berserk wyvern that rushed for the man, snapping it's massive jaw in an attempt to pull the little troblin's head off it's shoulders.

Dyzz saw Gae bolg tossed aside, and hmmphed. It mattered little. When the wyvern came to bear down on her, she had a shrunken head in hand, and summoned the Gargantuan, and zombie being formed from a deep practice of voodoo, with a mind full of rage. It came from the ground, catching the Wyvern's jaws, and wrenching it's head aside as it roared, dragging its self from the earth. Dyzz didn't let up, summoning a storm of poisoned toads to rain on the wyvern, actually exploding, packed with acid, all around it, an acid to eat through it's armor, while the Gargantuan contended with it, in a barbarian like Rage.

Nowfaleena hurried toward the carriage, hearing the clatter as it was abandoned by it vine supports. The caracal knew she was at a disadvantage, the foe was a magic user, and the bounty hunter knew nothing of magic. But keen eyes were able to see through the darkness as though it were daylight, and those vines racing toward her were easy to detect. The woman pulled her dagger from her boot, and hacked at the botanical cords as they launched at her. The ones aimed for her throat and arms were easily sliced away, but those meant to knock her off her feet wrapped about her legs and toppled the graceful feline. She hissed and moved to slice them away as well, eager to free herself and the children that were being transported. Her ears were tuned to the surrounding sounds, and she knew she was not alone in her attack. Someone else had sent projectiles at the wyvern, and so the caracal had hope. If she could let the other attacker distract their common enemy, then she could get to the kids and free them. She moved quietly as she could, sticking to the shadows, trying her best to be undetectable.

Pyoshia 's wyvern was suddenly smashed down upon as a Gargantuan grasped it's jaws, able to contend with the beasts strengths, forcing it's mouth from closing with ease. The wyvern wasted little time however, as frogs became to pour down upon it, smashing into his rock like exterior, forcing acid upon him and irritating his skin. The one good wing began to beat fastly, the injured wing to keep pace, as it took a step backwards away from the abomination. The frogs that poured down were suddenly changed in their pace, as some smashed into the wyvern, some were flung forward by the massive amounts of air at the gargantuan, smashing into it with it's acidic contents and the others to fly in Dyzz's direction. The giant behemoth pseudo-dragon wanted to smash everything and it's jaws aimed once more to grasp upon the gargantuan, hoping to crush it between the powerful jaws. Her magic however, continued to weave, through the vines. The two which remained moved above the earth, suddenly falling to the earth and dying, molding themselves into the ground and sprouting more flora from the soil. The vastly corrupted plant life began to grow in rapid succession around the carriage, as five plant eating flowers sprouted outwards. Their goal, sole purpose and desire, was to simply keep Faleena from getting to the kids, whilst the sixth and final flower that appeared began to expunge a gas into the sky. The birds would began to drink up the toxin, oh how she'd love when the birds accepted her toxin.

Dyzz watched as the Gargantuan struggled with the wyvern, and now the frogs, as the Wyvern struggled. Though the Wyvern got a good bite in, on the sounlder of the gargantuan, he managed to wrestle his arms around it's neck, that long, serpentine neck, and wrench it, in the hopes of snapping it like a twig. And with muscles like that, and the far reaching of the wrench, it was very possible. Acid hit them both, the dead flesh of the gargantuan as vulnerable as the dragons scales and skin. Dyzz was splattered with a few of her own frogs, but the acid did nothing to corrode her flesh, though her garments fell apart with ease. She snorted, and watched the flowers spring up. Dyzz watches them, and drew Ravage, the single sided axe, and cocked her arm back. The strike of Ravage was a thing of dire beauty, it swung fast, with a vorpal strike that cleaved through bone like butter, and dragged a beautiful arc behind it, like the ripping of claws, it would draw out organs and puree anything in it that wasn't fully armored. She threw it sideways, liked a boomerang, to swim through the flowers, and come back to her calling hand. Her shoulder jerked with the force of it's return, setting bits of her to jiggling, and the smile on her face was exuberant as she watched the flowers fall, hopefully she'd gotten the gas spewing one before it had been able to spray much of anything. Not for the first time, Dyzz wished for some elemental magic, but she did not know how to commune with the elements left. Still. She had great strength against natural magic, and pulled forth another shrunken head, this time incanting in a strange language, crying out the words as power formed in their wake. She didn't bother wrestling for control of the vines, but this specific spell pulled the water from living things, most especially botany... she would wither them, all way up their sources, and hopefully into the bowels of the wyvern, where Pyoshia lay, though Dyzz didn't yet know that.
