Part of the Reopening the Bazaar Arc

This is a Merchant's Guild RP.

Merchant's Guild Lounge

As Otto softly closes the doors behind you, you look around and see an extremely elegant and comfortable room. The walls are covered in a dark wood, heavily polished to a shine that reflects the light of the lamps into every corner. Scattered all around the room are many tables and chairs, providing plenty of places for people to sit and discuss business matters. True to their merchant natures, no money has been expended on useless fripperies or decorations. However, everything that has been provided is of impeccable quality, comfort and durability. There are even different sized and shaped chairs, designed to comfortably fit the posteriors of nearly all the races. On one wall is a large board of soft wood, where notes can be pinned for all to see. On the floor, a swirling pit now appears. In red letters next to the pit, the word "Kelay" is scrawled.

Cyllarus stands waiting in the Guild lounge, idly paging through one of the manuscripts about the island of Rynvale while waiting for Aldred and Aranhil to join him. Once they had both entered and made themselves comfortable he handed them a note to read. "I received this note the other day. With the disappearance of the Archmosian castle, traders can no longer reach the bazaar that lie on the other side. The ruins completely block the path. The Bazaar has asked for Guild help in opening a new path. I was wondering if the two of you would be willing to oversee doing this?"

Aranhil would enter the lounge from the Kelay entrance. The room appeared the same as it always had and quickly he would take a seat and wait for the news that he may expect to becoming. Once the note was handed to each of them he read it over, Cyllarus simply repeated the note with a little less details, giving them the brief overview of what was to come. Aranhil would nod and speak, “Ill help to lead this. However, It would be good to know if another of the Guild shall be helping as well.” He now turns to Aldred and awaits his answer.

Aldred offers a grin as he wraps his digits around the note and begins to read,"Ah yes, I was wondering what the fate of the bazaar had been after the fall of archmosia. I would be most greatful to assist in its reopening. I could offer a few of my fine warriors as protection as well as to carry supplies if deemed neccesary."

Cyllarus smiles at them and relaxes somewhat. "Thanks, I appreciate it. This is the first time we've really had anything like this come up, so we'll be making things up as we go. Is there anything I can do to help out?"

Aranhil would think for a few moments then said, “Who is it that Leads Rynvale at the time? And is there a scout that the Guild may send to the area so that we know exactly what it is we are dealing with?”

Aldred strokes his chin momentarily in thought before offering his answer,"I am not sure but we may need someone of high influence to speak with the leader of rynvale in the means of any transportation taxes and such. Other than that there is nothing I can think of."

Cyllarus said, "I can find out who the governor of Port Rynvale is for you, put you in touch with them. Also, I had a couple of potential volunteers for scouts. A lycan by the name of Rhocielle was one of them, I know."

Aranhil would snap to attention at the name. “I can speak to Rhocielle, he is of my own clan, I am sure he would scout the area for us should I contact him.”

Aldred said, "If there is no objection on either of your parts I could have one of my men scout the area. He is very good on rough terrain and has been my scout for a long while now."

Cyllarus chuckles. "Either would be fine. I'll leave that detail up to the two of you."

Aranhil would say to Aldred, “I would prefer the use of Rhocielle if you do not mind. He is a lycan of great ingenuity and he is of high standing amongst others in my clan.”

Aldred nods with a modest grin on his features,"Surely. If your lycan Rhocielle can not do this though my service is always open."

Aranhil would laugh lightheartedly and nod in agreement.

Aldred nods with a ever so slight bow,"Thank you for the opportunity, I will not let you down."

Aranhil stood, "Nor will I." He offered a hand to each of the beings in turn. "This shall be done efficiently and quickly"

Cyllarus smiles again and shakes their hands. "I expect it will. Good luck."

Aranhil with a small bow to each and a word of safety would return to the forest from which he came.
