RP:Larket vs. Fermin: Battle Plans

From HollowWiki

Part of the Rise of Larket Arc

Summary: Artia meets with Mihael to discuss their next move against the fermin.

Mihael chuckles to himself at the irritation in Sabrina's voice. "I take it you dont like her then?" he asks letting loose another cloud of smoke. He keeps his gaze upon Sabrina studying her face for a moment. "So, I plan to take the fight to the fermine. Would yoh like to join me? Could use that gift of yours in battle afterall." The hermit cracks his neck as he begins to doodle in the smoke cloud which then becomes a live feed of a map of Larket. "The golden orbs are the people." He points to a particular location, "I'm going to attack here."

Artia needed to meet with Mihael again, she had spoken with some of the Larket militia and they agreed to work out a plan to make it where people could hide at to get to safety for when the fermin attack. The witch sported another dress she made. The dress a royal blue lace bodice, with round neck, no v-neck like most of her gowns staying modest at the top. The skirt itself like most her gown are made of silk giving her gown a metallic like shine to it, tiny crystals stitched in along the skirt catching lights to add extra glimmer presentations. The gown is sleeves, the lace embroidered. The back left open in a keyhole design, showing off her tattoo along the golden flesh. The length of the gown was down to her ankles, with crystalline heels making the witch a six foot even. The heels alone mirror off the surroundings. Hair was curled into long waves left down, cascading along the hourglass form. Moving along the area following the scent of the male's smoke, hearing his voice and about a map she had gotten curious. Seeing Sabrina here as well, she offered a forced smile still not to sure of the female, moving up to Mihael. "Need to speak with you, I will come back later." She looked to the map, "Do you want me to add the purple dots again to show where the fermin have attacked to help you with showing Sabrina, if that is what you are wanting to do." She did not mind coming back later, did not want to disturb Mihael's meeting as they worked together for the Larket cause. Large cyan eyes scanning Sabrina, curious she was here but she wouldn't bother with it unless it was told to her. Everyone had their own business, and if they wanted her to know they would tell her.

Sabrina laughs lightly, “It’s not that I don’t like her. I don’t trust her. Her carelessness is going to get somebody killed, I’d rather it not be someone I know… so Wolfy. Be careful.” For joining along his fight she would likely not concern herself for fear of the witch seeing it as yet another unintentional hostility. “You should discuss it with her first. She hates me, you know. And if you intend on forming that alliance I doubt the future Queen of Larket wants help from a person she can’t manipulate.” She studies his map, intently. “Then who will have your back there?” She indicates a shallow retreat where tunnels could lead to an attack from behind. Artia bursts in, overdressed but Sabrina was used to this by now. With the human woman pushing her hourglass form between herself and the ancient the view is not but a large blue blur she would protest to having in front of her face. She stands in her all-out presence and picks up on the faux-smile. “If you need him, he is all yours. It is Larket business after all.” She offers Mihael a warm smile, the kind of old friends and many trials. This was as polite as it was going to get if that woman could not pick up on even the tiniest of manners befitting a child a fraction of her age. She heads to the door, leaving them to do whatever it was Artia wanted to do. Because in the end it was always about what Artia wanted anyway. “Good evening.” Faux-smile returned.

Mihael let loose a sigh as Sabrina took off, the hermit merely sat still while Artia came in the middle of his meeting. "I suppose now is to be the time we discuss plans for the people to flee in case the city is attacked." His eyes watched as Sabrina left. "These places would be ideal for safety purposes." The hermit points to the red tower, "There the archers can pick off enemy warriors and keep the people safe there." Next he points to the larket smithery, "The smithery would be ideal next since weapons can be found there and its near the fort. Great spot to defend as well." As his fingers lift from the map, the locations glow green. "We need to set up locations for the wounded as well. Any ideas?" His tone was obviously frustrated with Artia, while he did not mind discussing Larket matters, he did not appreciate her interrupting his meeting.

Artia looked to Mihael then the map, "I did not mean to chase her off, I could had left easily. I apologize for that." She nods her head at the parts he pointed at, "Great, and they can attach from inside the tower. For the injuried the concert hall where I hosted a ball at, and also the clinic as there is a large amount of room there."

Mihael nods in agreement, "The concert hall is an excellent spot. Near the fort so the people will be safe there." He looks closer as he taps the map and the two locations Artia gave turn blue. "Makes it easier for the guards as well." He continues to look at the map, scanning it for locations of attack. "An assault needs to be made, I plan on attacking them here." He points at the sewer entrance. "Also here we shall set up a defensive unit to cover the original attack force, and keep any troops from flanking the others." The hermit pointed to where Sabrina had pointed to earlier. "From there we can make our way to the base of their operations." Taking a puff he lets out a small cloud which hovers about his head.

Artia leaned against him, as she stared at the map. Cyan eyes scanning all the spots listed, "Agreed, we need to also set up more patrol stations if we can. There are many places to hide as you already know a lot of trees. They can hide in the trees, sometimes the trees are awake enough to tell me." She turned her head to look at him, "Comes with being a druidic witch, flora speaks to me within my mind." Turning her head away she looks to the map, pointing each spot the sewers were covered up. "We covered the sewers up a month back, but doesn't mean they found other ways out or ways to get rid the blocks we placed. I feel as if the strategy they been using, that they will attack first as I have took most the food source away. Those that died from the plaque they stole and ate. Robert, Sir Bruin and Mikaia were posted to watch over the corpses that died from the plaque but sometimes they still snuck up." Tapping her chin, "Remind me to thank Sabrina for pointing those spots out."

Mihael looks up at her as he exhales slowly, "The sewer entrance near Lucy's Crossing is being re opened. I will attack from there. Since you covered it, they wont be expecting that. Also here," He points to a separate location, "Smokey reported hearing strange noises here in the middle of the night." His finger rests upon the Larket Town Square. "I think they might be planning an attack upon the city. Be sure to station your people there. I'm still in the works of gathering mine own." Cracking his neck the hermit begins to stand and stretch out. "That is that I believe. I must go post signs for troops to gather and await their arrival should any be brave enough to come." With that the hermit begins to walk out the Lair heading for the board at the center of the city.

Artia chews on her bottom lip, "Good idea, that works out then. Perfect element of surprise. Do you plan on going into the sewers? Because their might be a chance that it is only certain fermin not all. I do not really want us going into the sewers just incase of that. I'd like to stay clear of the sewers." Upon hearing the town square her eyes went wide, "It be the perfect spot! That is where I give the antidote, I will make sure to give the last bit of it soon if I remember right only seventy left need it." She follows him, pulling him into a hug, "Thank you Mihael for helping Larket, I got to go make more stock for the clinic as well antidote." She reaches to her garter pulling out a vial. "Just in case you or an ally need this. It's strong enough for three."

Mihael nods as she hugs him, "I intend to go in the sewers. Capture a few fermin and push their forces back. This way we can get to the bottom of things." He glares at her for a moment amazed it never occurred to her that the town square could be a target of attack. "Do what you must to heal the sick. Meanwhile I will tend to other things." He does not say in specific what he else he plans, instead he lets out a cloud of smoke then bursts into smoke himself and vanishes completely. The hermit is gone taking the vial with him just in case, stubborn he was to have her help but he was not stupid, he was sure it would come in handy later. [{Category:RP Logs]]
