RP:Little Kassy the Stowaway

Little Kassy proudly shows off the last figurine his mums toymaker friend cast for him, before the ship sailed " Look, I have a Terra!"

Terra examines the tiny figure and grins, "It's very cute."

Kassy beams "I have a Yasmine too, she choose one of my female pirate figures to represent her, but my Terra was specially made, like my Luc the Lion hunter,...my Luc figure even has the goatee!"

Terra gave Kassy two thumbs-up. "A goatee? Very good. Why is he a lion hunter?"

Kassy shows the vampire a lion's tooth he is wearing on a cord around his neck. "Luc gave me this it is from a lion he slew himself. Luc is really cool! Chifu says the tooth will help me grow up to be brave and strong, like a lion."

Terra leans in to inspect the tooth and nods along to the story. "Want to know a secret? I think you're already as brave and strong as two lions!"

Little Kassy beams at Lucien "I was just telling Terra how brave you are hunting lions. And...and..and. Terra thinks that -I - am already as brave and strong as two lions. "

You said, "ooc Jolie discovered liitle Kassy yesterdya, great rp. They were using the barrel the poor kid was hiding in for target practice! Almost everyone knows the young stowaway is aboard (icly) except for Leo, they are still keeping him a secret from the captain."

Terra said to Kassy, "Does your mom know you're here?"

. Lucien dropped the rest of the way down out of the rigging, landing with a slap of bare feet on the boards. He stared at the boy a while, eyes darting around after that as if expecting trouble. "What are you doin' here?" he whispered, loudly. His gaze settled on Terra, his head canting her way. "Kid.. what she said. Where's your Mom?"

Lucien squinted at Terra, now. "Took your time. But hey."

Kassy says to Terra "Yes, my mum is on board as a healer, Jolie told her when I was found in the barrel. But everyone is too sacred to tell the captain in case he keel hauls me." Young Kassy seems very cheerful at the prospect of being keel hauled but then he doesn't know what it is. "There is a monkey, and an owl, and Jack the dog, and rats and mice, and according to Rowen, an elephant and a baboon on board. This ship is awesome!" 

Lucien grinned at mention of the baboon.

Terra turned toward Lucien at the sound of him dropping against the deck. He's offered a salute and a quick smile, "Says the guy who's been gone for months. Welcome back.

Sophie grins at Lucien and Terra "Yes, I 'm here, I keep expecting to find my other sixty two kids hidden away somewhere aboard."

Terra started to look around as though paranoid that Sophie was correct in her assumption about sixty two other boarders.

Sophie ooc The baboon was a fabrication by Lucien. Rowen, has caught the odd sight of Kassy hiding in the hold and thinks it must be the baboon, she saw :D

Lucien tipped the cap he wasn't wearing. "Just don't mention coconuts, and it's all good." He planted one hand on top of Kassy'd head. "Li'l Scourge. You should not be wandering around in the open, if they're tryin' to hide you." The youth flinched at the idea of keeping the stowaway's presence from his father. And what might happen, if .. when.. he got scent of the boy. "We gotta find you a good hiding place."

Lucien glanced up from his conversation to see Sophie. "Oh, hey ma'am. I.. uh. Found your kid."

Little Kassy replies. "Your dad is too drunk to be bothered about me just now. My mum made me a hiding place, like a nest amongst the supplies in the hold, it is really comfy, and there is room for my monkey friend Lulu too. I'll go hide there again when the captain sobers up a bit."

Lucien frowned. "He is?" Damn. There went father-son time. He sighed. "There's a monkey?"

Sophie said to Lucien, "Thank you, dear one."

Little Kassy is very enthusiastic about the monkey "Yeah, a Capuchin called Lulu. She is awesome. I have invited her to be the monkey surgeon in my own pirate crew (ooc Monkey Lycan played by an old Cabal member and friend :D)

Lucien nodded, slowly. "Monkey. Okay." Somewhere at the rear of the ship, Gideon rang his brass bell in the cadence that indicated 'Land ho'.

Kassy grins at Gideon. The big mute sailor has gifted the lad with a bone carved toy ship, quite a work of art. 

Lucien will brb real fast. And faffs Terra upside the head, for not posting.

Sophie gave Terra an enchanted helm of faff protection.

Lucien wants one of those, he gets faffed a lot. Posting now.

Sophie gave Lucien a cursed helm of faff encouraging.

Lucien looked around at sailors busying themselves to pull into port. "Anyone seen Caedan?" he asked, casually. She wasn't in the nest, as he'd just been up there. On coincidence, of course. "I'll be right back," he muttered to Sophie, and then said to Kassy, "Wanna see some charts? I drew some dragons on 'em."

Little Kassy is delighted. "I loves maps and charts, and of course being te scourgeof the high seas, it is important for me to know where everything is. Everyone else just has to know where - I - am so they can run away!" 

Lucien chuckled and mussed the kid's hair. "Okay, I'll just go get 'em." And attempt to rouse his father. Hoboy. "Listen, keep yourself scarce, if you hear me whistling on the way up, okay? That'll mean the Captain's with me." He nodded to Soph and Terra, and headed for the hold.

Little Kassy giggles as Caedan appears the moment Lucien disappears below "Were you hiding from the brave lion hunter?"
