This page describes a character who is dead or retired from Hollow.

Imagine an orc. Now make him sixteen feet tall. Give him a grog gut, massive muscles and a overall weight of two tons. Decorate him in heavy armor blended with barbaric cloths. Picture him as a loyalist to Gamorg whose renown as a great warrior makes those who hear his name shutter. Now see him holding the thick cast iron chains that choke a line of slaves while he bargains their lives away to ensure the prosperity of the Ogre Kingdom. Now look at him holding a great hammer, club, whip, axe or uprooted tree and there you have him: Molgar the Defiler.

Loud, smelly and powerful, Molgar manages to fit the stereotype you've come to expect from those who reside on the northern end of the Rynvale island. Though capable of forming complete sentences most of the time unlike his brothers and sisters, the warrior tends to let his personal pet "Red Eyes", a drow slave with a severe case of Stockholm Syndrome, do the talking for him.

Often traveling the roads of Hollow with a caravan of enslaved meat sacks, Molgar doubles his duties of defending and expanding the empire by turning a profit from captured trespassers or those unfortunate enough to cross an Ogre in the dead of night.

A devout servant of Gerthaog of the Eternal Hunger, one would be wise not to upset Molgar and become his latest tribute lest they find themselves being devoured in the great bone pit. Of course his thirst for battle can only be quenched by the blood of fallen foes which in turn leads to the Ogre serving his second god of choice - Aramoth.

Despite his actions, Molgar the Defiler is not inherently evil. The behemoth simply lacks the moral awareness needed to see the cruelty of his ways. He does not often target innocent people and is even willing to converse about topics he cares for such as Gamorg, Grog and a corpse laden battleground.

He also carries a mutual respect for other war loving races and his giant and orc brethren. He also loves goblins - but that's mainly because of how delicious their brains and blood are.
