A Royal and Her Knight

Summary: Brennia welcomes a newcomer, avian, to Schezerade and her home.

Brennia's Miniature Castle

After finding your way through the Topiary Garden it would only be fitting to come upon a building which looks like a section taken right out of any castle in the same style as all of Schezerade, in all its decadence; marble forming the entirety of the large home accented with gold and platinum in which you'll have to cross over a glass bridge in order to reach it. The front door is welcoming for all shapes and sizes that are the citizens of Hollow and spans a great distance in its solid French Door of a design. Opening it up one might be perplexed at the ability for the home to hold such music coming from the main room there, provided the owner of the home is present. Once immersed, the eyes might be stolen by the gaping cathedral ceilings above, spotted by gold and platinum in which encircle mini glowing stones to mimic the night sky, but beauty is not what the ceiling is for; it carries one's voice in the ear most pleasing fashion. The walls of the room have shelves carved into the marble upon nearly every wall of this vast oval-shaped room, but the walls are shelves, carved into small squares. Each square hold scrolls to nearly any song someone might wish to hear and it should be clear now that a bard lives here; explains the marvelous white-wood, gold-accented, concert grand piano in the middle of this large room. Nearing further into the tiny castle one's nostrils might pick up on the scent of mouth watering food being cooked wafting from the kitchen which is north of the main room and it also holds a small, but elegant dining area. In the corner of this kitchen there is a winding staircase which travels below and is illuminated as if gold is to be kept down there. If you wish to stay and listen to the bard or wait for her to emerge there are luxurious sofas strewn about with the softest throw blankets and plushy cushions, but be careful; an unsettling feeling may overcome you as your eyes spot a locked door, which houses a staircase to take you up, with an outreaching design in onyx stone overlay which seemingly inking over into the pristine luxury you’ve found yourself in. It's as if the area beyond holds a darkness that's attempting to leak out into this little slice of heaven… Better just leave that door alone.

Brennia is working out some melodies at her piano and for a good part of the day she was tinkering with different harmonies. The beat slightly up beat for the sort of heart break of her words singing of a complicated relationships and once the song starts to mend together anyone listening would feel that nervousness of a new encounter. The true beauty of this song was it could be taken in a number of ways, but all Brennia needed was one little thread to pull at through the soul to draw them into her. Once an ear would catch its contagious and casual tune they may feel the bard's magic filling cracks and holes in the soul as if her words and notes are liquid being soaked by a sponge. The sight of her alluring as well with her perfect posture at the pianists bench and her fingertips dancing over the ivory keys, silky black locks cascading down to her waist and her matching wings draped behind her as if it were a cape. Those oceanic hues fixate at the sheet music hold on her piano and even a writing quill tucked in her elongated ear; that hauntingly beautiful face was not even the best part to be seen…

Eloni had come to Schezerade for a respite from the surface word and the trouble of those that inhabit the place, constant war mongering between the cities can draw on the mind of anyone, more so those who have no stakes in the war. The battles and fall out of such are nowhere to be seen in the near always abandoned city of the avians. Thinking to make her stay a few days, the knight took a room in the inn and there she left her arms and armor. Opting to wear her simple yet comfortable white silken shirt and a new addition, a pair of black velvet leggings. Oh how she instantly fell in love with those comfortable things. Within moments of leaving the inn the knight would touch down before the large castle she had found the last time she had wondered the length and breath for the city. Finding the door unlocked she would slip into the castle, knowing full well it was another's home, she needed to show the proper respects. She was about to call out when the soft music flitted into her ear. Instantly she froze as the bardic magics seeped easily down to her very soul. Slippered feet move without knowledge, she passes through rooms without awareness. She finds herself now standing several paces away from the glorious goddess that plays such tunes. Not a word was spoke, she didn't want the music to stop, she didn't even move when her cheeks grew warm and wet from tears, why was she crying? When did she start crying? The thoughts fleeting as she looked on in a dazed trance, hips slowly swaying to the music, snowy white wings drooping slightly. A warning flag going up in her mind as her guard fell utterly, the flag was ignored. The music was playing, nothing else mattered.

Brennia felt that familiar tug at her shapely plump lips through the lyrics of her song when those oceanic blues set gently on the other woman knowingly - as if she was within her soul. Brennia's own onyx shaded wings arch attractively, yes they were large for her, but that was due to good breeding. They seem to preen under the gaze of the female Avian and it used to be a form of flirtation in custom to her home Island while that suggestive gaze drinks the tall woman in, almost searching for something. Her tattoo pattern did not seem to be from her island so she felt safe for the time being and if the stranger were to look upon Brennia's caramel complexioned skin she would see she I nearly covered in intricate and opulent ink patterns; makes one wonder if it indeed covers all of her. The song came to its natural end and to most souls they feel a slow downer after such a joyful high. Brennia was not wearing shoes in her home and her natural bare feet stand upon the marble of her floors so she may face the newcomer for a bow; wings following suit somehow shrinking the massive main room. Her deep gaze glances at the top of the woman's head 'tall... hmm' she would think to herself before a smirk returns - exposing perfect pearly whites, "Welcome to Chateau Smyth." Her speaking voice quite alluring in its own alto timbre as if audible honey, "I am Brennia... And you are?" She stepped away from her grand piano sauntering close to the Avian to extend a tattoo hand in a greeting.

Eloni saw the wings preen, she could see it but not truly register It so lost in the song was she. Arms slowly crossing under her bust as the music started to fade, giving herself a reassuring hug as if even though the song had ended everything would be okay. That beautiful voice spoke again but this time in greeting. Golden hews snap open in surprise, as if she had just noticed Brennia had moved so close. Caramel cheeks darken as a blush takes them, "s-sorry..." Her eyes closed lightly as she shakes her head, trying to clear it. But how well does that work when it had danced with one's soul. "I didn't mean to come this far in... what happened?" Blinking several times she attempted to put back together the fragments that brought her to stand before the piano. Her eyes falling to the extended hand her own reaching out to take it lightly. The act tugging her sleeve up to reveal several Thorne vines lacing together to wrap around her wrist, the tattoo patter vanishing up the sleeve to only Eloni knows where. "My name is.." A moment of thought. "Eloni.." she was utterly confused as to why she was so flustered, her eyes mirroring her inner struggle, when they where not flicking over to steal glances of the gorgeous avian standing before her. "I'll take my leave.." she suddenly blurts, much like a confused teen might who had just been caught sneaking about. But she had not take her hand back, 'wait what was I doing?' She thought silently as she looked to her extended hand.

Brennia let's her own blue optics take in the sight of this young looking avian, but that was the thing with Avians is that you never really know until you are told. The tattoo pattern wasn't missed either, thorns, interesting and again Brennia was lost in the sight of this woman's height as she is six two which is still tall for any woman and normal for avian women. "Eloni..." the name was twisted on her tongue making it sound perverse and taboo all the same, but something about it might make the owner to hear it more and more. "What a beautiful name belonging to such a beautiful creature." Her arm was not extended out for a hand shake, but Brennia's hand grasped the inside of Eloni's forearm and surely Eloni would follow suit, his brought them closer together allowing Brennia's deep blues to set right into her golden ones. Those plump lips spread into one brilliant, stone-heart-melting and dimple poking smile to her new visitor, "Merry meet Eloni." The greeting was said with fist over heart and it seemed this was a homeland custom of Brennia's, but there was something very royal of her appearance and mere presence made others usually feel lucky to be accompanied by this woman. She realized her confliction to leave but still holding in their handshake and she had no intention to let her go just yet as those eyes caught view of her pristinely white wings. An audible gasp would be emitted from her 'golden' pipes, "Its been so long since I've seen wings to white." Her free hand was about to go and caress a feather but she reminded herself of her manners as she responded to her mention of leaving, "You can't leave... I haven't given you a tour, Eloni." She would now release the woman's hand motioning to the large main room which houses her vast sheet music collection, various musical instruments, a sitting area near a fire, and beyond that a cozy kitchen/dining space through an archway, "This is the main hall."

Eloni couldn't do a thing against this woman, even as the enchantment of the song finally cleared from her, the sheer ethereal beauty of her was to much. Her eyes slowly drinking in the being standing before her. Those eyes lingering upon those lips, she wanted to feel just how soft they where. How could anyone, even an avian be so tempting. The knight suddenly felt much to large, to gangly and clumsy compared to this winged goddess. Then she purred her name, the way it rolled off that teasing tongue made her cheeks darken so much more. She felt flustered, as a child off on her first date. She's never felt like this before. The comment about her wings caused her to ease a little, wings filling proudly inching towards the reaching hand, begging to be caressed. But the other had manners that seemed to have been drilled into her. Eloni could spot a royal when she saw one. "M-m'lady... " lowering her head slightly, worried she stands to tall over the other avian so much more now. When Brennia turned to start the tour, Eloni would take a deep breath, trying hard to collect herself as she fell in line. Trying even harder to pull her eyes from the scene before her of the strolling bard, those royal wings, just to perfect. Oh look instruments, forcing her attention away, though her face spoke volumes of what her mind raced with. "Its a beautiful castle..." A meek voice finally squeaked out. Keeping close to Brennia as the knight had a bad habit of getting lost. Though this didn't help calm her very much. Hands clasped tightly together before her, grip tightening to find a focus in the mild dull pain of how hard she squeezed.

Brennia placed a gentle touch of her warm hand on the other Avians shoulder as she noticed she started to loose her confidence in her height next to Brennia. She even chuckled shortly and softly as the mention of 'm'lady' and a shaking of her head, wave of the hand as she insists, "Eloni, not need for that. Please call me Brennia or even Bre if you desire." The way she accented some words sounded like they were meant to be taken in another way. "Through his door is a wing I've dedicated to my most loyal friends and... Pets, of sorts. Beyond that is my own chamber." The word 'pets' had a dark incantation to it that seemed arousing, but she was already swaying ahead of her to where the stairs drop to the cellar; making sure to accent her best asset placed perfectly where her wings part and hug closely to those dangerous curves. "Are you thirsty, Eloni? I have many avian favorites down here along with some of the harder liquors." The Whine Celliar was vast and gilded in a rose gold color, but the glass floor below them sees nothing but dark clouds this night. She grabs a dark black fire wine, her own favorite, "You may choose your own poison at will. Could I bother you to join me for dinner?" Her expression was full of delight earning an eye lash flutter and it may be now where Eloni picks up that Brennia has not been around many Avians since her visits back home, "My chef is making Beef Wellington with a nice helping of roasted vegetables if you are not a meat lover." She knows a lot of Avians actually eat light (vegetarian style) as she used to eat long ago. She starts to saunter up the winding staircase and if she were not wearing her leather leggings, but a dress or skirt instead she might try to make a show of it, but alas - simple wrapped blue shirt and leather leggings were her choice this day. "Whenever you make up your mind you know where to find me."

Eloni almost buckled under that soft hand upon her shoulder. So soft but so devastating for the poor night. Biting her lower lip softly while Brennia spoke kept her from making any sounds that would be to embarrassing. All she could do was nod to the request of what to call her, she had to follow a nobles orders after all, knight rules die hard. The tourer continued, but Eloni's eyes no longer wondered. Her eyes locked helplessly on the swaying curves before her. She could very well being led into the depths of some trap, she would gladly follow. When Brennia stopped and spoke Eloni was slow to divert her gaze, eyes wide as she looked to the woman. The words so tantalizingly spoke finally started to register, pet, bed chamber. Her wings bristled excitedly at the thought of a drink to the point of her having to reach back and soothing them. "Yes... I would like very much a drink. Please, lead the way." Biting her lip again she squirmed, what trouble was she going to be getting herself into here? Again follows her down into the cellar her attention stolen away by the sheer beauty of the room. Slippered feet padding about, eyes filled with excitement for the enchanted floor then she looked to all the bottles that fill the room, everything you could ever want. She hurriedly selected a bottle of dark brandy and moved to follow. "I would love to taste you.." she stammer and falls back into her fumbling ways. "You... your chefs cooking. That sounds like a lovely meal." She follows up the steps. Had Brennia been in anything but her simple close the poor avian may not have been able to make it up the stairs. "Please lead the way..." pull yourself together woman! Silently berating herself.

Brennia quirks a brow when Eloni slipped on her words causing a blush on her own cheeks now and she tucks some of her dark silly hair behind her own elongated pierced ear, "I'm not on the menu... Yet." She let out a soft giggle before leading her new guest to the kitchen and taking a seat on one of the elegant chairs, the backs of them are slim and tall, but curve out around where an Avians head would be - to allow relaxation without the wings getting in the way. She motions to the many placements, "Sit wherever you desire." Once they would be seated Zachael would serve them and poor their drinks into their correct glasses. Zachael being an avian himself took in the sight of the guests wings and height, he tries to greet her in him and Brennia's native tongue, but it comes out foreign (French sounding). "Apologies, Eloni... Zachael assumes you are from our homeland he was just introducing himself." She then turned her gaze on Zachael responding in that native tongue that sounds of sex itself. He chuckles lightly before bowing to Eloni and joining them at the table. "So, Eloni. I could feel your soul a noble one... Are you military?" She took a bite of food and praised Zachael with a soft moan of approval and a nod. She relaxes back in her chair and starts in on her wine to relax and let her guests speak of them self, shamelessly keeping eye contact. Hopefully her guest sat either across from her or next to her, either way; when Brennia crossed one leather legging clad leg over the other her foot gently caressed the other woman's shin just once, "Oh, I do apologize, Eloni." Her smirk might give it away that it was not an accident and she would slowly sip her wine again.

Eloni kept her head down, as much as she could as she followed to the kitchen where the food was being set out for them. Taking deep breaths the whole way and cradling her collected bottle as if it was going to save her life one day, by the time she reached the kitchen she had calmed considerably. Of the offered seats she would take the one directly opposite Brennia, a polite thing to do if they where going to convers. During her time in the order she had been trained how to behave in noble company, she was one of the few women in her particular order so, she was part of the dispatch when ever a noble called. A woman's face would bring ease and relaxation the thinking being. Even though she found herself most the time to be taller than the noble host himself, the she would shift from armored eye candy to an oddity. She never really minded though, it allowed her more freedom to wonder. She smiled politely to the chefs words, a dialect she was not familiar with. "Forgive me." She bows slightly to him, "I can speak most of our kinds languages, but you're is not among them." She offers another sweet smile to Zachael before taking up her table were and trying some of the fare. Her eyes rolled back in her head as a deep moan slipped past her lips, it was so good. Then her eyes popped open as if realizing the sound she had made, quickly changing the subject, "I am formally of an order of knights sworn to keep the peace, balance was our goal. Never too much good, never too much evil." She filled her mouth with another bite of the juicy meat as the foot brushed against her leg and the Half hearted apology. Flashing a soft sweet smile as she took up her tumbler and sipped at the brandy she had picked. Her own foot, slipped from her slipper and would slide up the inside of Brennia's leg, slowly running up her calf to her thigh, there it would linger for a moment before slipping back to cross her other leg at the ankles. "I apologies, lady Brennia." A playful tone finally slipping into her voice.

Brennia new a little drink was all she needed to loosen the pretty Avain up and when the woman started enjoying the food in the same fashion as Brennia herself she couldn't help but to tuck her own lower lip between those perfect teeth. She sipped more an more of her wine as she wanted that more than dinner right now and she can always feast… After. The chef pays no mind to them and eats the well cooked meal and Brennia rests herself back on the dining chair, wine in one hand while the other arm tucked itself just under her best, accentuating it. "No worries, Knight." Another smirk was given as she had always garnered a thing for knights, but never met a woman one so… Gorgeous before. "So, tell me… What brings you here today?" She would keep the conversation going for any excuse to keep that lingering perverse gaze on this fine specimen was worth a try. Brennia set her drink down on the table gently so she may smooth all of her hair up into a pony tail with both hands before returning to their previous position and listening intently to whatever her newcomer said. Something about Brennia's unwavering attention would make someone feel listened to entirely as she sipped slowly from her goblet. All the while her wings still preened themselves under the gaze of Eloni attempting to impress and flirt in their avian ways. Once her new guest was done with most of her meal Brennia would ask, "I feel I could use some relaxation… Would you like to join me in the hot spring next door? We can bring our drinks too if you like." It seemed Brennia wasn't even being touched by her wine even though she is on her second helping by now.

Eloni was nearly lost in those eyes, never looking away, interest only in the knight. Diverting her eyes she takes another bite as her cheeks slowly take in a darker hew. "I... like castles, yours was so petty but I could not find anyone last time. I came back today hoping to find the owner, or at least a caretaker to show me around. I think I had won out on that with such a sensual host." Lifting her tumbler she would drain it, only to fill it again. The knight then made quick work of last of her plate, forgetting her manners toward the end and eating more like a soldier than a debutant. When her plate was clear she would rest back in her seat, eyes closing softly as she simply enjoys the moment. Wings lazily curling back preening right back, slowly swaying to and fro. "I must say, I was not expecting one such as yourself to be the mistress here, maybe an older bitter avian. Like that Irenic fellow." A bit of a sultry tone played off her tongue at the name. "But I'm glad it's a beauty such as yourself, and skilled of tongue to. It was bard magic that tangled me so completely correct?" The question posted as she stood and moved around the table to walk behind those glorious silky black wings. "A hot spring sounds lovely... care to lead the way, I'll follow you anywhere." The words ending in a soft kind of purr as just the very tips of her fingers brush against those magnificent raven black wings.

Brennia was surprised by her own restraint at the name 'Irenic' for after all he was the one who murdered her family, but as she understood it he no longer remembered anything about her. She wanted to keep it that way and didn't want the mention of him ruining her night, so she lets the name go for now. She also cast no judgement on her table manners, the food speaks for itself and Brennia is saving her plate for later. Watching the newcomers wings flirt back did raise another light blush to her dark cheeks and a grin. "You are correct, it is bard magic woven into my music." She smirks once more at the mention of following her anywhere, "Careful, Eloni… That’s a fast way to acquire 'pet' status." She would offer a playful wink as another blush is brought on by the caress of her wings and they reply with a soft push into her touch. Every feather would feel as if they were woven out of silk and seem to reflect hues of deep blues and forest greens being nearly hypnotic in nature. She stands from the dining chair and links her arm through her new friend's to lead them out of the castle, making sure to pick up Eloni's bottle of brandy on the way. They end their short journey to the Hot Springs and she sets the drink down next to the lip of the pool while her clothes came shamelessly off in it's entirety. She gently places the clothes to drape over the towel racks before easing her sauntering self to rest and sit against the wall of the pool while giving off a relaxed moan.

The Hot Springs

Stepping through the carven archway you are greeted by a seemingly natural spring of elaborate manufacturing. Hand carved rock and stone line the pool in a semi-circle, the polished rocks looking as if to be placed there naturally by the hand of a higher being. Upon closer inspection one would find the quality of stone to be much more impressive than previous glances allowed. Ornately carved into the stone are phrases and images of unknown identity. Most likely being connected to Schezerade, or perhaps an even earlier realm of Avian origin. Aside from the intricate stone is the main piece of the area, the hot spring. A delicate mist of greyish tint floats lazily atop the crystal pool below. The water producing a low, humming buzz indicating its relaxing heat and invite patrons in for a relaxing dip. Various linens and robes rest across a wooden rack to welcome the damp patrons into fresh, clean clothing. As you turn to leave it becomes clear that such a lavish spring is fitting for such a fine city.

Eloni locked her arm tightly around Brennia's, walking by her side as for she knew for once where they where going. Hips swaying in tandem with the royal a soft blush comes to her cheeks at the thought of being one of the bards "pets", maybe that wouldn't be so bad a thing. A soft giggle at the thought slipped past pursed lips but no explanation to come forth. Her wings would tease the other avians the whole way, lightly brushing against them, pressing into them and lightly caressing, pillowy soft feathers mingling with silky smooth. As they reach the spring and Brennia became instantly naked a deep flush took her cheeks, unable to look away from the beauty that had just unwrapped itself. Making her way near shakily to the towel wrack the knight would start to strip, back to the bard. Her shirt was slipped off, showing a full back tattoo, a mirror image of her own wings from shoulder to the small of her back, the tattoo for some reason seemed slightly faded, from the parts that could he seen through her true wings, the vine pattern was a complete sleeve, intertwining the whole of her right arm up to her neck, at her shoulder would be a pair of roses locked together and in full bloom, a white and black rose. As she bent to peel off her leggings her wings would shift to hide away and indecency, but leave the tease as those wings kept playfully shifting to flash peeks of the Knights curves. Making her way to the waters a arm was up over her bust, shield away the dark peeks of the soft mountains. If looked upon there would be script tattooed to her right side, just under her bust, her knights oath, a large feather, wrapping around her left hip and stretching up her side only to break half way into over a dozen small birds taking flight up Eloni's side, the last of the most notable tattoos rested on her chest, just above her heart. A coat of arms, sword on a kite shield, the swords hilt acting as the bar for a set of scales that hung down from either side. A soft squeaking moan was given as she slipped into the warm waters, every muscle in her body relaxing almost instantly as she melted into the spot right next to Brennia, "ohhhh you're spoiling me... maybe being a pet is not such a bad thing." Her shielding arm slowly moves away drawing forth a shard deep moan, it would seem certain parts of her are overly sensitive.

Brennia offered a perverse smirk to Eloni once she got comfortable enough to slip into the hot waters with her and as soon as she was secure in letting her arms down Brennia would take hold of one of those arms. She gently leads the woman to shift in front of her so she may take a closer look at these wings and offer a soft caress down the feathers, "You seem very tense… Let me help you." Her singsong sultry voice sounded as if it came right from over the other Avian's shoulder as the bard is able to throw her voice and could pretty much whisper to someone across the room. Once Eloni got comfortable in front of her she would softly start to kneed the woman's shoulder muscles and neck area until she started to ease and relax under her touch. She would slowly move lower on her back before she reached the base of her wings and gently caressed her fingertip down the place where they meet on her back just to give a sort of warning of the area she was at on her back to not give a startle. Once the wings were greeted she gently worked her hands in small circles there at the scapular all the way down to the woman's lower back before moving up the marginal coverts until her hands work at the alula. Her hands were working as if she was at he piano, but much slower and taking her time to work out any stress carried there and her hands caress down the primary coverts before moving to take the same steps on the other wing. "So, Eloni… You have quite the ink collection… Care to walk me through them?"

Eloni gives a soft smile as the other took her arm and pulled her to sit, "you don't have to.." she may have had more words for that particular sentence but they where drown out by the deepest moan, her hands sliding to grip onto the bards thighs, giving them a soft squeeze as a sharp gasp echoed between parted lips. "Yes.." she moaned huskily, hips slowly pressing back into Brennia, her body absolutely melting under those fingers. Though she tensed as they teased at her wing base joint. "G-gentle im.... very sensitive there." Biting her lower lip she muffled another loud moan as those godly fingers worked, hips swaying slowly underwater against the others lap. "T-tattoos yes I have those." It would seem her mind melted along with the rest of her body for the avian royal. Her nails playful ran along Brennia's thighs and sides while she works, wings stretching and shifting to afford the best angles, and begging tor more and more attention. Toes curled, thigh rubbed together. The knight couldn't remember the last time someone gave her a massage, moat just find how she reacts to her joints and focus all their attention there. But this, this she could get used to. If allowed that is. Brennia didn't mind the reaction she was eliciting because she is used to it as quite a number of her friends were sensitive in this way and she would end the wing massage with how she started. Her fingertips caressing down between the space her wings meet and then back up before she slipped herself from behind the woman now to part through the water so she was standing before this woman. Brennia inches close to Eloni as the back of her hand gently caressed down the woman's warm and pink cheek, "Oh look... I've flustered you so." She was inching closer yet while that hand tucked a lock of Eloni's hair behind one of those pointed ears. "Apologies dear Eloni..." Her plump lips curve into a soft grin inching even closer to void any space between their forms as Brennia's hand was lost in the hair of Eloni's nape in attempts to lower the female close to her own face. Brennias free hand raised up out of the water and gently rests on Eloni's cheek allowing her thumb to trace over the woman's bottom lip, "I can fix that." Brennia quickly connects their lips and indeed her shapely lips were soft as they parted around Eloni's lower lip. A pleasured exhale was given through her nose as the long waited kiss was given and lingered there for a moment while her eye lids fluttered closed to deepen the amazing kiss. Her wings curve around to softly caress down Elon's primary wings to smooth them down after Brennia caused them to ruffle previously.

Eloni gave one final moan , back arching into those fingers as the other finished working out years of pent up tension in a matter of moments. Sighing softly her lips parted in a soft smile. A little surprised when Brennia slipping around from behind her to stand before her, her eyes going wide as the other inches so dangerously close to her. Oh how the knight got lost in those blue pools, her hands slowly reaching out to half guide half pull the bard onto her lap. As the hand is lost in her hair, Eloni gave a soft shaft intake of breath, she would do anything for this woman, the thought flutter through her mind, a complete truth. "Please do..." was all she could whisper before she finally felt the press of those pillowy lips. Moaning softly into the kiss the knight would press back with raw pent up passion. Drawing Brennia's lower lip into her mouth and giving it a soft playful bite before pressing the kiss on the heels of a hungry moan. One hand slips to the others back fingers pressing lightly to her spine as it slides down, over the curve of her backside and once full, gave a firm squeeze, the other sliding up to the nape of her neck not allow her to retreat if second thoughts pass through that pretty head of hers. Her body pressed tight again the royal one, she knew it should not be so, she was just a knight. But what she knew and what she needed where two very different things.

They later retire back to the castle for an enjoyable evening.

To Fall Again

Summary: Brennia finds herself falling once more.

The Favored Wing

Oh, you have a key? Congratulations! You will find that although this hall way is the opposite of the warmth you just left, it isn't lacking in the same opulence. While making your way through the candle lit corridor you see numerous doors with different insignia on each of them; a dragon, a snake, a skull, a chef's hat and one left blank. Rest assured that each of the rooms are finely tailored to each of her pets' needs along with their own wash rooms. Finally reaching the large room at the end, it is conjoined by it's own luxurious powder room and the scheme is dark from the onyx stone, accented with gold. The entire atmosphere offers a warm seduction to the senses, but are you friendly enough to await the Avain in her large downy bed colored in the deepest red blankets and view blocking canopy? If not, there are sofas by the wet bar which holds an odd number of bloods from different races, Avian wine, black-fire wine, and specially crafted whisky. Through the circular stained glass door, which depicts a rather gruesome scene, you might find yourself in a certain island paradise on this vast balcony; warm bottomless sand, a few palm trees and a second wet bar which holds expertly crafted scotch, strawberry wine, Avian champagne and orange juice. If you lounge on one of the hammocks out there, relax and have a drink, you will find it does really feel like an island with the sun so bright and the seemingly endless view of blue.

Eloni had used her gifted key to sneak into the room after seeing it had been empty of the lady of the castle. With a mischievous smile upon her soft lips she snuck over to the wardrobe and started to rifle through it, a moment later the simple little comfortable clothes she wore where slipped off and one of Brennia's silky sheer nighties was slipped on. A luscious black Eloni would give a soft purr as she looked at herself in the mirror, loving how it contrasted with her wings and hair. Giggling much like a young child she started to go through the clothes, seeing what other little numbers she could find. Not in the slightest keeping an eye on the door for any who may enter.

Brennia had a few trying days with helping Artia with the large benefit, the helping Artia with taking care of her newborn and finally got a little peace when she came back to find the castle empty. She didn't know weather to feel sad or relieved because she's been so busy turning her castle into a home for bards. For a moment she wondered where they were, but didn't dwell on it for she was just tired lately and possibly a bit scorned. She is stronger than most give her credit for and knows she can easily get over it. Thoughts clouded her mind while heading down the onyx stone corridor to her bedroom, 'But I've been so patient… I've been so understanding. Why does this bother me so.' Once she reached her slightly open door she peered through and once she set her gaze on Eloni a soft smile spread on those plump lips when those darker thoughts vanished. She was a sight to see in her own clothes and she would stand there quietly a moment watching her before easing the door open silently. "You look very lovely my Knight," that silky alto timbre swims in the air between them to snare the woman in seduction, "Only... You are missing something." She lifts something off the top of the dresser where jewelry was strewn about and would turn Eloni to face the mirror once more. She would softy stroke her hair out of the way of her neck and clasped an extravagant purple and black choker, a few gold pieces dangle from it to accent the large amethyst stone in the center of it. It looked perfect against the Avian's skin, "Very lovely, my beautiful knight."

Eloni had been enjoying herself so much, she to had needed a break from the world. Though she had nothing on her plate as daunting as Brennia, but a knight cannot be serious all the time, it's much too exhausting. Her rifling ends the moment she hears those silky tones, freezing in place as a soft melodic giggle slips past her pursed lips. "C-countess..." she near whimpers as her cheeks take a deep scarlet. She still was not used to people seeing this side of her. But as she was bade to turn and the choker slipped over her throat her eyes would grow wide as a hand slips over the piece. "T-this is too much countess... I'm only a knight. This is something for a royal." At a loss she moved as if she was about to remove it her hands fumbled as she was so flustered by those sweet words. She had never been called such by someone so beautiful.

Brennia chuckled shortly at Eloni calling her countess and, really, if it were anyone else she would correct them, but she liked whatever Eloni wanted to call her. She took one of those hands trying to take off her gift to stand beside her and look at the two of them in the mirror; light and dark so close together. Brennia loved how much taller Eloni was than her as for once she made Brennia feel at home and normal. Her free hand touches the collar before caressing down her torso as if it was some sort of accident, "If you really don't like it I will find a new one, but I think it looks absolutely ravishing on you, Eloni." She would say her name a little slower as if playing with the way it made her feel. She would release her hand and slip her arm around the knights waist sort of posing with her in the large platinum outlined mirror, "What a pair we make, huh?" One of those large oceanic blues look up to Eloni in her question.

Eloni 's attempts to remove the choker melted as those hands ran along her, she was putty in the royals hands. Her cheeks darken a little more but she doesn't look away from the couple in the mirror. She gave a soft smile, "we do look... fetching together." One of the Knights strong arms slipping to hold the bard about her waist keeping Brennia close against her frame. "I love the choker." Admitted in a mousy voice as those golden orbs lower to look into those perfect pools of blue. "I'll never be able to repay the gift, I am after all just a knight. Not the richest of professions sadly." Her eyes lower as she thinks she is wholly undeserving of the gifts that have been given to her by this perfect woman. She may feel that way but she does not retreat form the bards grasp, she had missed so the way the soft tattooed skin felt to her touch. Her wings slowly came forward to brush against their inverse, preening as if finally being reunited with their deepest love. "I grow spoiled under you, my countess." The voice though soft and near down trodden had a hint of playfulness to it.

Brennia felt those plump lips spread into a soft grin and poking a dimple in one of her cheeks, "You repay me by just staying here and protecting me." She now fully looks up at her before reaching up on her tip toes to plant a supple kiss on the knights cheek. She gently released her hold on the knight as she sauntered into the closet beyond. She came out of it shortly holding a deep blue velvety dress which obviously would shape Brennia perfectly and the color would pop against her skin. There was a dress behind that one which looks to suit more of a slender type frame, it was a lavender purple with a plumb trimming. Each dress with a deep V shape in the back to allow for wings. "I am curious though. Would you mind joining me on a date night? We could go out or stay in for our meal, but I hear the Bard's Guild is putting on a play in a couple hours? Entirely up to you, but I would be honored if you joined me." She held the lavender dress up to Eloni's front with a soft gasp, "Oh this dress would fit you perfectly if you'd like to try this on too?" She would pull the garment back to perversely take in the sight of her in the teddy as her lower lip tucks between her teeth. "You can even keep that number on too?"

Eloni had to keep herself from getting to weak kneed as the soft heavenly lips pressed against her cheek. This royal to order her to do anything and the knight would obey without question so was she fully in the palm of the bard. When Brennia pulled away to search the dresses Eloni would take the moment to try and collect herself, in a small attempt to not be a babbling idiot in her presence. When she returned with the dresses the Knights eyes go wide as she blushed all the darker, "A dress... I-I hardly ever wear dresses... and never have into a public place." She stammered on before she took a deep steadying breath collecting herself as best she could. "That's not to say... I wouldn't put one on for you... and love to accompany you out on a date. Countess" the time he remark about her current attire brought a slight smile to her face. "I could wear it under yes... or I could wear nothing under." With a subtle roll of her shoulders the shoulder straps of the teddy fall but she keeps the garment up, she may be flustered, but she also enjoys to tease her countess.

Brennia set the dresses on the bed as she spoke and started to peel off her own leggings, "I have some nice suits if you would rather wear one of those, but over all I would want you to be comfortable." She would glance back at her over her shoulder and between velvety wings, "Really? I would have thought a beauty such as you would be shown off frequently." She took off her shirt and sauntered over to her knight, "Nothing? Even better." That mischievous smirk returns was her hand caressed down her arm in order to catch on the strap of the gown for it to 'accidentally' fall to the floor in a heap. She would stand there a moment taking in the raw sight of this specimen before her while Brennia was also rather bare. "Shall we get dressed and head out? Or get dressed and have our dinner set up on the balcony under the dusky skies?" Her gaze eventually found their way up to Eloni's golden stare while allowing another silent moment between them before fanning herself, "I think I may need a pre-date drink." She giggled a bit nervously before pulling her attention away and back to the bed in order to try and get her dress on.

Eloni gave a slight shake of her head as she would wear the dress, if only so Brennia can see her in it. "It would be a shame for those dresses you picked out to go to waste. But as Brennia came to her to save her from a wardrobe "malfunction" She would not be the only one drinking in the other with their eyes. So struck was the knight she nearly fell when Bre stepped away. Collecting herself as best she could the knight gave a weak laugh. "I-I would rather have a nice dinner with you, get a little used to the dresses, then maybe go out to the bards gathering. Though with my weakness for the bardic arts, you may have to keep a close eye on me." Her tease accented with a surprise kiss to the nape of the bards neck. A hand brushing across the small of Brennia's back as the knight looks over the offered dresses. Her eye lingering upon the purple one.

Brennia starts to slip herself into the dark blue dress and finished just as the kiss was given to her neck to elicit a shiver from her. "Oh, I plan on keeping you quite close." She would watch or help the knight get the flattering dress on before pinning up her own hair in something simple, yet elegant. Brennia took off a necklace she had around her own neck and looked down at it for a moment before setting it aside on her dresser and setting something else aside in her mind and heart as well. She would turn to Eloni and offer to help her with her own hair if she wished it… Once they were all settled and ready she would link her arm in with Eloni's to lead her out to the balcony, deciding to go barefoot for this part since the floor of the balcony is made of warm sand. The dinner was already set up for them and candlelight, almost as if it was planned, but what people don't realize is that Brennia is a sharp whit and prepares for all outcomes in any situation. "My lady," she would release her hold on Eloni and open her chair open for her, "Don’t you look positively stunning this evening." She beamed a charming grin her way.

Eloni slid into the dress and with a bit of help form Bre, for the simple fact she is more used to putting on plate armor than dresses. When dresses and after a moment of needed adjustments to her bust she smiled as it actually felt pretty comfortable. The dress was a hair snug in the curves but that only made them all the more noticeable. For her hair she pulled her thick loosely curled mane back and fixed it into a large pony tail. She wanted her new choker to be well seen. Looking over her shoulder she watched Brennia finish dressing. Eyes roaming over her every curve, the bard kept calling her beautiful, when she herself was a walking muse. Locking her arm with Brennia she allowed her to lead out to the balcony. Not surprised in the least by the dinner already being set. When the seat was offered Eloni would smooth her dress and sit down. "Thank you, Countess. It looks as lovely as you do. Though the most beautiful of sunsets cannot hold light to your beauty." Her eyes falling slightly as her cheeks took a deep crimson hew.

Brennia would raise the knights gaze to meet her own with a soft pull on the woman's chin, "What a sweet thing to say. Thank you." It wasn't often she reacted to praises as such since it was a common thing for her to receive, but Eloni was different and even caused a bit of a blush. Brennia would lean down and place another supple kiss on Eloni's lips before taking her seat at the small table across from her to start in on the rare, or medium rare steak before them and the rustic potatoes. First she would raise her glass to Eloni while locking her gaze, "To open minds and open hearts." She would softly smile in wait for Eloni to offer her own toast if desired, clank their goblets gently and take a sip of her cabernet. "Thank you for joining me Miss Eloni." Those eyes wondering about her face and very well accented frame in that dress, "I was right… You look very elegant in such a dress, I can never pull off that type of dress, why don’t you keep it. I am sure other dates would -love- to see you in it." She started to graze lightly of the dinner before them while she mumbled, "Can barely wait to get you out of it."

Eloni would press back into the kiss, a soft moan slipping from her when the bard pulled back, oh how she wanted that kiss to go on forever. She didn't miss the blush that takes her cheeks, seldom did the bard blush, this alone made the knight blush deeper how did she luck out in meeting Brennia. Trying to focus on her meal, the rare steak before her. But she couldn't, as the toast was given what would lift her own glass in salute. "To hearts of a kind, and open arms." A playful wink was flashed as she sipped at the wine. Looking over the rim of the glass at the beauty across from her. She started into her meal, not missing those words the bard let slip. The meat was delicious, patting her lips the knight looked to Brennia, taking up her glass again. "Delicious, the second best thing I have tasted." There was little doubt to her meaning in that longing gaze.

Brennia lowered her brow while the other quirked at her meaning, "Oh? I believe I have to second that notion." She took up her glass to sip from it once more just as her foot went out to gently flirt with Eloni's. Brennia realized just now how she was growing fonder yet of the knight and she sat there between bites and watched as the sun continued to set behind her. 'One day…' Brennia pondered to herself, 'I'll be able to open up once more… One day.' She worked on her last bite, but not to the point that she was full and waited for Eloni to finish as well so they may walk the short distance to the Grand Amphitheater. She pondered on flying, but she so wanted to walk through the bit of town with such a beauty on her arm to show her off. As they would pass the Fountain of Wishes a few townsfolk were starring at them, probably because two woman on a date was taboo, but Brennia beamed a proud smile at them just before whispering to Eloni, "They must think our dresses are gorgeous." She tossed in a coin to the pool of water before walking off with her date until they found themselves arriving in the middle of the play. A small crowd was there spectating and enthralled by the talented performers and Brennia pointed to the seats further in back, "Shall we?" She whispers.

Grand Amphitheater

The first thing one will notice upon visiting the massive amphitheater is the amount of detail carved into the stone used to construct it, down to the pillars that hold up the highest seats. The images show various plays that have been performed or may be performed here in the future, along with various musicians and poets, even decorated warriors and elected officials that have come and gone. Stair rails leading to the rows and rows of seats are gilded in gold and the circular stage below is illuminated by a series of small gold lanterns floating overhead and a few more fastened into the stone floor. The stage appears to be set, and elaborately costumed men and women begin moving toward it from behind the painted backdrop made specifically for the play. The audience gathered goes quiet. It looks like the show is about to start.

Eloni blushed as Brennia seconds her thought. This drawing memories of the time together, a slight smile crossing her lips as she finishes her meal in time with the bard. Understanding those words a slight nod was given. A silent promise that nothing will be pushed, nor rushed. Eloni having a similar sentiment when it comes to allowing people close. She didn't want to have an eighteenth bird added to her tattoo. As she stands she locks her arms with Brennia and allows her to lead her anywhere. Her hips swaying in time with the bards as they walk, mixing the timing up every now and then to give a playful hip pop to the other woman. Each look of nerve disgust at the pair of women was answered with a sweet promising smile of a broken limb, the knight had no tolerance for closed minded people. As they walked a wing slowly shifted to hold the bard close, almost as if the knight was worried she would bolt at the fist opportunity. But her attention was momentarily stolen by the beautiful amphitheater the stone work only an avian artist could accomplish, the acoustics of the place, pure perfection. Gathering herself Eloni would head for the motioned to seats and wait for the countess to take her seat before filling the seat next to her. Gingerly taking one of Brennia's hands in her own, holding it in her own lap as she watched the play.

Brennia settled in close with Eloni in an affectionate manner and still uncaring for any unsavory glances. Halfway through their observation of the act Brennia would find herself stealing glances at her date and thinking to herself, 'I am not to feel this way. Not after all the times I've been through this.' She tried to focus on the adaptation of Romeo and Juliet playing out before them, but her mind kept racing and she kept chastising it silently to 'just stop, lets just have fun for now, please.' Truth be told that even though she's opened up repeatedly just to get burned or nearly killed she still missed that one connection she was able to have. Open relationships worked better for her due to her seductive nature and plethora of 'pets'. She threw caution to the wind at a gentle moment in the play when she looked over to her date until she would look back and Brennia slowly leaned in for a tender kiss… Feeling her heart race just a little bit more in the nervousness of possible rejection.

Eloni equally found it difficult to focus on the play as she was stealing looks when she felt Brennia not looking. She shared the emotional struggle. After the last one she had sworn off love, planning on simply having open relationships until she finally met her end. But the bard is cracking her way into the heart she thought she had hardened. When her eyes finally caught those of the other avian she felt a weakness take over her. She leaned in for the kiss, the soft kiss, the kiss that meant so much more than the kisses of lust they had shared. Slowly the large snowy white wings enveloped the pair in their own little world. The kiss was soft, accepting, loving, her held hand was squeezed softly, as if a promise of never letting go, what where you doing girl.

Brennia let herself get just as lost in it as those black wings reply in kind slipping under the white ones as if their wings were kissing as well. Their sweet kiss broke as those large deep blue eyes slowly travel over each facial feature of the woman before her and her heart beat was nearly bursting. Her hand was held tighter and Brennia squeezes back as her free hand reaches up to softly caress down the side of the Avian's face, "You have such beautiful eyes… Anyone ever told you that, my Knight?" She whispers as to not disturb the other's around them, but she didn't wait too long for an answer as she went in for another deep and meaningful kiss. That hand shifted behind her head to hold her at the back of her neck and deepen their kissing, but once their kiss broke, nothing else mattered at this point when she stood up. "Lets go back home." For now the word 'love' would wait for a more intimate time maybe or for when she knew they were both solid with sharing such a term with each other, but she was definitely in the process of falling.

Eloni had forgotten about the play the moment she had locked eyes with the royal, nothing else mattered save for the smaller avian next to her. As that tattooed hand ran along her cheeks, golden orbs would close as she nuzzled the caressing hand. Her soft words brought a smile as she leans in to whisper her reply , "sometimes, but from you I truly believe." She then returned he kiss her free hand sliding to rest on the royals side, gripping as if she had just found something she never wished to let go of. When that second kiss parted her cheeks where fully flushed as she lost herself in the oceanic pools of the bard. "Lead the way, my countess." Her wings folded back, though with effort, the snowy white not wanting to part with the ebony. She would allow the royal to lead them from the place, but she never released the held hand. Squeezing it softly as they walked, feeling like she would be okay to hold this hand for the rest of time.

Brennia helped Eloni to her feet and looked up at her with affection in her eyes while pulling her close to walk out of the Amphitheater together, one arm slipping around the other's hips. Her onyx wing curling around Eloni seeing as they couldn't keep their wings separated long enough. She sighs softly and happily as they made their way back home, but as soon as they walked through the door way Brennia could not hold back any longer. Pressing their forms together which would bring Eloni against the door she stepped up on her tip toes to plant a passionate kiss on the other woman's lips. Eyes closing the both of her hands reach up to hold either sides of her face to pull her in closer and a bit rougher as if Brennia had been waiting all day for this moment. Brennia felt that oh so familiar flutter in her stomach and a swelling in her heart as it beat faster once due to their actions. Eloni gave a contented sigh as they entangled each other on the walk home. To each nothing in the would save for the other. But as they got home and Eloni found herself spun around as pressed by Brennia not a hint of resistance was given, this is what the knight had wished for when they had passed the well. Hands slid down Brennia's side, gripping her hips lightly and hoisting the bard easily from her feet. A soft gasping moan given as she tilts her head, kissing back with the unbridled passion she was shown. Easily holding her, Eloni bumped the door open with her backside and the tangle of avian passed through. Kicking the door shut, it would be Brennia that now found herself pinned. The kiss breaking in a heated gasp for air before the Knights lips found the bards neck, kissing it softly before giving a playful nip.

Brennia felt her dress rise up so she was able to wrap her long legs about the knights hips for support while her arms slip around Eloni's shoulders in their kissing. A soft moan would be given as she started to feel warm all over and Brennia's hands gently caressed at the arch of Eloni's wings. She would break their little kissing session with a smirk, "Lets go take a seat back at our table on the balcony… I have a desire for dessert." She emphasized the word dessert in a perverse manner and surly Eloni would catch the meaning before Brennia continued to kiss on Eloni, on her cheeks her lips her neck in hopes Eloni would continue to carry her through the corridor to their room.

The Raven

Summary: Eloni learns more of just who she's gotten herself involved with.

Smyth College of Bardic Arts

Main Hall

After finding your way through the Topiary Garden it would only be fitting to come upon a building which looks like a section taken right out of any castle in the same style as all of Schezerade, in all it's decadence; marble forming the entirety of the large building accented with gold and platinum in which you'll have to cross over a glass bridge in order to reach it. The front door is welcoming for all shapes and sizes that are the citizens of Hollow and spans a great distance in it's solid French Door of a design. Opening it up one might be perplexed at the ability for the fortress to hold such music coming from the main room there with all of the astute students practicing their talents. Once immersed, the eyes might be stolen by the gaping cathedral ceilings above, spotted by gold and platinum in which encircle mini glowing stones to mimic the night sky, but beauty is not what the ceiling is for; it carries one's voice in the most pleasing fashion. This main hall is quite a vast oval-shaped room, but the walls are shelves, carved into small diamond shapes. Each slot contains a scroll to nearly any song someone might wish to hear or practice in it's magic. Among the marvelous white-wood, gold-accented, concert grand piano in the middle of this large room there are a plethora of nearly every musical instrument imaginable, one just has to look.

Nearing further into the castle one's nostrils might pick up on the scent of mouth watering food being cooked wafting from the kitchen which is north of the main room and it also holds an elegant dining area containing a handful of small tables. In the corner of this kitchen there is a winding staircase which travels below where students are bustling to and fro. If you wish to stay, grab your favorite spirits from the well stocked kitchen and listen to the bardic magics, relax in one of the many luxurious sofas strewn about these to areas. Off to the east corner of the main hall, there is a locked staircase with an outreaching design in onyx stone overlay which is seemingly inking over into the pristine luxury you’ve found yourself in. It's as if the area above holds a darkness that's attempting to leak out into this little slice of heaven… Better just leave that door alone.

Brennia | The castle known as the Bard's College is oddly quiet today as it seems most of the students and scholars went out for the day to the theaters throughout Lithrydel to put on little performances for townsfolk… It may become evident that they chose a good day to spend out and not just because it is a beautifully lovely day out, with choice weather, but because Brennia let her darker side out to play. You see, for a long time Brennia could not control when or where this would happen and she could never find out what would trigger it. She spent many nights inebriated or under the influence of herbs to help keep the darker side at bay, but The Raven would always eventually win. She uses Brennia's body to turn her into a walking nightmare; her large blue eyes are now mostly black, the ink decorating her skin lively swims on her, her hair floats throughout the air as if she were under water, the large onyx wings actually become onyx stone (easy detachable weapons there) and the voices through such sharp teeth. As a quite powerful bard Brennia is able to access both vocal chords, but somehow The Raven found a third. If one were to interrupt her dread inducting song to witness the show they would find The Raven perched atop the grand piano stark naked with the ink swirling heavier in only the more risqué areas.

Eloni had languished in the bed she shared with the mistress of the house. Never wishing to leave the warmth and safety, and promises of sweet times this bed usually promises. But the hour was growing later and she needed to get up, lest she be labeled a lazy knight. Bare feet padded over to a dark purple cotton dress, more suited for walking about the castle than just her skin. She didn't bother with any undergarments, honestly most the time she neglected them unless she was going to done her armor. She padded from the room and started about the castle, strongly empty for this time of day. Coming to a stop as her ears twitched at the faint sound of singing. A smile played across her soft lips as she started towards the source, thinking it a chance to peek on her lover singing. As bare feet rounded a column into the main room that housed the beautiful piano the knight would come to a sudden stop, golden orbs transfixed on the figure atop the instrument. The body was the same, but something was not. Slowly she made her way along the perimeter of the room to get a view of the being profile. Not a sound was made, she was curious but also she found the haunting song beautiful. She stopped slowly as she could see the face of the avian, it was Brennia... but it wasn't. Looking to the shifting ink patters only make her more confused. Was her love possessed, or is this some kind of doppelganger that has taken the form of the bard. Either way she was mildly regretting leaving her silver blessed sword in her room.

Brennia | The Raven seems to grin wider at the feel of a soul in the room while the song was nearing the end, she pretended she was unaware of Eloni who was painfully trying to keep quiet. She sits erect on the piano once the last note was sung and slips down from her perch when those inked over optics set on Eloni with purpose. "It's Brennia's new pet. Or are you here to replace her latest love?" The whisper is thrown across he distance and would sound as if it was over the woman's shoulder. "I see she chose dickless this time around." A tilt of her head was given, "has your love told you every secret? Like, all the people she's killed. She pretends she so good," a dark chuckle was given, "If she was so good then she wouldn't need me." She plucks a smaller feather shaped stone from her wings and toys with it while she continues to taunt, "Don't you wonder if your love ever thinks about Daermon anymore? Or if he still tries to contact her through their imprinted permanent bond," she fakes a gasp, "Did you not know her ex was a vampire of all things or that they shared a permanent bond?" Another chuckle was given.

Eloni's eyes grew slightly with the completion of the song and the confirmation that the being was in fact her lover, but different. She didn't move any closer to Raven, but she also didn't jump from the tossed whisper over her shoulder. Those scathing accusations and teases designed to build mistrust and doubt in any fledgling relationship. Slowly a hand came up to cover her mouth as a look of shock darkens her Visage. Her wings slowly dropping as the others accusations beat upon her like waves upon a stony shore. But she could not hold the ruse for very long and the look of shock melted into a playful smile. "So am dark personality?" A sort giggle is given as her fingers drum against pursed lips. "She has not spoken of these things, not in the slightest. But what of it?" She let her head tilt ever so slightly, still studying the personality. "I have fallen in love with the Brennia of today, not of days past. Her past bonds are of no worry of mine. And if he shows back up at some point. This Daermon, I assume her past lover." A few strides are taken towards raven, "I'm sure she would share." Her smile grows so much tipping just how amused she had become. "And yes, I don't hold the equipment as a male, but she seems to enjoy it enough. I'm sure you saw if you live inside her?... or are you just a latching parasite?" Arms slowly crossing under her bust as her hip slowly shifts to one side.

Brennia | The Raven matches every step with confidence, "I am the source of a lot of things for Brennia. You barely know her." In the blink of an eye The Raven closes the distance between them in a sort of flash step and she gently placed the edge of the sharp onyx dagger like feather to Eloni's neck. Her stark naked form pressed shamelessly against Eloni while her tone turned darker, yet and menacing, "So, no, I am no parasite, but an antique power to which a young little whelp like you couldn't fathom the depths to. So, if I were you I would watch my tongue." She pulls the onyx dagger back as her other hand raised to hold Eloni by the chin, "At least you aren't one of those disgusting vampires." She pulls away and fakes a shiver, "The vampire was fun to fight with but disgusted me every time I was forced to watch them... Interact." She slowly stalks around Eloni in a circle, "Do you know how long it takes to break and imprint or how hard it is to get over? Don't you wonder if you are just a rebound?" She sighs again when a hand reached to smooth down one of Eloni's wings, "You know, I probably would have never even showed myself to you since you are Avian, but she carelessly let me out to play today.... What is she playing at?" Another chuckle given.

Eloni was a little surprised at the sudden closeness of raven, but she did well to hide it. She even went so far as to tilt her head to the side and offer up more neck as the dagger was placed against the soft defenseless flesh of the avians throat. "I do hardly know the countess when it comes to our kinds measuring of time. You have me there, emotion." Something she dubs the entity not knowing she already had a proper name. "And as a matter of course I avoid most vampires, but there are a few that I am able to tolerate." She had no idea about the imprint of vampires, never allowing one that close to her. She could only imagine how much Bre must have cared for this Daermon to allow him so close. Her thoughts where then interrupted as Raven ran her hand along the soft sensitive wings of the knight, a soft gasp given, the wings fluffing up as if asking for more attention. "I wonder a great many things," she manages after a moment to collect herself. "And that is one, so that's why I enjoy every moment I have with her. But I can only assume she allowed you out, for me to meet you and determine for myself if I like you or not... I'm still thinking." Her looking to her form the corner of her eyes she, tracing the shifting ink, the deep dark blue of her eyes. She found herself rather liking the look as a whole. "Maybe she wanted to show me this secret of hers."

Brennia | The Raven chose to stay behind Eloni with devious intentions. She reached up to take a fistful of the white hair and pull back in aims to get the tall woman to arch her back down to her level. She would bring the tall beautiful woman close and lick her neck in sort of a grossly perverse way, The Raven slowly sucks air through her teeth, "Oh yes. Such a young one. You are even younger than me. How lucky." She used 'me' as referring to Brennia, "Yes I mean me. I am Brennia just all the bad, but at least I am aware of the gift Raven gave us... I go by The Raven." She chuckles softly once more before releases Eloni and backs off while she was seeming to lose her grip a little. "Shh, shh. Now, now, Brennia, I am only teasing the little girl. Calm yourself.... What!? She seems to like it. I bet I can get her to do whatever I want, just like Daermon.... Yeah that shut you right up." It seems The Raven doesn't always play fair and she turns her attentions on Eloni once more, "Has she even told her of her father?" That devious smirk spreads across plump lips, but falter for a moment when her eyes returned deep blue and Brennia's voice returns, "Don't..." but The Raven returned quickly as if nothing happened.

Eloni bent backs with a soft gasp as she feels her two tone hair getting pulled, she fought against it a little but she did like her hair to have a little tug from time to time. The lick across her neck cause her cheeks to take a soft scarlet hew. As the other spoke. "Raven.." she gasped softly before she was released and the internal struggle was made. A decision was made then that was the last time raven had her way without the okay of Brennia first. Grumbling Eloni rounded to face her love but not her love. "Try if you wish, Raven, but that is the last time you get a rise from me. I'll not be as weak as this vampire." Though her curiosity was peeked at the mention of the count. "No she he had never been mentioned, I never asked. One does not run from a royal life with out reason. Do you think I've ever told her how it feels to reduce a man's skull to a pile of mush with just my fists? We all have our dark times." A little smirk peeking from her hardened face. "None all of them manifest as entitled as others. Torturing your other half for fun. What a sad thing you are."

Brennia | The Raven gives a scowl at Eloni's words while glaring up at her. If you blink you would miss it when Brennia won as her luscious black hair fell back to her sides and her wings returned to actual wings while those deep blues look down at her stark form. It takes Brennia a few second to gather what happened for she is aware what goes on when in that form, but sometimes it just comes across kind of fuzzy. "Oh no..." her gentle sultry timbre barely whispers when she turns her back on Eloni as she can't even imagine what's just gone on or what she must've said to her. An awkward pause seems to scream in the air between them, "I... I should have told you." She crosses her arms over her bare chest, not that it matters. She let out a shaken sigh, "I understand completely if you need to leave." Her head dips down in shame to stare down at the marble floor.

Eloni blinked a few times as one moment she was looked at with anger then the very next the woman curled up in fear. The moment of confusion passes quickly as in the next moment the countess would find herself wrapped up in the Knights arms and lifted easily from the ground. Her face burring into the neck of the bard. A deep breath takes in her scent as she gives a soft sigh. "Don't say such things. You think I would run off for such a trivial thing?" A soft kiss is placed the cheek of Bre then another on her lips. "And you told me in a way.. you knew I was here and you let her out. Thanks for trusting me enough to let that slip. She seems... nice." Her smile shows the attempt at levity for the situation. The knight trying hard to ease the fears of her royal.

Brennia giggled softly in Eloni's grasp as she let her arms hold her back. "She convinced me to let her out. I believed her because she usually doesn't stay in the castle and she's been more cooperative with me as of late. I was a fool to trust her." She nuzzled her face in Eloni's neck, "I'm glad you didn't run away." She pulled back to look her love in the eyes, "I've been waiting for a good time to tell you and warn you of this side of me... I guess this was a good way if any to do so." She placed a supple kiss on Eloni's lips before gently holding the side of her cheek, "I am an open book with you though, only you. Any questions you may have you shall only ask." She smirked at Eloni's comment of The Raven being nice, "She's a downright bitch." She gave another little rare giggle.

Eloni returned the kiss when it was offered with a soft moan, finding herself growing increasingly addicted to those little kisses. "At first I thought you possessed, I was worried I had lost you." She gives the bard a light squeeze as "and do not worry about her, when she comes out again I'll be able to handle myself. And I won't let her do anything to me, like apparently she did to the vampire." Easily carrying the royal up the stairs and down the winding corridors the couple would be in their room in short order. Laying Brennia in bed the knight would slip from her dress and slid in next to her lover, wrapping her up again in her strong arms not letting her go. "You will be an open book for me and I'll be for you... no secrets will be between us alright?" Lightly smoothing out the raven locks Eloni would press a soft kiss to Bre's forehead. "What is Raven?" She asked in a soft near mousy voice.

Brennia allowed such actions, happily as she loved being carried around by her knight. She snuggled in close to her while she looked up into that golden stare which made it so easy to agree, "No secrets." She hummed softly when she was kissed on the forehead and felt a flutter in her stomach in result. "When it first started I called it Inky, but it seemed that she has given herself the name Raven. No one ever told me. Apparently the royal Artificem Tattooist tampered with the ink used in my royal mark to make me into a powerful entity. The Smyth family bloodline goes through something called The Awakening, which was also never shared with me. Not that they would have the chance to in the long run. The Awakening triggered the ink a couple years back." She took a deep breath, "And a little while back I found a missing autobiography by my father. It's all because of him." She fell quiet as she felt ashamed.

Eloni runs her hand slowly through silky hair as she listens to the royals tale, once she was finished the knight would squeeze her a little tighter, her lips finding the royals in a soft passionate kiss. When she breaks the kiss she Nuzzles into her neck and placed another soft kiss to her throat. "Well it was a surprise for me, though I have to admit, the ink teasing nakedness was quite nice." She gave a soft giggle. "Was Raven not supposed to happen? A wholly separate personality does not seem like a grand idea for a stable weapon. If he was trying to make you a weapon when awakening you."

Brennia blushed slightly as she remembered she was naked, The Raven always opts for 'clothes optional' and she gladly returned the passionate kiss. At her next question she gulps hard, "I don't think any of it was supposed to happen because I am sure he meant to keep me under a watchful eye. Can't really do that when you are murdered. He apparently wiped my mother's memory often to make sure she didn't interfere because what he was trying to do was dangerous." And this is where things got a little touchy because she knows who her family's murderer is and she was fine with pretending he doesn't even exist.

Eloni didn't miss the blush and she thought it was the cutest thing. A wing slowly slid down to cover the couple as Eloni snuck another kiss. "I left my order because of a mission to a apprehend a dark mage who went bad... My squire and the other five knights and squires in my detachment all died. But I only left after I found the mage after I healed..." she closed her eyes softly and took a deep breath. "My commanders encouraged a leave of absence after they found out what I did to him..." she was not trying to 'one up' Brennia or anything, this was just a time to share hurt, to grow closer so the knight would not let the bard share alone.

Brennia gently plays in Eloni's hair while listening to her this time. Sort of relieved she didn't ask who murdered her own family, not that she wouldn't tell her.... only time will tell. She got wrapped up in Eloni's story in sharing a understanding expression, she looked up at her in an almost idolizing fashion. "What did you do to him my love?" Her voice was soft and gentle and she felt so safe in their sharing while she sort of rolled and shifted under Eloni's wing so their frames faced the other with a soft squeeze.

Eloni tilted her head into the twiddling finger, rather liking the feeling of having her hair played with. "I stole a relic from the armory, an anti magic stone, nothing very powerful. It blinked out magic in a set area for a few heartbeats." She took a soft breath as she recalled the incident. "That was all the time I needed to tackle him to the ground. I was wearing gauntlets... I struck him over and over again with a left and right. I lost track of time but I snapped out of it as the other knights pulled me off him... There was nothing left of his skull but pulp, his body was quivering under me and my arms splattered in his blood... I couldn't even feel them anymore. They told me that I just kept muttering 'never again'... It was a few days later when I was granted leave from the order." She fell silent, not the best time of her life. Though the image of the pulverized head of the mage never compared to the broken body of her young squire.

Brennia couldn't help a smirk trying to pull at the corner of her mouth for she is mostly good intended she loved when she knew her loved ones had a dangerous streak. "These hands?" Her sultry tone returned when her blues eyes looked down at her other hand holding onto Eloni's and lacing her fingers trough her love's. She places a gentle kiss on one of Eloni's knuckles, "and these arms?" She caresses a hand down the same arm while her gaze locks up to Eloni's full of suggestion and she could feel her whole body temperature seems to warm against the knight.

Eloni, for as much as she wanted to keep in her dark thoughts, was pulled back by those soft lips pressing to her knuckles and arms, her hand squeezing those of the bards as she easily takes her hands and pins them to Bre's side. Even for an Avian her strength was considerable. "Those hands and arms you enjoy to be held by." Leaning in she presses a soft but hungry kiss to those full lips. Her body moving slowly to tangle completely with her lovely bard. "Does listening to me loose my composure fire you so?"

This Is My Confession

Yes, Ursher

Summary: Brennia confesses to her lover.

Smyth College of Bardic Arts

After finding your way through the Topiary Garden it would only be fitting to come upon a building which looks like a section taken right out of any castle in the same style as all of Schezerade, in all its decadence; marble forming the entirety of the large building accented with gold and platinum in which you'll have to cross over a glass bridge in order to reach it. The front door is welcoming for all shapes and sizes that are the citizens of Hollow and spans a great distance in it's solid French Door of a design. Opening it up one might be perplexed at the ability for the fortress to hold such music coming from the main hall there with all of the astute students practicing their talents.

If you wish to stay, grab your favorite spirits from the well stocked kitchen and listen to the bardic magics, relax in one of the many luxurious sofas strewn about these two areas.

Brennia wasn't teaching this week for its spring holiday for her students and most of them are visiting family or vacationing on some beaches. She and her hobbit secretary are stuck catching up on paperwork and organizing events for the next semester. The smartly dressed would only smile at Eloni if she made her way up to the headmistresses and professor offices motioning for her to go on back, "you know where it is, dear. First door on the left." Once inside the office Eloni may be impressed with the size, books, paintings and few sculptures. Brennia working hard on grading papers behind her large desk with spectacles placed upon the bridge of her nose and her hair pulled up into a neat bun. "Have a seat I'll be with you in a moment," she would say without looking up in assuming a student came to ask a question.

Eloni had returned from her trip, a minor thing asked of her by the city. Nothing even terribly interesting, but she knew accepting it would place her in better standings within her new home city so she reluctantly had been apart form her love for much too long by her thinking. Having slipped in through the balcony the knight had changed from her armors, cleaning up she slipped into a royal purple velvet dress, ankle length with a slit running up her left side to her sharply toned hip. A plunging neckline showing more than a little of the lightly tanned body of the knight. A dress more attuned to a night out than a hello. Making sure to unpack her gifted choker, she doesn't wear it on missions for fear of getting it broken or soiled, she slipped it on and made her way to the head mistresses chambers. Passing the hobbit and getting the directions. Eloni gave a playful wink in thanks and blew a little kiss the secretary's way before entering the office. The sight of the bard made Eloni take pause. Simply standing there and drinking in the beauty in flustered silence. Silence broken by the order to sit. Lips parted in a playful smile as she did as told. Smoothing her dress as she poured herself into the seat. Still not saying a word. One long leg crossed over the other, hands folded atop her knee. Simply watching her love in silence, so content she was.

Brennia picks up on her favorite scent emitting off a fellow Avian and yes she has one or two Avian students and even Zachael is Avian, but she looked with hopeful eyes. Liberty blue hues take in Eloni with a slightly dropped jaw for a moment and it spread into a wide smile. "My love. You look... Words cannot even..." the Bard stood up and being in red bottom pumps made her height a little taller. She quickly went to the door first to close it revealing her outfit from behind the desk being a stark blue silk blouse tucked into her form fitting waist high pencil skirt which accents those dangerous curves even more. Brennia clicks her way over to Eloni and holds a hand down to help her off the couch, "let me get a good look at you."

Eloni gave the brightest of smiles as the bard turned to see who it was. The reaction of her lover made it all worth wile, her heart beat a little faster as she could feel her cheek warm with a deep scarlet. She took the offered hand to stand. Taking a moment she tucked a stray hair behind her delicately pointed ear, not a word was given as her hands gripped Brennia's slender waist and lifted those pretty red bottom pumps off the ground. Up to the warm waiting lips of the knight, pressing a kiss to her lover's lips. A few steps back had Brennia sitting atop her desk with the knight upon her skill pressing the kiss, a soft moan turning it more passionate. Finally after what felt like an eternity Eloni would break the kiss and look in silence deep into the eyes of her lover. "You never know what you take for granted until you are without it." She finally speaks in a soft as velvet voice. "I hadn't realized how much I had loved waking up every morning looking into your eyes my love... I've missed it terribly." Her eyes then closed lightly as she pressed her forehead to Brennia's, taking a silent moment to draw in everything her lover is. "Been keeping busy while I was away, headmistress?" Using the title with a bit of tease to it.

Brennia had slipped those glasses off so she can look before being pulled up into a kiss. Brennia wraps her arms around Elonis shoulders and allows herself to be set atop her desk while equally returning the passionate kiss. Her heart swelled as she realized how much she missed the attention she gets from Eloni, but her stomach flipped with nervousness and a bit of guilt. “I've missed this…” she offered nearly breathlessly as those stunning blue eyes look up into golden ones and her hands gently seek out Eloni’s. “Yes, meetings with the Bards Guild and welcoming new students. Your summons went well I assume?” Her gaze eventually falls on the gifted choker she gave her and one of Brennia's hands reach up to caress over it. “And… Actually. I have a serious question for you.” She felt her own heartbeat quicken now with the nervousness.

Eloni kept herself close to her love as the tone turned slightly serious, her hand giving Brennia's a soft squeeze as that charming smile played across the Knights face. "It was well enough, mostly just a lot of observations from the air, nothing even very fun. Mindless knightly duty, didn't even get to kill anything." She gives the cutest of pouts before letting it all fall away and matching the serious nature of her lover. A bit of dread creeping upon her wondering what had happened while she was Away, "did someone do something?... do I have to kill someone?" Her tone going dark as the worst case scenarios goes through her mind. But she would fall silent allowing her love a moment to speak, maybe she would get to kill something after all.

Brennia felt so torn as her hand caresses a little higher on Eloni’s sun kissed cheek and she gently sets her own plump bottom lip between her own perfect pearly white teeth. She takes a deep breath locking their gaze, “Eloni, I fell quickly for you. I mean, how couldn't I? You are my knight to my coat of arms and I just want to make sure you know that your place in my heart cannot be changed by anyone.” She wasn't sure how her lover would react because, yes, they agreed on an open relationship, but they had an understanding that they love only each other deeply while they are free to do what they want with their bodies. “I need to share with you a realization I had a couple weeks ago…” tears threatened the water line of her blue eyes, but her face remained the same. “I realized that all of this time drinking wine, smoking herbs, using lovers was just my way of perpetually escaping my responsibilities like the coward I am. I ran from being a countess, I ran from the man who murdered my family and ultimately I ran from commitment because I figured to myself that if I kept a distance and I was only open that I couldn't be hurt. I was always afraid that anything mine could be easily taken from me and I would end up being cheated on or left.” A single tear slips down her caramel cheek, “being the leader of the Bards guild and the headmistress here brought this realization. That and, someone I met has changed everything. Nothing has happened when you were gone but some kissing. My question to you is… Do you think it possible that some beings hold the capacity to love more than just one person?” Hopeful eyes look up into Eloni's.

Eloni found it hard to look away as her love figured and seemed to be so very distressed by the question she held, then the bard would start to talk. The words rolled out slowly, or maybe it just seems that way to the knight. The smile that parted her lips slowly shrank until it vanished all together. Her eyes started to hurt, how long had it been since she blinked? Brennia looked on the edge of tears, then one finally started to run down. Was she leaving her? A soft tremble of fear caused the feathers of her large wings to ruffle. Buy the time the question was finally asked, golden hews rimmed with tears. What felt like a millennia passed in silence as Eloni took time to digest it all. A hand slowly slipped from the bards waste and cupped bre's cheek softly, wiping away the tear before the knight leans in and presses a kiss softly to those full lips. "The heart can be picky." She finally breaks the silence. "It can fall so completely for one person that nothing else will ever matter." She gave another soft lingering kiss. "And sometimes the heart is big enough to share it's love with more than one. A true love and not a physical approximation." A kiss this time fell to where the tear had rolled down the countess’ cheek. "I love you countess Brennia Smyth de Vere. I am your knight, your shield until I can no longer draw breath. What you love I shall love..." That smile returns to a face starting to trail tears of her own. "Who you love I shall love." She had given her answer, powerful arms slowly wrapping around the smaller avian to hug her, to hold her to say she will never let go.

Brennia didn't know what to expect, but that brilliant smile spread across plump lips with joy. She can't believe she happened to find someone by chance that just gets her completely. “I love you Eloni. My knight.” She reaches up and holds her face gently within her hands, “I do not expect you to hold the same regard for me as I do you, but I won't be sharing myself with any other women after today. I wouldn't call what I feel love just yet, but I didn't want anything to happen until I respected what we have first and… I cannot wait until you meet him.” A soft blush came to her cheeks at the mention of Vi. “What I am getting at is that I think I am ready to only commit to you and only commit to him… if he feels the same.” She looked a little uncertain and flustered, “I don't know what he does to me, but I am not graceful in the least around him.” A playful pout came over her and it's hard to imagine Brennia as anything but the seductress in her natural allure, “I need a break from this paper work, let's go out to eat. A Brennia and Eloni date?” Hopeful eyes look back up at her knight, “I've just *got* to show you off in this.” Her index finger trails down Eloni's sun kissed collar bone and ending in the v neck split of her dress.

Eloni didn't miss the way her love acted when she talked of the man in her life, she was not overly composed as she always was, this should be what love does to someone. Her smile only grew, she liked this side of her lover. "Well I can't wait to meet him... I hope he likes me." She felt her own blush starting to darken as she was slightly worried that her new love may be turned off by Brennia already having a lady love. The knight didn't want to be a burden to her countess. But rational thought went out of the window as she felt the finger tracing down her body. Snapping back to the present she blinked a few times and smiled. "Why, yes my love. A date night would be magical." She gave a playful little giggle, pressing a soft kiss to those plump lips of the bard before turning about and walking slowly to the door, hips swaying teasingly from side to side. Snowy white wings stretched out and preening just for the bard. Eloni wondered how long it would take Brennia to realize the top three buttons on her blouse were open now.

Meet the Girlfriend

Summary: Wisax meets Brennia’s girlfriend, Eloni.

Eloni had recently returned from another little mission from the city. A simple rout of a small group of monsters who were camping a little close for the comfort of those in charge. At the very least this time she got to hit something. Her armor hung near the entry of the spring along with her weapons, not far after that her clothes, a simple undershirt and a pair of capri pants she wore under her armor. The knight herself, after having left a trail of clothing, was near asleep in the hotspring as she was resting near the back end of the spring. Her snow white hair was pulled back into a rough ponytail, her six eight frame nearly fully submerged, the warm waters lapping against her sun kissed neck. Eyes closed lightly as she did give all appearances as she was lost in slumber.

Wisax arrived early, true to his habit, and found himself not to be alone. Not that that seemed to bother him any, as the woman appeared to be asleep and he saw no reason to disturb her. Instead, Wisax simply walked over to one of the benches and began relieving himself of his clothes. Knowing his destination this time, he had not come heavily dressed. Just a simple linen shift and matching pants. Both easy to slip out of and left in a heap on the bench. That done, he turned on the spot and – silent save for the soft noise of his foot fall – strode over to the artificial spring and sunk slowly into the water. He was a pale man with white gold hair. Enough to almost vanish into the mist above the water.

Eloni didn't stir as she man entered but she did come out of the relaxing daze she was lost in, can't be to relaxed with an unknown so close. Molten golden eyes slowly cracked open as he slid into the more mist covered parts of the spring. She started to silently inch closer, new threats must be scouted after all, thoroughly scouted. Her wings she had drawn into the enchanted tattoos on her back, she's not a fan of fully immersing them in water, and without them she was quite stealthy as she snuck over and peeked at the man, a playful little smile tugging at the corner of her lips as she stood noisily and started towards him. Not a though to cover herself at all. "Brennia love is that you?" She knew it wasn't.

Wisax lifted his head when Eloni began moving. By habit focusing his attention on whatever was moving which in this case happened to be her. Though he let out an amused chuckle at the question. “Afraid not. Sorry to disappoint. Though she should be arriving shortly.” he answered back in a patient, even, voice. Though mostly hidden by the water and the mist, a few things could still be gleaned about the man. For one, he was quite tall. Even for an avian. And consequently had somewhat longer limbs and fingers than usual. But in spite of that seemed to have a rather densely muscular and athletic physique, though somewhat slimmed and not particularly bulky. Fittingly, he had a sharp face with narrow eyes and a rather pronounced nose. He gave her a cursory once over, more out of curiosity than anything, and added: “I'm Wisax.” getting ahead of the obvious follow-up question.

Brennia was late, terribly late and didn’t realize her love was back so soon. All she knew was one certain student, Eva, had been berating her since Vi’s return… The girl is relentless. She needed some silence, some alone time and invited Vi to join her via their Mirror Messages. The click-clack of her six inch heels rounds into the hot springs to find a gorgeous woman a little too close to her man. It made her stomach lurch for a moment before she realized it was Eloni and a bright smile lit up her own face, “my knight.” The alluring sultry timbre of her voice echoes softly in the cavernous room before her cheeks darkened looking at Vi, “I apologize for my tardiness, but your admirer is currently plotting my death by asking me a million questions a day.” A playful smirk on her lips was she was slowly slipping herself out of her heels, shimmying her tight skirt down her long tattooed legs and unbuttoning her red silk shirt.

Eloni pauses as she heard the man's voice. It is confusion, as she never met anyone here that was not from the castle and he knew all from there. The was a new one, the knight had her suspicions that this was the one that Brennia had mentioned at their last meet, hands fall to rest atop her curved hips as she glairs at him. "My name is Eloni.." lips tugging back into a smile as she heard the sound of heels clicking off stone. And just then Brennia made her appearance. A soft sigh slips past her lips as she sees her love, but she didn't miss the hint of jealously prior to her recognising the knight. Games must now be played. "Wisax you say hmm?" She purred as Brennia started to slide from her clothes. When though she was not a small thing, the knight moved with grace and speed that was rare for one of her height. And before he would know it the knight would be sitting atop his lap facing him with the sweetest of smiles. "So it is you..." is all she would say as her powerful arms snaked around his neck. "... the one stealing my loves heart." Was there a hint of anger in that tone. Her face slowly inching towards his. Was she playing or was she about to deliver a headbutt to that angled perfect face. She was good at hiding her, Motives.

Wisax turned his head when Brennia arrived, shooting her his usual subtle smile. “No harm done.” he assured, rather pointlessly, with a hint of amusement. Though he was less so at the rest of what she said. “At some point, that kind of behavior goes too far. You ought not to tolerate it.” he affirmed, perhaps a little harshly. But then, he'd never been a temperate one when it came to that sort of thing. Of course, he was cut off when Eloni suddenly sunk down onto his lap and turned his attention back to the knight with a expression of mixed surprise and curiosity. Though he didn't move or react much either, rather, he seemed more curious than alarmed at her odd reaction and unclear intent.

Brennia slipped her wings free from the shirt and had turned to fold her things nicely next to Vi’s items. Seems both of them missed the show when she turned back around to find Eloni atop Wisax and a smirk remained on her lips as she was just as curious as Vi. She assumes that maybe Eloni is testing Vi, but it earns no reaction from Brennia she would be jealous of anyone else aside from Eloni doing these things. A slow saunter around the pool leads the headmistress to the steps into the hot water until she was waist deep into the mist and opting to take a seat next to Vi. Her gaze not leaving the pair with a quirked brow as she braids her hair off to the side, but deep down she was a little worried. It had taken a lot to admit her feelings to Eloni about Vi and thought she made it clear that he wasn’t stealing anything, but her cheeks did darken a little when she mentioned matters of the heart as her and Vi have not discussed anything like that, yet.

Eloni was a little surprised he had taken such a laid back stance as she slid into his lap and inched her face so close to his. He was an interesting creature to be sure. "I think I like you." She near whispered before placing a soft kiss on his lips, a soft lingering kiss. She then pulled herself from his lap and, sliding down to kneel in the waters before the seated bard. "I've missed you..." words still soft as she moved to sit next to the bard, on her other side, leaving bre with the knight on one side and the mage on the other. A often contented sigh slips out as her head comes to rest on Bre's shoulder. "The city needs to start paying me more for these little missions they keep sending me on. Is there no other competent knight here." She hated being away from the bard for such lengths of time.

Wisax seemed amused by, but definitely not opposed to what Eloni's intentions turned out to be. Though he didn't presume anything and just let her do her thing and move away unhindered. He simply turned his head to Brennia and repeated, clearly tickled: “I think she likes me.” Though she'd probably heard that when Eloni said it. He didn't comment on the new subject the knight struck up, but seemed content to listen for the moment. Brennia was internally relieved Eloni was just messing with Vi, but when Eloni so boldly kissed him, it returned her smirk when she scoots closer to Vi. She liked seeing that for some reason and gave Eloni a kiss to the top of her head once the knight got comfortable. “I would take that as a good thing. Don’t want this knight to be cross with you,” she responded to Vi with a wink. Under the water Brennia’s hand seeks out Vi’s if he would have it while she lays liberty blues upon Eloni, “I missed you, as well, my knight. I think you are the most competent knight and that is why Schezerade needs you.” Her free hand next to Eloni rests on her thigh.

Eloni found the man's apparent acceptance of her sitting on his lap and kissing him as an interesting thing, and when people interest her she makes a point to get to know them better, though in their unique situation that was going to come about sooner or later. The hand that came to rest on her thigh was covered in term by the Knights hand. "I should just pretend to be a useless knight. Fumble around. Maybe start drinking heavily. No one hires a drunken knight." She gave a soft giggle, a rare thing that has only happened in front of the bard. "I'll start raiding the wine cellar tomorrow." Angling slightly she pressed a kiss to Brennia's neck. Conveying she was teasing if it wasn't obvious. "And you... boy bird, what is it you do? Besides take my lovie?"

Wisax took Brennia's hand when she snuck it into his and gave it a slight squeeze, but said nothing. Rather leaving the two to their conversation. If anything he seemed strangely comfortable being the proverbial third wheel. That is, until he was directly addressed. He raised an eyebrow at that. “Boy bird?” Considering he'd already introduced himself, it wasn't strange he'd question the moniker. “I'm a flectomancer.” He explained, nonetheless. “A tinker mage.” he clarified, since the exact term wasn't exactly common knowledge. “I make and operate magical devices. Not quite as romantic as yourself, unfortunately.”

Brennia lets out a raspy little giggle as well with her knight before she shyly admits to Eloni, “I think it’s been I that was doing the ‘taking’, Eloni.” She realized how that sounded and stumbles on her words to correct herself, “I mean he has a very subtle disposition and-” she was turning red in her embarrassment, “maybe I was the first to make a first mo-” That wasn’t really true either, “I just made it obvious I was attracted to him is all…” She’s making a fool of herself again and now it was doubly embarrassing as she wishes she could just disappear into the mist. Her hands slip softly from the knight’s and the tinkerer’s to her own lap while her blue eyes look down into the waters in this awkward silence.

Eloni listened to Wisax explain his works with interest, she'd never met a tinker mage before. She would love to see some of his work, though that would have to wait. She had the play the role of mysterious other love interest for a while longer. "Well I hit things with sharp things. Hurt her and you'll become a thing I hit." The voice the threat was delivered in was so sweet and innocent it added a bit of an unsettling undertone to the whole promise. Then as Brennia tried to explain and failed so adorably the knight shifted a bit and pressed her lips to the full and perfect lips of the bard. "I see what you mean... how he makes you. It's cute." She smiled sweetly and gave her another soft kiss, this one lingering longer, both enjoying the lips she had been away from, and trying to calm her loves current fluster.

Wisax glanced sideways at the two. “Duly noted.” he affirmed rather dryly to Eloni's sing-song threat. Not that he appeared particularly perturbed by it. “It's as she says though. She clearly knows what she wants. And who's a lonely scholar like me to say no?” he chuckled, following Brennia's hand to catch it again in her lap. A.. slightly subtler method of reassurance than what was going on between the two women.

Brennia felt the world fall away for a moment when Eloni started in on making her mind smooth back out right before the touch of Vi tethered her back down. Brennia’s free hand caressed it’s way up Eloni’s slender form until she was at her lover’s cheek when the kiss gently broke. She felt a pull on her heart when Vi said ‘lonely scholar’ for it sounded like a sad thing even though he probably liked it that way. “well… If it’s okay with you Vi. Eloni and I can change that.” She pulled those stunning blue eyes from Eloni to Vi with a soft smile on those soft lips.

Eloni showed a sweet smile as the kiss broke and she looked into those deep blue pools and melted. As bre's attention was shifted the knight would slide from her seat to stand and slowly walk to the other side of the tinker mage. Smiling she sat back down on his other side, now flanked by both the women the Knights hand finding his and clasping it softly. "I wouldn't mind offering my assistance in this endeavor." Squeezing his hand softly she leans up kissing his cheek softly before she sighed and stood. "I'm going to bed back to the castle... to our room." She looked to wisax with a soft smile, that counted him now as well. "Maybe I'll go find something to eat. You two have fun." She threw a playful wink their way as she steps from the spring and wraps herself in a towel. Gathering up her clothes and gear and heads back. Bare feet padding softly on the hard stone path.

Wisax couldn't help but chuckle at the sudden turn of focus and tone, looking from one of the women to the other. “Well. You were already doing a excellent job of that on your own, Brennia. But I'm certainly not foolish enough to turn down that idea.” he shot Eloni a subtle smirk as well in response to her flirtatious antics. “Pleasure to meet you, Eloni.” he added, as she made her exit.

A Dark Cloud In Paradise

Summary: Brennia sees a feather that doesn't belong on her love.

Brennia’s Room

This space of the castle is most private and not many get to see it anymore. This section of marble is covered in a thin layer of black onyx stone accented in gold and platinum, but no spare in opulence. Her own double king size bed centered against a wall sitting up a few steps, build out of dark oak and dressed in burgundy bedding and canopy curtains. This room having its own fireplace between it and the large washroom and thick curtains to block out the sun from all of the windows including the stained glass balcony door. A couple of elegantly plush loveseats, a coffee table, and a wet bar adorn the opposite end of the room.

Brennia was using the instrument Wisax fixed for her as they've been so busy lately it was the only communication they shared lately, but they were both okay with it as they have both been so busy with work. A soft grin widened as she read what he wrote, opened it up and sent a quick reply. The vanity in her large room which she usually shared with Eloni has been turned more into a working desk. It seems every room she went in lately had a desk which needed to be used for work, but it was happy work. There was a Promenade coming up and preparations needed to be made while she was grading some late finals.

Eloni's wings opened and spilled the air from them as she touched down lightly on the balcony of the room she shared with the mistress of the ever growing musical school. Though it had been some time since the couple had shared the bed. She pushed her way through the set of double doors and into the room, heeled boots click with every step. The knight wore a simple leather bodice ending at her midrif, she wore a pair of leather capris, lacing ran along the hem, gaped slightly to tease flashes of the soft sun kissed skin underneath. She almost didn't notice Brennia working at the newly changed workbench, but when she did the knight was across the room and easily lifting the bard in a crushing hug. Not saying a word, just taking in the perfect scent, the softness of those large black wings, the perfectness that is her lovely bard.

Brennia got yoked up out of her chair and lets out a raspy giggle, “hello lovely.” Once she's set back down she hears the chiming of the pendant and was quick to pick it up, smile and reply. “What has the city been keeping you busy with now?” She gave a playful pout before sitting back down at her desk to work. She's heard rumors of her spending a lot of time with a very tall wingless man and suspects that's the true reason she's been absent, but she won't say anything about it. Just because she's exclusive with Eloni and Vi doesn't exactly mean Eloni has to be, but she did wish she would have. She adds some detail to a long list of party items, “we have the End of Term Promenade coming up and I do hope the city allows you to that night off.” A glance up as she takes in Eloni's outfit for the day with a grin.

Eloni let the beautiful bard reluctantly slip from her fingers, not missing how quickly she scrambled for that pendant. The one that connected Brennia to Wisax, a pang of jealousy hit her, but she didn't let it show. She wasn't going to let a little jealousy ruin the moment. "I have been working as a kind if guard for the games they've been having. A few other missions here or there. But I find I have been spending some of my time at the tavern, people watching or flirting with the twins." Hands snake around Brennia's hips and hold her close as snowy white wings stretch out to embrace the ebony wings of her love. "Why not come to the tavern with me. We can tease the twins and have some drinks. Maybe make a few of your students blush." Slowly she leans in to place a soft kiss on those pillowy soft lips of the bard. With her wings open wide it wouldn't be hard for anyone to pick out the ivory wing that was nestled amongst the snowy white. "I've missed, you and want to hord you all to myself for a while. Just for a little while."

Brennia seems to have been stood up from her desk once more and a secret irritation starts. She's so close to finishing things here, but she keeps getting pulled away. A glance at the feather which doesn't match Eloni’s and it furthers her secret irritation, but for now she returns the kiss even though her own onyx wings sort of sway out of the way of Eloni's own. Most Avians emotions can be inferred from the body language or the condition of their wings and right now Brennia's own were giving the subtlest of hints of her jealousy and irritation. She knows that a kept feather meant and it obviously wasn't Wisax’s feather, “Eloni,” her tone was gentle and calm, “that feather?”

Eloni's smile slowly faded as she looked up to those large beautiful onyx wings, the wings that slid back from her own, they never did that before. Slowly the knights hands slipped from the bard's hips and hung limply at her sides, Brennia was annoyed with her, it was the first time they had time together since their shared moment in Brennia's office and she's annoyed. The knight her anger well as she stretched out her wing and looked to the feather. "It belongs to a man I've been talking to for a little while now. He can be a little gruff but he's kind and sensitive on occasion." Thinking of Irenic made it a little easier to suppress her agitation."were not going out are we?" Her tone slipping to a hurt tone, she missed Brennia so very much.

Brennia knew that shade of feather, but that would be crazy right? Surely this woman is not sneaking around her her nemesis even if he doesn't remember Brennia. She felt icky all over, but hid the emotions well and she makes up her mind to not jump to conclusions. She took a step back, “I've… uh. I have some things that I must catch up on. So…. No.” She wasn't done with the other subject though, “talking to? Is it just lust… Or? Is it deeper?” She wasn't even going to ask who because she just didn't want to know, but the concern on her expression was readable now. The only concern she had was that she might be preventing something or holding Eloni back from someone and she didn't want that above all else. Eloni slowly crosses her arms under her bust as her beloved back away from her as if she was diseased. Why was she acting like this, was there something she didn't know. "What have I done to upset you... I haven't bedded anyone else. I haven't done anything to warrant this punishment." Half stepping half stumbling back a few steps the knight would lean heavily against the love seat. Golden orbs fall away to simply stare at the floor. "Right now he's just a friend... we are slowly growing close. We have much in common... But I guess if I has already bedded him and he was a tinker mage it would be just fine..." She was hurt, and lashing out a little. She didn't know why Brennia was acting the way she was. She was lost and had hoped for a nice evening together, everything seemed to be going so wrong.

Brennia forces a soft smile, “no no… It's just. I know that taking or offering a feather means more than just friends and I…” she gently clears her throat, “I just do not want to keep you from your *friend*.” She felt tears well up and start to rim her eyelids as she snatched up her Echo Sapientia‎ and swiftly made herself towards the bathroom to bolt the door behind her. Her other words about Vi cut a little deeper than it should and she just wanted to be alone at the moment or at least away from Eloni.

Eloni could see the tears but all she could feel was the hypocrisy of it all. When she was approached by Brennia about her falling for a man Eloni was nothing but supportive. But the first thing the bard does when seeing Eloni may have interest in someone is treat her as if she was dirty. The door slammed and the bolt was thrown. Molten hues stare hard at the closed door for several painfully long moments before the knight slowly stood. A soft helpless chuckle slips past her lips, it was that or break down in crushing tears. She walked over to the bar, took a bottle of brandy then left the room, her feet and heart where to heavy to go far. Kicking open the door to her old private room she stumbled into the darkness kicking the door so hard shut that some of the wood broke free and clattered across the marble floor.
