Class: Psychic Warrior

• The Psychic Warrior is simply a combat psionic. In early dwarven society, these men and women would train constantly so as to be the Fist of the military. The fist was often utilized as a first strike force, designed to decimate the front ranks of an enemy force and cause fear and panic in the ranks behind. These forces would utilize fierce psionic abilities during combat leaving bloody, horrific carnage in it's wake.

An elaborate crystalline psicrown etched with strange designs, this exceptional psicrown is so invested with power that it is considered an artifact.

• As a rather accomplished Psionic, Derg uses the power of his mind for various effects. Considering the average dwarven stubborness and strength of will, is is likely he has power beyond what most might think.

Abilities and Tendencies:

To date, he has performed the following feats:

MOLECULAR AGITATION:

• Dergious can excite the structure of a nonpsionic, nonmagical object for a variety of effects

• To cause crystals to explode with great force, sending shards in all directions like a grenade.

• To heat metal for forging, he is capable of melting most metals if given enough time.

• To cause weapons of foes to become red hot to the touch, forcing them to drop the item.

TELEPATHY:

• Dergious has been known to use telepathy for a number of effects.

• He seems particularly interested in dreams and nightmares and has on a number of occasions taken them from the minds of his victims. For what purpose he does so has not been revealed.

• Store memories, emotions, images within crystals.

• He has stored stolen nightmares in crystals and has placed them in crystal receptacles.

• Dream projection: Dergious has shown the ability to project the stolen dreams into the minds of others, most often into children.

• He has been able to alleviate a vampire's hunger by linking the being to a crystal. The hunger is stored in one crystal held by the vampire, and then projected into a crystal held by the dwarf. What uses he has for such an emotion has not been revealed.

TELEKINESIS

• The ability to move objects through force of will.

• Inertial Barrier: Forming a cacoon of agitated air molecules around himself which cushions him from most harm.

• Anything that comes into contact with this barrier loses all momentum, and hangs in the air about him.

• Energies such as fireballs and dragon breath skim off of the barrier, though some of the effects have been known to effect the man.

• Inertial Armor: By tightening the barrier around himself Dergious can create a skin-tight psychokinetic barrier around himself that resists blows, cuts, stabs, and slashes, as well as providing some protection against falling. When he forms this visible distortion about himself. The effects are similar to the barrier, but more intensified.
