Cenril’s harbor was as busy as it always was, ships docking, others departing some to lands distant, and others to rhynvale, or even those that sought to merely fish. Today though there was there was a vast multi sail clipper sailing into the harbor and making port at Dock 93. Thalra who was present as the ship that had carried her to these lands was returning no doubt with additional supplies she needed but also products that would be sold whether at the docks or abroad. However her heart burned with anger behind the great ship was grey ash vessel, with black sails, inlaid with gold, bearing the flag of kingdom that she had been enemies with prior to her coming to these lands. They had won, and her lands had lost, and the tributes they had demanded had made them wealthy beyond measure it seemed. The clipper ship that came from her homeland was manned by a human who upon seeing the red hooded figure smiled and waved, and ordered the gangplank to be lowered for her to come up, however as this was being done, the grey ash frigate lowered its gangplank and a brutal man with a whip began to push several slaves to walk down to the market below, elves, drow, humans, other species not native to these lands were being forced to behind one and another, while a platform on the ship lowered cargo from its holds no doubt filled with other items that would compete with the ship from her homeland. “Captain Neil, a Pleasure to see you again.” She waved to to the man on the clipper from her homeland.

Tiber always lingered on the docks at least twice to four times a month. There were goods that were being ported to and fro, and well, he was not an idiot to pass up some idiotic sailors. The wolf looked gruffer today—almost unrecognizable with the scruff that was growing around his facial features. He was not in his business attire; instead, he wore worn pair of cargo pants with a stained, used-to-be-white t-shirt. He looked like one of the men who were hauling crates off of the ships and onto the docks. There were few Catalians that roamed the main lands, and with Tiberius’ history in Cenril, locals and shipmen were bound to catch on. On cue, Thalra, who was nearby, greeted one of the captains while Tiberius nonchalantly strode past to sneak onto the ship. Hopefully, acting like all the other cargo men on board if he managed to make it without a bump or a greeting from a stranger.

Rinn had been perched upon a large oaken barrel for quite some time, both her legs dangled over the lip of the container clad in black leather. Her top was black but made of light breathable fabric that hugged her frame. Auburn locks were pulled into a side braid and a scrap of fabric, that matched her shirt, was tied around her head to keep the fly aways at bay. Her bright blues enjoyed watching the buzz of the harbor for people watching was one of her favorite pass times, it helped line her pocket. Rinn caught sights of Tiber, scruffy or not she recognized that man even in his state. For a moment she felt a twinge of jealousy, had someone done a better job of robbing the man, he looked like shyte. As he moved towards a ship her thoughts shifted towards another explanation of his attire and a cheeky grin over took her features. So Rinn hopped from her seat, the drow noted, the slaves ignored and Tiber followed from a distance.

Thalra cast a glance towards the grey ship as Captain Neil offered his hand hoisting her aboard. “Lady Thalra, it has been too long.” The Captain also making note the grey ship and showing a brief disgust with the ship, its slaves that it was unloading, and large crates full of spices and thousands of uncut gemstones. “Well captain, what do you have for your Lady today?” Thalra inquired as she walked along the deck of the ship as the crew went about hoisting the crates from the deck below, some which were magically runed grew upon exit of the ship's hold while others remained small until the items were removed and then magically grew to their normal sizes as they were sent down to the exotic market or luxury markets below. Stopping before one the largest crates, which had some holes in it she peered in, “Is that what I think it is?” She asked, as Captain Neil nodded. “Yes sir ma’am, a 100’ foot long 5’ thick Acid Bog Python, Figured we try to sell him to snake breeders of course, though the female we brought aboard can also serve that purpose, probably better so than the male.” On the grey ship across which was unloading its luxurious gem, gold, and slaves, one of the crew obviously a ranking member pressed a button on the side of the ship and out popped a odd gun of sorts which immediately spewed a stick goo to the side of the clipper. Captain Neil immediately turned, and gave the order. “All hands drop cargo and get your buckets, get that Blitherium off the ship now!” Crew everywhere dropped their cargo, some which was fragile while others was very heavy cracking the wood, of the deck.

Tiber headed towards the grey ship because well… gemstones, amiright? The man was tall, so he fit in with the lot on the slave ship. He did not say a word as other men grasped the slaves and hauled them off board. He was not about slavery, but he was also too arrogant. The wolf ahead sees a beastly gentlemen with tattoos and a beard that is inches long. The grizzly man holds a sack that appears to be like gold is kept inside of it. The voice of Tiber is changed from Catalian to an average Cenrilian tone by burying his throat with his tongue to change tone. “Mate, we are starting to organize. Gems one pile, gold the other, slaves on the carriages,” he extends his arms and he has a flat line on his face to represent that he is serious and does not care about the world. The big man looks at him oddly. “I didn’t see you on board…” Right then, the guns spew towards the other ship where the drow is. “Hurry, man. We don’t want to lose the goods to them.” Meanwhile, Tiber is getting pushed up onto the ship with the others to face against the other ship. People demanding their orders. Of course this would happen.

Rinn was lucky that Tiber was called out, then the weird goop stuff happened, this helped her go unnoticed buy the crew completely for there were big problems afoot. Rinn loved a good diversion, with all eyes on the neighboring ship she was able to pocket a few gems here and there along the way towards the male. Though before she realized she was in a bit of a bind, "What the hell are you up to?" Rinn asked Tiberius as the flustered sailors bumped her frame into his with the flurry of excitement. Her bright blues now looking for an escape plan. The jump and swim didn't seem to daunting and with the commotion she'd have no problem commandeering more jewels.

Thalra growled as she came to the area of the deck that overlooked the side of the ship that got splatter. “Thanks the gods that the pilot light was out on their gun.” She watched the the man who had shot the Blitherium at Neil’s ship seemed to be smiling, knowing that he distracted the crew from unloading. The large male on the grey ship would acknowledge the lycan male, to get the goods organized, and turn back to getting more slaves out of their pens. Back aboard the clipper, Captain Neil, turned back to Thalra. “Damn Skidoshians and their rubbing in how they beat us into a stalemate, I hope something evil befalls them.” Thalra sighed, “I know, but if we did anything, that send home back to war, and I trust my Daughter is not prepared to lead the empire back into war?” Captain Neil shook his head, “The empire hasn’t recovered financially to even think about the possibility, anything that befalls them would have to come from outside of us.” Thalra nods, “I’ll take the snake, and those three jars mushroom spores. I am sure you can get my letter to at least one of my daughters?” She said handing the envelope to the Captain. “Be my honor my lady.” He whistled to three crew members who began to move the crate to the crane to be unloaded, and the jars. As the last of the unspoiled goods were unloaded, and the gold revenue returned up in a sack. Thalra walked down the gangplank as the ship began to shove off. Taking a crowbar she began to undo the planks of the snake crate.

Tiber is surprised that the sack of gold falls in his hands. Someone click the Easy Button because that -was- easy. He then pivots as if he is going to move off ship until a familiar auburn haired chick runs into him. He pushes her back instantly before he recognizes her face and her voice. He lowers his head by her ear. “What the hell are –you- up to? Get the hell out of here!” He then scrambles up with the gold as if he is going to run down the ship onto the dock, but something blocks his path. Thalra has the crate with the snake, and with the bar, the drow unleashes it from the crate. The snake begins to slither out of the box. There is only one place where it is headed, and Tiberius is not about that reptile life. The man out of sheer panic backs up onto the ship. “Snake!” He shouts to all the people on deck could hear him. He then scopes out the ship for the auburn hair. Ding, ding, ding! “Ay!” He shouts through the madness of the ship. “Follow me! I don’t do snakes!” In in his fake average accent. If she does, he weaves through the crowd with the bag of gold. He goes to the edge as if to jump off the side to flee the ship. Will she jump? Tune in for the next post!

Rinn parted her lips to reply something along the lines of 'followed you up here.' but the full statement didn't come out. She noted the bag of gold and would be sure to catch up with him later. Though as Tiber turned back yelling a warning to all she watched his frame step of the ledge and disappear, would she do it? Rinn peaked over the edge then checked her surroundings before backing away...Then two large strides and a spring off a well placed crate had the woman following suit head first to execute a dive. She would have jumped even without a threat the little adrenaline junkie. As she submerged she emitted a cackle before floating on her back to gage the distance, "Not bad." She hmmm before she began a hurried swim past the docks and down shore. She didn't do snakes either.

Thalra observed the massive snake slither out of the its crate, and didn’t even blink. The snake was massive black scaled with red tiger like stripes running down its back and having a dark grey underbelly. On board the grey ship several crew members laughed as they watched the locals scatter, as well as their to assumed crew members who jumped in the water unaware they were not crew members. Of course their laughter made them slightly careless, as one knocked off the lock of an equally large crate. The Front of it falling down and everyone aboard freezing in place. Then the largest scariest croaking noise could be heard as the crate collapsed exposing a massive 30’ tall 60’ wide 50 ton Frog or Toad like Creature. The audible swallows of the crew could be heard. “FROAD!” One screamed as suddenly its mouth opened snagged the seamen into its mouth and then another and another as each crew-member panicked. Thalra who had poured out a shrinking potion on her snake, and was just bringing it up to wrap around her neck, heard the words, and nay a moment to soon. She ran away from the docks as quick as her legs could carry her, as the Froad let out an immense croak, leapt, causing the ship to cave in on itself, and sailed over head into the mainland wherever it landing leaving a crater, and worse becoming a new danger on the roads.

Tiber did one of those stride jump and wave the arms move off the ship. He was not as pretty as Rinn. The gold weighed heavy as he splashed within the waters below. He almost sunk too far down, but with enough scissor leg strength he managed to reach the surface of the dark green port with a gasping breath. He whipped his hair to get it out of his face. The ship was now somehow caving in on itself. He brought the sack between his armpit and he began to side stroke to the docks. He latched onto the side of one of the docks while he searched for Rinn. She was nowhere to be found in the depths of the sea. He hopped up, saw the frog, and well he outright ran for it. He had gold. He was happy with that.
