Library of Forgotten Knowledge

Trissayne was sitting in a large chair next to the fireplace. His trench was slung over the back, and his glowing blade rest against the slate table sitting next to him. A very old, thick leather bound book was in his hands. Trissayne didnt appear to be reading it rather he was seeing through it. Almost as if he was sucked into the past., The book was closed in his hands, as he heard someone enter he simply placed the book down next to the blade and remained still as the shwdows from the fire danced across his face.

Sayban had been walking the land and letting her feet carry her wherever they decided to go. Clothed in a crimson dress with lace and ruffles of the same color and a black belt making her waist look small, she stood out from others and stood out from this place. Her moon bleached hair is done up in a fancy bun with two strands of her bangs framing her angualr face. She still carried that black fan in her hand, this time with it open and fanning herself. She tucked her large white wings in, to keep them from hitting the book shelves and the books, so they didn't fall to the floor. But she did knock one down and it echoed around the place, making her flench and cover her sensitive ears.

Trissayne simply stood up without making a sound upon hearing the echo throughout the room. Silently unsheathing the blade from its hilt, He walks through the isle one by one checking for the one who dropped the book. Upon coming up from behind someone, he reconized the wings and the scent that came with them, Placing his blade upon the ground as it disapeared from sight. Triss approches Sayban with his hand out, "Its just me, Here come with me." Intending on leading her over by the fireplace where his Blade would once again be resting against the slate table.

Sayban turned around quickly, pointing her fan at him, the blades of the fan glowing in the dim light of the fire. Her breathing was heavy and she lowered her weapon slowly, then placed her hand in his gently, allowing him to lead her to the warmth and glow of the fireplace. "Of all creatures, I would not have expected you to be here, in what looks like a lost Library. Trissayne still holding her hand in his, pulls her closer to him. Kissing her cheek before saying anything. "It is Lost, which is why I am here very few travelers stumble by this place, And most of those who do are drunk and forget about it coming the next morning." Placing his hand out towards the chair next to the one he was in. "If you would like you can sit down and join me." Before letting go of her hand to move over next to the fireplace, Picking up a few pieces of wood as he kneeled down. Triss then placed the wood on top of the dying fire, and remained kneeling in front of it after he was done feeding it. One of his hands however was reached up and placed on the wall.

Sayban pulls her head away from the kiss, but she said nothing, doing well to hold her tongue. "Well then, I guess this is the perfect place for you. Away from civilization. Being here might teach you manners." She grinned and laughed slightly. She did indeed take the offered chair, but she kept her eyes on him the whole time, not trusting the male one bit. Her hard look would give that away, but she didn't mind, she wasn't doing any harm to the vampire so there was no reason for him to harm her, at the moment.

Trissayne after remaining in from of the fire for a few minutes and feeling safe that it wont go out, he stands up to move back over to the chair and sits down. Looking over at Sayban, "So what brings you here. Are following me to try and get me to have these so called manners, when you yourself are continusly being rude to me as well?" Now smiling, "Anyways all that to the side, I hate to say it but I'm glad I get to see you again. For now i get to apoligize." Sayban laughs and opens her fan back up, "I would never follow you. You're not even worth the time. I happen to stumble upon this place by accident and I asure you that I am not drunk." She gave him a snotty smirk, "You should apologize. I'm only giving you a taste of your own medicine. Better get use to it, little boy." Now she might have gone to far. It was hard for her to hold her tongue sometimes, but she says it in such a soft voice its hard to tell sometimes.

Trissayne instantly jumps to his feet and within the blink of an eye the broad side of his blade is pressed against your throat. "I was going to apoligize for kissing you with no introductions between us and for for knowing anything about you. But that now is gone. I no longer feel the urge to apoligize for anything. And one last thing I am in no way a little boy." Pulling the blade away from her he sets it on the table. Still looking at Sayban, "Your lucky.... very lucky...." Turning to sit back down, Trying to curb his temper. and turning to look at her once again, "If you were anyone else, I would have had your tongue in my hand before you were able to blink." Triss then turned away from her, not knowing what his eyes would have said.

Sayban didn't flinch or pull away from the blade. Sayban is calm by nature and getting into a rush is one way to die and she wasn't about to do that any time soon. "Now you know how others feel when you belittle them and do things without asking." She laughed and tossed her head back as he sat back down. She stood up and next to the fire place, "Still a boy in my eyes. You would have a rough time getting my tongue. I am avian and you are not. I can fly and you can't." She giggled and fanned herself with her bladed and feathered fan.

Trissayne watching her move about, " A boy I am not, although my looks may decive. I am much older than you would think." Triss reached over and tapped his blade, which sunk into the table. A few moments later thousands of small metal points emerged from mid air. "As you can tell first off I dont need to be able to fly in order to capture you long enough to take your tongue. And secondly Who said I cant fly." Triss knowing full well that he couldnt is sure as hell going to put on a show. Suddenly the spikes retreat into nothingness. Standing up with a agonized look of pain on his face he hurls himself to his knees; His back begins to bulge out at the shoulderblades The sound of flesh tearing can be heard echoing through the room as blood begins to run down his sides. Dripping and pooling below him. Triss began to think this wasnt his brightest idea, but refuses to stop it either. The pain growing everysecond as his head whips back and lets out a loud feral scream. By the time he was out of breath; Two slim yet extremly sharp sheets of metal reveal themselfs slowing taking form and shape, Before he is able to stand back up if only for a few minutes from the loss of blood. However anyone around could see a pair of very intracuit wings coming from his shoulders and spine, each so called metal feather would have a ancient design drawn upon it. Breathing heavily, "Again I ask Who said I cant fly..." But once the words left his mouth he had already begun to fall back to his knees. Not from the weight since the metal was very light and only appeared to be heavy but from the loss of blood.

Sayban was about to speak when she jumped and fell back against the wall. She watched him as she heard his cries of pain. Sh wanted to help him, but she was scared to go near him. When it was all done and over with, she still wouldn't move from her spot, knowing she has found someone who scares her a bit. He fell to his knees again and laughed once more, but fear rested in her eyes still, "Seems like someone needs help and I can't give it to you, less you really aplogize and mean it." Her legs are tucked under her now, making sure she wasn't in reach of the creature before her. Wings of metal? That could be the work of avians in Schezerade. BUt she couldn't be sure and she wasn't going to get close enough to see. A cool breeze blew over her leg, and she came to realize that her favorite dress ripped up to the knee section. Quickly she covered it up, to keep him from getting any ideas.

Trissayne just laid where he was not moving or saying anything until the wings had dissapeared, leaving two gaping holes in his back which would need to be looked at. At a later time. Slowly moving towards the chair in a crawling like motion, And pulling himself up to his feet with the help of the chair. triss turns around and reaches out to help Sayban up to her feet as well trying to play off that he was fine, and in the best he could, "Here let me help you up. Sorry for scareing you like that, I do hope your alright." Triss had said before sitting down. Sayban turns away from him, then gets up on her own, "Big bad boy seems to have manners when in pain. You must want something or I have somehow fixed you." She walked by and shoved him in his chair, and looked at his back, "I don't know how I am going to heal this." She sat down to think about it, nothing coming to mind.
