- Horselike creatures with tails resembling that of a fish, these creatures are among the swiftest in the oceans of Hollow. They are both intelligent and highly empathic. While they resist saddle and bridle may be open to being ridden if bonded via empathy with another creature. The hippocampus may only form this type of bond once, and it is for life.
Hippocampuses (or 'hippocamps' for short) may be a wide variety of colours, ranging from golden palomino to jet black to greenish or blue hues. More rarely, reds and yellows.
