RP:Questioning a Clan Part 2

From HollowWiki

Tanya leans up against the wall her facial expressions blocked by the helm she wears. Tanya had her eyes closed as she took a moment to relax. Her cross bow is slinged across her back.

Sayban enters the cave mouth as if she has done it many times before, but she keeps her wings tight and is careful not to get to close to the walls. Notice was taken of another being leaning against the wall. Sayban took a deep breath and gave it a try, "Tanya?" The name is all that is said until it is confirmed if this is the woman to speak to or not.

Tanya opened her eyes and reached up to remove her helm. Setting it on the ground next to her the woman's features now able to be seen. Tanya smiles as she looks at the woman with a nod. " That would be me. I am Tanya Velandos." The vampiress walks towards the woman and extends her hand to the woman.

Sayban smiles and nods her head, “Sayban Silkfeather, pleasure to meet you. Hope thy evening is well.” She reaches into a bag at her side, pulling out a stick of charcoal wrapped in black leather and a brown leather bound book. “I met up with another member of your clan, Kyros Atheoso. I spoke with him and had a few questions answered, but some I would like confirmed by more than just one member. Mind if I ask you a few of the questions I asked him?”

Tanya lets her hand move back to her side as she nods at what the woman says. " Sure go ahead and ask the questions." Tanya moves back to the wall as she leans her back against it yet again. The sole of her boot coming up and resting gently against the cavern wall.

Sayban nods her head, “Who are the leaders of the clan? I was toldy by Kyros himself that he is one of the leaders of the clan. I want to know if this is true and verify it.” She adjusts the charcoal stick in her hand, ready to write anything down that is key information.

Tanya nods slightly to the question. " Yes Kyros is one of the leaders. As well as Lady Blanchette, my mother Lady Sabine Velandos, my grandfather Deavanor Velandos, and myself."

Sayban takes a few notes, "How many members would you say you have in the clan? Because if there are five members then there should be quite a few members."

Tanya tilts her head to the side as she thinks for a moment. The woman was counting the number of members within the ranks. " There are 18 members but we are also expanding our ranks as well."

Sayban smiles, “What sort of people are you looking at and what is the purpose of this organization?” Snow white feathers ruffle, while the scent of fresh rain permeates the cave opening. Grey eyes finally look up from her little book and a strand of snow white hair is brushed out of her face and behind her ear.

Tanya lets her gaze fall upon the woman as she grins. " our clan name means guardians of peace. We protect cenril. We want members that are willing to help keep peace in cenril."

Sayban sighs and shakes her head, “Well, I am no fighter and I have explained this to Kyros. I am a storm druid and my abilities lie with storms, when they are around. Battle is something I will never be attending or present at and I won't keep the peace in just Cenril. I help all cities, except the Underdark.” Feeling that it was getting a bit to dark in the cave, she let her aura shine a bright white, giving light to almost all the darkness around them. “Are there other area's for the ones who do not want to fight among this clan?”

Tanya thinks for a moment. " Well we do need someone to help when we have to go to battle with the injured. Also currently we have a pregnant one within our ranks and she needs as much help as she can get."

Sayban smiles bigger this time, “Littles ones are such a blessing to have and bringing a new life to this world is a big responsibility. Who are the parents to be?” That bit of informations was not written down in the book, feeling that is a bit to personal for the mother to be and a bit direspecting. “I am seeking master of water and wind to help me further my skills to be a storm druid, but as with all druids, we can heal if we take the time. I can't really heal because I have not learned, so perhaps that is the place for me to be, with a bit of training.” She giggles, the thought of a new life coming to the world filling the avian with joy. It could be seen on her face.

Tanya nods slightly at Sayban's response. " Well I am a healer and the mother to be is Blanchette. She isnt with the father any longer but she has had issues and complications. If I am not around than I would need someone to help me with her if she needs it." moves a finger to her chin as she thinks yet again. " I can possibly teach you how to heal. Also in the time of delivery if my mother is not about i will have to do it and I will need help."

Sayban underlines some stuff as if it was more important than the others. “I heard that Sabine is dealing with some personal matters, but you are the second leader I have found and talked to. Would it bother you or upset you any if I requested a meeting time with Deavanor and Blanchette? It will help make my choice easier to make. I don't want to join and then not be of good use to yall and have to leave. I'm sure you understand.”

Tanya smirks and nods at the woman. " I would not have any issues with it at all. I welcome it actually. I will send a letter to my grandfather and have him set up a time with you when he can meet. From there you can meet with Blanchette. I completely agree with you meeting with all the leaders. Yes my mother is out on some personal business."

Sayban says to Tanya, “I can atleast say that I am feeling a bit impressed so far. The meeting with Kyros was good, but I felt no interest in this clan. But, I am finding out more and more. Oh, I know the clan is like a family, but if its an issue that comes up between blood family, I like to stay away from that. Would that cause a problem with the leaders?”

Tanya said to Sayban, "no it wouldnt cause a problem. Our leaders are here to help the members. Yes we are like one big family and three of us are blood related. If issues arrise with leaders it is dealt with between the leaders. If issues arrise between members we ask that they bring them to a leader. We are here to help our members along in their journey and to make sure peace stays within the clan. If our leaders fail at that than they may need more instruction. "

Sayban says to Tanya, “Understandable. Well, I have actually had a good time speaking with you and I don't want to keep you from your family and clan. I still have an animal to attend to and it will give me time to think things over. I hope the rest of your night is good.

Tanya said to Sayban, "I am actually going to go train some more. I enjoyed speaking to you and we look forward to hearing from you."

Sayban waves her hand and places her book and charcoal back in her bag and turns and leaves from the area, the light and the scent of fresh rain slowly leaving with her.

Tanya smiles as she picks her helm up and places it back upon her head. With a slight incline of her head she pushes off the wall and heads back to her hunting grounds.
