RP:A Smashing Entrance

From HollowWiki

Background

Raziel had woke up before Aeonis, and asked Yerrel to write up a letter for Muraski. Later on, Muraski ends up 'saving' Raziel from the healer's hut, with a crazy entrance. Then he brings her to the Red Ogre Inn, and gets her a room to stay in, rather than being at the healer's... This is because Muraski hates healers, and Raziel hates being cooped up.

Letter To The Boss

  • *The note seems to be written by somebody, considering Raz can't write. Judging by the words, it could be assumed that she wasn't letting on that Muraski is the one who attack her, nor that he's a vampire.*

Hey Boss,

I just thought I'd let you know I'm alright, Aeonis brought me to the Kelay Healer. I can't leave the hut for a few days though, healer's orders, but I'll try and be back to work as swiftly as I can. I hope that you're alright and that Bresk didn't get into too much trouble. Maybe, when you're feeling a little stronger, you'd like to come for a visit. But don't forget you need rest, and to drink plenty of your medicine. I'm not going anywhere, anytime soon.

Your loyal employee

~Glitch

P.S. Don't be selling my cane or my throwing daggers to anyone, I need them and they are of importance to me. I'd appreciate very much if they were brought back to me in the same condition as when I left them with you. Thank you.

Muraski Visits

Raziel is simply lying within a bed, in the healer's hut, her mask is off to the side on a table. Aeon is asleep beside her, a worried expression upon his features. Raziel is very pale, more so than usual, and she is breathing a slight bit oddly. But her wounds are bandaged and she seems that she is going to pull through at some point. Meanwhile Yerrel is moving around, tending to the usual daily things... Also Kraar is lying on a pillow on a seperate bed.

Muraski strolled towards the healing hut with his usual air of confidence, tux set up nicely, shoes and pants entirely looking as fancy as Muraski normally preffered. The door to the hut would hear a knock, then another to shortly follow. He'd wait outside, straightening his clothes till they came to the door to allow the mobster entrance.

Raziel || Yerrel hears the knock and swiftly walks to the door, opening it a crack and looking out upon the mobster. "Hello, may I help you?" He asks. Unfortunatly, the previous night, Aeonis had told the healer everything that happened to Raz, because he was so filled with worry.

Muraski pushed upon the door, quickly without worry, he'd make his entrance and look about for Raz.. The healer brushed aside with little care in the world. "Raz, where are you? I brought your stuff, figured you might need it. Can't have my employees working without all their tricks, now can I?"

Raziel || a soft, and raspy laugh would be heard from Raz's bed, as she hears Mura enter. She kept her eyes closed, for she hardly had the strength to open them. "Hey boss..." she'd say weakly, and with a little laugh, and then brings her pale hand up to her pale rosy lips, holding her index finger to them "Shhh... Aeon is asleep." she says, and then lets her hand drop. Yerrel gives Muraski a frown, as he closes the door, but says nothing about the previous evening. He simply seemed to keep an eye on him. "Feeling... Any better... Today?" she strings out, a soft smile still on her face.

Muraski continued to ignore the healer's stares as he spoke with his employee. The weapons and cane were sat to rest atop the counter next to her bed. "Me? I'm fine, nothing ever stops me, you should know this by now.. Broken hands are almost fully healed to.. Only hurts if you start to play with them directly now.. Give them a few more days and they'll be one hundred percent, okay." He stared at her rather pale complexion and pulled a chair up next to her, "I heard you kept me well fed though yesterday, thanks for that.. Though, next time I'd reccomend you limit my diet back a little bit."

Raziel laughs at that, once more, gaining a slightly scolding look from the healer, because she should be conserving energy. "Your welcome... And I will... Try much harder... If that... Ever happens... Again..." the raven gives her a quiet caw, from where he is. "Oh... Right... Hey, boss... Could I see your... Hand for a sec?" she asks weakly, and points to his right hand with her pale one.

Muraski grinned rather cockily at the female, "You might want to, if I ever enter such a state again. I can't be eating my best employees to the point of death now, can I?" He continued to grin until she asked for his hand, caught slightly offguard he shrugged with little thought to it. "Yeah, I guess you can." His hand would be placed gently in one of hers as he awaited to see what she planned to do.

Raziel would smirk, and use most of her strength to swiftly pull his hand and arm closer to her, making to land a weak bite upon his wrist. Had to fulfill that promise she made last night after all. Whether the bite lands, or not, she would then lay her head back on her pillow, feeling slightly dizzied, but would say. "A promise, is a promise..." with a little laugh.

Muraski blinked as she started to pull his hand to her then watched her teeth open, a small smile would appear upon Muraski's face. When she went to bite, he'd push up, ever so little upon the bottom of her chin so that she could at least leave indents in his skin. With that, he pulled both arms away and shook his head with amusement, "Yes, yes, a promise you kept.. But, next time, go a little easier upon my arm! It has indents in it now, you know?"

Raziel laughs at that, for she had felt Muraski push upon the bottom of her chin. "Sir, yes, sir.." she says, with a weak grin. Soon Yerrel would approach, slightly, and say to Raziel "You really shouldn't being doing things like that... you need your rest, after all." The young elf's smile would fade a bit, however, and sigh "Oh, very well then..." her raspy voice would say. "But... I don't.... Plan to be here for...Very long..." obviously, she -should- be there for as long as she needs... But she hates being cooped up so much that she's being stubborn.

Aeonis stirred slightly, hearing the voices in the room. One was the healer, and the other was Raziel. when he identified her voice finally, he snapped awake. "How are you feeling, my love?" he asked as soon as he saw she was awake. Then, remembering the third voice he had heard, he rolled over slightly towards Muraski. "And you, how's the shoulder and insane bloodlust going?" He said, not expecting him to be here.

Muraski took joy in seeing the female smile from the joke he made of her bite. Without too many more words, he leaned in close to her, hat withdrawn from his head and then placed upon hers. "It's yours now, by the way, Raz. Keep it. It's much better cover then that silly hood you're always wearing, not to mention it allows your hair to flow." He then stood and turned towards the door, as he entirely dismissed Aeonis. And with that, he'd leave, no matter should anyone try to stop him or not.

Muraski gave 1 fedora to Raziel.

Raziel turns her head towards Aeonis’s voice and places a slightly cold hand upon his cheek. “I’m feeling alright, love…” she says with a weak and raspy voice. “Now… What’s this about… Mura’s shoulder?” she asks weakly. Suddenly the fedora is placed upon her head and she laughs at Mura’s words, and says to Aeon “Dear… I’m not mad at Mura, so you know… He didn’t mean to…” the woman says as she adjusts the hat upon her head, not used to wearing such a thing.

Aeonis smiled at Raziel, noticing she couldn't remember anything past his arrival. "When i burst through the door, he hid behind you continuing to feed. So," he said with a shrug, "I put an arrow in his shoulder."

Raziel opens her eyes, just a bit, at these words... Not that it would matter much. "Oh?... I doubt that would hurt him much, when he was in that state, dear." she says, with a smile. "But I appreciate that you tried to put a stop to it." she says, leaning towards him to place a kiss upon his forhead. When she straightens back up she then 'looks' around "Kraar?" she says, and the bird releases a caw. "Aeon... Could you, maybe... Bring Kraar to me?" she says, her voice still very raspy. If he does fetch her raven for her, she'd continue on to say "Dear... I don't intend... To stay in here... Much longer... I hate staying in one place... For too long..." this, of course, would gain another scolding look from Yerrel as he says "You know I advise against that thought."

Aeonis quickly fetched the raven for his beloved, and hearing her protests. "You know that even if you did leave, i would be carrying you until you were ready to move again." he smiled at her again. "That is, if he will let you leave at all"

Raziel frowns a little at Yerrel's words and then simply turns towards Aeon's voice with a smile. "Well, that would be... Far better than... Being stuck here..." she says with a soft, though rough, laugh. "But... Yerrel told me... When I first woke up... That I need to stay here... For a few more days...." she says, her smile losing some of its strength.

Administrative message from Morvious: *crickets*

Aeonis placed Kraar on the pillow next to Raziel, and carressed her cheek. "You need to rest more, my dear. You have barely the strength to keep talking." Aeonis kisses her, then strokes her hair. "So please, don't overdo it. Okay?"

Raziel smiles softly as she feels Kraar beside her, and lightly moves a weak hand to stroke his feathers, moving her arm back to her side when Aeonis kisses her. "I won't... Overdo anything..." she says, with a kind smile. "Trust me... I've lost lots... Of blood before... I'll be better soon..." Raz says, with hope in her raspy voice. "But... If I have to stay... Then I guess I should..."

Aeonis nods. "I'm glad that you have decided to stay." he said grinning, knowing she really didn't have much of a choice. "Maybe she should eat something?" he said, turning to the healer, not quite sure how to take care of her.

Raziel sighs a little bit, knowing she's stuck there to recover, but she doesn't argue. Weakly she leans over and picks up her weak little raven, setting him in her lap and stroking his feathers. Kraar looked just as weak as Raz did, but he seemed happy to be near his 'sister' again. Yerrel nods to Aeonis "Yes, I believe you're right." he says, and then looks for some fruit for her to eat, coming back with a few dates and such. "Perhaps you should feed her, sir." he says, handing the food to Aeon with an encouraging smile, he could tell that the two were a new couple.

Aeonis took the food gratefully. "Should we lean her up? Or feed her as is?" he questioned as he sat next her.

Raziel || Yerrel smiles and walks over to Raziel, simply helping her to sit up. "There we are." he says, with a soft chuckle. "You'll learn how to care for her after a while, I'm sure." he says, with a smile. "Thank you, Yerrel." she says with a rough laugh. "Honestly... You two are making... Me feel like a... Child..." she says with a chuckle.

Aeonis laughed as he began to feed her. "Enjoy the feeling while it lasts, my love." he said jokingly.

Raziel takes a few small and weak bites from the food, but is otherwise happy to be getting something in her... Especially since her mouth simply had been tasting of blood all day. When she swallows she smiles to Aeon, "Thanks, love... I really appreciate you.... helping me." she says kindly. "I guess... I shouldn't have... Gone to work yesterday..." she says with a laugh. Quite suddenly a little, fluffy, and adorable white flying squirrel darts into the room and crawls up the bed, and continues on until he reaches Raz's shoulder, soon cuddling with the woman's face. She laughs lightly as the little creature curls its tail behind her neck. "Aeon... This little guy... Is Fwirl... He's another of my... Friends..." she says, giving him an itch behind the ear.

Aeonis looks at the squirrel with a surprised look. "A squirrel?" he says. "I love squirrels! May I see him?" he looks as though he were a small child pleading for a new pet. Squirrels, along with wolves, were some of Aeon's only friends throughout life, and they always seemed to know that he were a friendly one to animals.

Raziel chuckles softly, and nods to him. "Yes, of course... Fwirl is very sweet... He'll like you, very much!" she says, carefully handing the squirrel to him. "Maybe... If you'd like... He could stay with you... Like Kraar does with me..." she says, with a smile upon her face. Even Yerrel smiled when he turned around and saw the fluffy creature.

Aeonis takes the squirrel in his hands, petting the soft fur and holding him close. "Could I really? I always wanted a squirrel. My old one was lost to me when I was exiled." he said admiring the small animal.

Raziel gave 1 Flying Squirrel to Aeonis.

Cue Muraski's Smashing Entrance!

Muraski :: A sudden explosion came from the doorway as Muraski's foot met wood and the frame broke behind the power the newly sired force into it. Several vials of smoke were tossed within the hut, enough to cover the entire thing in a fog in which none could see through. Muraski knew his goal, the objective was simple, and with crossbow in hand, finger upon the trigger, he made his way towards the female he sought to free from her prison. Yerrel stood to shout for everyone to get down, the confusion still not clear enough for any to know the newly sired had came about and with Yerrel's shouting came a bolt, directly embedded into his leg, no chance for him to dodge. The thief continued onwards towards Raziel, arm to wrap about her waist, a quick fling for her to land upon his shoulder, and admist the confusion, should all go well, it'd be a simple snatch and grab with none of importance injured.

Raziel hands Aeonis the flying squirrel, and is about to ask about why he was exiled when the door smashes open, and smoke emits throughout the room... Of course, the smoke made little difference to the blind woman... She would've yelled at him, especially when she hears the bolt land in the healer's leg, but soon finds herself hoisted onto her boss's shoulder. She is far too weak to argue, however, and simply whispers into his ear... Hoping that her loved one doesn't freak out too badly about her boss's over done entrance. If she's dragged away by him, her cane, weaponry, bird, and mask would be left behind.

Raziel whispered to Muraski, "You are going.... to be in soooo..... much trouble...."

Muraski whispered to Raziel, "You can't deny a smashing entrance when you see one, child."

Aeonis was caught off guard by the sudden smoke filling the room, and had seen the bolt take the healer in the leg. The smoke also throws off Aeonis's wolf senses, stunning him long enough for Raziel to be lifted before he notices who is doing it.

Muraski carried the female out of the infirmary, upon his shoulder, the smoke to block people's vision from being able to follow him. As he exited the hut, he made a quick sprint for Larket, fully intent on running her to the town and putting her up in a room so she might be able to do as she like.

Red Ogre Inn

Muraski entered into the tavern, the female still slung over his shoulder, and immediatly went up to the bartender. Coins were tossed his way as he asked for a room, recieved a key, then moved for a table in which he set Raz down to sit. "Alright, you're out of the healer's hut but don't expect me to bust you out all the time now. You might be under my employ but I don't make a habbit of playing knight in shining armor, alright? So, here's some gold.. Go around this town, enjoy the things it has to offer, but behave.. Laws are strict around these parts." With that, he set some gold upon her lap and turned towards the door, "Anything else you need before I go?"

Raziel coughs, slightly, after Muraski sets her down, she felt a bit dizzy after that. "Um... Thanks?" she says in a raspy tone. "Your entrance... Was a little much... Boss..." she says, as she weakly crosses her arms. "And, no... I don't need anything... Er... Wait..." she mutters under her breath when she realises something important. "Sempter... Threatening me... And Aeonis... Says you couldn't... Lay a hand on him... And... He called me... A lying... Bitch... And Sempter also... Said I was... Worse than... All the whores... In this world..." she says weakly, closing her eyes as she speaks. Then she continues on to say "Errr... Where's my room?... I feel dizzy..." she mumbles the las part of that sentence as she touches her head with her hand.

Aeonis arrived at the inn, quite angry at the turn of events. He had grabbed all of Raziel's things, as well as Kraar, who sat on his shoulder looking dazed, next to Fwirl. He spotted Raziel, looking quite tired and sick. Aeon ignored all else as he came to help his beloved, his instincts nearly controlling him at this point.

Muraski sighed at the female as she gave a questionable form of appreciation. "You're welcome, though a little more graditude would be appreciated, regardless the entrance." At the words of Sempter the man stopped from his trek to leave, "The cow again? Didn't you protect him from being pot roast? Never mind that, he claimed I'd be powerless? Me?" Oh he hated foolish men, "I'll have a talk with him." He then turned to hand her the key, "It's upstairs, same number as on the key, should be six." As Aeonis approached, he simply nodded at the man, "Take better care of her, she could of been kidnapped and hurt! Luckily, I got to her first."

Raziel takes the key and nods, adding “He said… It’s because of some man… Brought you together for a quest… That he would be angered if… You did…” she says as she lays her head down on the table, softly, when she hears her love’s entrance. Carefully she moves to sit up again, and says to Aeonis –and- Muraski “Please… Be nice… To each other… Aeon… Love you too much… To have you get on… Mura’s bad side, love…” she says, giving him a weak smile. “And… Mura… You can’t get on… Aeon’s bad side…. Like I told you… You’re gonna get… In trouble…” Raz sighs, and lays her head back down upon the table.

Aeonis is just glad that Raziel is okay. For the moment, it is his turn to ignore Muraski, as his sole purpose is to return Raziel's things to her. When he calms down, he will speak to the man. Recent events have been stressing him lately, and he is slowly turning feral once more. But as long as he is around his beloved, the beast within him subsides. This can be seen by the sudden loosening of his muscles and facial features.

Muraski shrugged and shook his head at the woman, "No one stops me from doing what I want Glitch. I might have to go around to a different way of doing it but I get it done in the end. Now, instead of resting downstairs, perhaps you should move to your room? The male thing is here to tend to you." He turned to face Aeonis once more, "I meant what I said, pup, she gets hurt by anyone, I'm coming for you. I don't care if it was a band of raiders that overpowered you and beat her to death, I'm coming for you. So, you best protect her and if you hurt her, I guarantee you'll find your pelt to become a newly fashioned coat."

Raziel sits up, once more, as she hears Aeonis walk to her, carefully she takes Kraar from him and sets her ‘brother’ upon the table, so he can rest. The she reaches a hand up to his face, slowly and weakly and places her slightly cold hand to his cheek. “Sorry… About this… Love…” she says. “Boss… Is just a leeeetle… over protective…” she says, laughing weakly because leeeetle is a word he used the previous day. “I know you’re… Not happy with him… For what he did… But it was an… Accident, yesterday… And, today… He just took me out of… The healer’s… Because he knows I don’t like… Being in there….” She says her words rather choppy, and voice rough like before. “But… He has good intentions… I –swear-…” she says, as convincingly as she can muster. She truly believes he meant it for the best, at least. “Boss… Aeonis… Please… Make nice…” she says, holding Aeonis in one hand and looking towards Muraski with her closed eyes. “I’d rather not… Have my love… Be turned into anything… Thank you…” Raziel says to Mura. From what it seems, Raz seems unphased about the previous evening, and seems as though she’ll be trying to get back to work as soon as she can… Of course, Aeonis would probably be against that idea.

Aeonis turned to face the man, all humor gone from his usually light voice. "If it weren't for you and your bloodlust, she wouldn't be in this mess right now." Finished, he turned back to Raziel. "Would you like it if I carried you to your room? You look like you could use some rest." He held her hand in his.

Muraski simply shrugged at the statement, "If it wasn't for her I might still be hungry... Though, if it wasn't for you, she wouldn't be like that either. If you would have done your job and protected her like a man is supposed to from a feral beast... But you failed and that is the only failure I will allow you. So, next time, you protect her from me and others, if anyone hurts her, I come for you, child."

Raziel smiles softly at Aeonis, and simply nods. “Yes, my love… I believe that would be helpful… I feel that I may simply collapse if I try to stand….” Raziel seems to be making longer strings of words, but only by force. “And, please… Please… Don’t be mad… It was not… --“ and then Muraski says what he does, and she weakly grabs one of her daggers from the table. Even though she was quite weak she still could throw it decent enough, for they are light. She doesn’t mean to hit Muraski, instead it lands a few inches from his right foot, stuck Into the floorboards lightly. “Please… Boss… You’re only… Going to make… Things worse… I know you mean well… But I love Aeonis… And I don’t want my love…. And my job…. To clash… Please….” The minute she puts her hand down, a wave of dizziness floods through her once more, and she groans slightly. “I’ll be back… To work… As soon as I can… And nothing will try…. To harm me… Thanks for your concern… Boss…” at that she then quickly adds “And don’t worry…. Too much about… That bullheaded bovine… He hides behind a wolf… And a tiger… But will not fight… For himself…” Raziel then turns towards Aeonis, and says “Dear… I think… I may past out… If I do not lay… Down soon…” and, indeed, it seems like she speaks the truth, as her skin has turned even paler and colder, as she mentions it.

Aeonis is more worried about Raziel than Muraski's words. He quickly lifts her things, retrieves her thrown dagger, and hurriedly carries her up to her room. If Muraski wishes to say good bye, he may follow. But Raziel needs to lie down, and so he proceeds to her room.

Muraski simply didn't care. He turned upon his heel with parting words, "Raz, your male is incompetent, can't defend himself, can't defend you. He acts like a nurse, not a man. I'd get a new one." With that he moved for the door and left.

Raziel groans when her ears pick up Muraski's words and she turns her head to Aeonis, as he helps her to her room. "I am... Sooo... So... Sorry about his words... He's kinda like... I guess... An overprotective... Father of sorts... He takes some time... To get used to... And his words... Meant nothing... He can't express himself, I think..." once she is placed within the bed, she would then remove his hat and set it on the table. "I hope Yerrel.... Is alright..." Raziel adds, remembering the crossbow bolt. And then a worried thought comes to her. "You... You don't want me to work... For him anymore... Do you, dear?" she is worried because, even though most would think she should be, she isn't mad at Muraski because she knows that he was uncontrollable. Looking towards Aeon, with a sad frown upon her lips "I... Please don't tell me... You want me to... Quit... I actually don't mind... Working for him... I'd still be wearing a mask... And still think my eyes... Ugly... If he didn't tell me... Otherwise..." her voice weaker and slightly whispered at points. She seemed to be trying to make an attempt to change any thoughts he might have about her working for him, though she knew they probably wouldn't help.

Aeonis is trying to calm himself. Turning towards her, he states calmly, "I do not approve of him, but I will not stop you. But I advise against working for him." Aeonis sits next to her bed, exhausted and over-stressed.

Raziel sighs, quite reliefed by his answer. "Thank you... Love... I appreciate it..." Slowly she scooches over on the bed, *assuming Kraar was placed elsewheres*, and lightly pats the side of the mattress. "It sounds like... You need to... Lay down too..." Raziel's voice having a hint of kindess to it. "Please... Don't let Muraski... Get to you... He just doesn't like... To see harm befall his employees... We're like family, I guess.... And... I think he -might- be beating... Himself up for... Almost killing me... Which is why he told you... To protect me from... Him, if that ever... Happens again..." with that she takes a bit of a jagged breath, for she was not exactly resting herself as she should.

Aeonis gratefully lies down, hardly able to stay awake. "Thank you, my love. I guess i need to rest as well." He kisses her softly. Then he places his arm around her, holding her closely. "I hope you sleep well, and hopefully be able to walk again." He smiles. "Good night, Raziel. I love you." He then begins to drift away into sleep.
