Biography

His father, a Duergar, took him from his mother, a mountain dwarf, shortly after birth after an argument about his raising took place between them. Sole heir of his father, Eldakthur possessed his fathers red eyes and thus was taken into the ranks of the Death Knights at the age of 25 to follow in his fathers foot steps.

He showed a natural talent and finished his apprenticeship 70 years later. During this time he also took up mining on the side to earn extra money for his clan. Upon his mastery of the Death Knights, his fighting spirit, brutality, and skill earned him a prestigious position in the Kings Guard after a brief war with the surface dwellers.

By chance he learned a hidden aptitude for Rune Smithing and was soon taken on by a Master of the craft, learning the skill between battles with other subterranean dwellers.

Around 100 years later he had a heated fight with his father about his honor which resulted in him killing his father.

Less than 5 years pass when he returns once more to the surface world, but the reason is unknown to all but his clans King.
