Kavaldria can't remember what she would call home, the privilege was never given to her. Being born into slavery didn't garner any form of respect. However, she has recently found a place to call home within the deserts of Gualon. A man by the name of Ghada, rescued her during a transport to Gualon. She had been purchased by another Ludis for their entertainment. Her only history in the arena was simply on a full moon; night time competitions of Man Versus Beast. The fact she still draws breath is a testament to her fortitude. She was never trained in any form of combat, caged like a beast and ignored by the world. Her only salvation was in a Guard, who at times, had other things on his mind than good conversation. In exchange for silence for these "extracurricular" activities, lessons of reading, writing and speaking were bestowed upon her. However this all came to a crashing halt the day her caravan tried to pass through the desert. Apparently, Ghada didn't really attack the caravan to save her per se, her freedom just ended up being a benefit of the adventure. She has since stayed with Ghada in the desert, learning to fight and survive without a master.
