I was born Mid-Summer. In a land that used to be known as Loudwater. I was an Only Child. My mother was Human and my Father a Elf. Both of whom were killed while someone was breaking in and robbing them in their own home, on my 16th birthday. He would have killed me as well had I not been hidden under my parents' bed. As soon as I got the chance, I crawled out from beneath it, Taking my Fathers poorly made hunting dagger I quietly slipped outside. Instantly I spotted my parents' bodies being burnt, I tried to fight the urge to cry. But A small whimper escaped my lips. Signaling the thief that I was there. He spun around instantly and laid his eyes on me almost as if I was a very valuable prize to be sold. I took off running for the woods. Where he caught me almost in no time flat. Knocking me to the ground, after a few minutes of struggling to get free. I managed to knock him off of me. I started to run again when I realized that I still had my fathers dagger in my trembling hands. Ducking behind a tree just before he caught sight of me. I waited silently for him to run past me and keep searching so that I can run the other way. Almost perfectly he stopped just a few feet from where I was hiding. My anger and rage took over my body as I had no more control. Jumping out from behind the tree I slammed the dagger deep into his back. At that point it had started to rain and the ground was growing softer with every second. I however was momentarily frozen in place. After I few minute I was finally able to regain control of myself and move. I slowly worked my way towards the thief with my eyes closed since I didn't want to see his face again. Pulling the dagger out of his back I started to leave but the rain made it hard to do so. I ended up slipping and falling onto his back where the dagger went into his neck. Spotting a low hanging branch, I used it to pull myself up to my feet with the dagger still in my hand. Using the trees to hold myself up as I slowly fought my way away from the now wet body. After what seemed like forever I found a dry hiding spot, where I hid until the morning sun came back out. The next morning i woke up to the sun shining brightly into my face. At first I thought it was all just a bad dream until i looked down and saw the bloody dagger laying on the rocks next to me. Standing up, I set out to make a new life for myself. I grabbed the dagger and took off running. I wanted to get as far away from that place as I could. Ever since then I have been on my own travelling the lands in search of a safe place that I may call home. After about 9 years I came across a new land that I felt safe in instantly. A land called Hollow. With nothing but my father's dagger and a few gold coins I found on the way.
