Created by the elves of sage forest and perfected by their mages these shoes have a couple abilities given to the wearer. The first is an increase of speed, the speed gained can be no more than what the most higly trained pure elf could reach. The second, to tread on any surface without fail, though this of course would wear the users magic as the runes power lasts only as long as the mana of the creature using them.
