Nirrarien has neglected to do the usual arcane alert and teleportation into the household, and has instead opted for the more difficult and length option of travelling to the City-Port by carriage, and then storming through the streets on foot. This may be in part due to Lady Ayameko's expressed distaste for the theatrics he had turned into triviality, though if asked the Magistra shall reply that it would be the folly of any guard to turn him down after making so inconvenient a journey, and in his present visible lividity. Oh, for Lord Falirae is angry. Green eyes burn a hole directly through the minds of those who meet his gaze, and harsh, direct tone with which he ushers Pallas' guards out of his way. It is testament to the men's unwavering sense of duty that they have the nerve to request the mage surrender his staff, with which Nirrarien complied to avoid complication, and now Ayameko receives hasty notice of Nirrarien's unannounced arrival, and the unfortunate inability of the guards to deny him entrance. Moments later, preceded and followed by a guard, the latter of which clings warily to the Magistra's whitewood staff, Nirrarien enters the parlour, and just barely remembers common courtesy, though each word speaks with trail of the Magistra's displeasure. "Forgive intrusion," Nirrarien tries to say without a snap to his tone, while scooping an arm beneath his abdomen and bending forward in a bow fitting to address the Head whilst present in a foreign House, "and understand that, regrettably, I do not foresee myself leaving potentially for several hours. Letter is too lengthy; I am here to see issues resolved. I shall not ask for privacy, but my words are not inclined to be gentle by mere presence of guard and servant. Not to consider a slight to your pleasant servants, and stalwart guard," Nirrarien hastily clarifies, with a twitch beneath the left cheek betraying the urge to give green eyes a great roll, "merely that I am resolute in resolving this complicated, confusing and embittering matter."

Ayameko was not dressed to recieve company granted her evening night gown was definitely quite modest. A servant had rushed to grab a shawl and bring it directly to her when sight of the angry Head of the Second House was seen. When Lord Falirae entered her make shift parlor the shawl was settled around her shoulders and a second cup for tea was brought out at Sir Galen's instruction. Sir Galen, Freya the Head of Housekeep, Ayameko, one of the two guards, and Lord Falirae were all that were in the room. Ayameko eyed the staff the guard held and then Lord Falirae himself. She was unveiled for once, her full beauty seen for once. There was no scar, no disfigurement that caused her to hide her face. She lofted a brow at his words and inclined her head to Lord Falirae, not about to rise feeling it would be indecent to do so. Freya pours a second cup of tea as Ayameko begins a slight edge to her voice, "Since apparently you are forcing your ..." A cough from Sir Galen interrupts her and she sighs, amending her words and softening her words to softer and politer tone, "Please Lord Falirae, join me for tea and we can discuss this matter and hopefully come to an amicable agreement of sorts. Please forgive me for being inappropriately dressed." Her slender arm gestured to an open seat across from her before she turned to Freya as she said, her facial expression and tone much softer, "Freya, please have a fresh pot of tea brewed." She then returned her attention to Lord Falirae, her misty pastel blue eyes meeting his burning green hues. Her full lips were in a straight line and her expression was one of calculation.

Nirrarien :: "Spare me the noble dallying, please," Nirrarien's own voice seems to have settled into a more neutral calm, and he lifts a hand to expose the palm, "and forgive me for declining the tea. I am here simply to make peace, or at least encourage ceasefire, and make my leave." The hand then extends foreward, in symbollic gesture of a willingness to patch relations, "there have been, it seems, misinterpretations of things I have said and done, been twisted into perception of supposed sinister intent. Kindly relay them to me in detail, by word if possible," both brows lift by a small measure in unison, "for clarification."

Ayameko brought her hand to rest on her lap. Her attention shifted as the second guard entered and both guards moved to her side, Sir Galen was handed the staff. Both men looked to be at the ready to protect her and she appreciated it. She returned her gaze to Lord Falirae as she spoke, doing her best to maintain a neutral polite tone, though her expressive face held displeasure, "Very well, stand of course if you like Lord Falirae. You have made remarks that at first I thought it was just my younger years and the fact that I was the direction of the remarks perhaps cause me to misunderstand. As it were, in front of others, such as Lord Luthentius where you made remarks insulting my ability to hostess and in Lord Ilkan's case that I was a harlot or a whore to put it bluntly. Lord Luthentius dispelled that my hosting abilities were anything less than what was to be expected and Lord Ilkan had a few words to say about the manner in which you treated me. Not to mention how you followed it up in writing about how the fact it was me seeing to Lord Luthentius' comforts that kept me from disrepute in our Lord Teacher's eyes. Another read the same thing I did in that and I ceased correspondance with you by paper as it seemed there was no point. That point furthered in the manner of which you have stormed my home and forced your presence upon me to work out such a matter that you seem to compound. You clearly feel as if since you are apart of the ruling body of Port Rynvale that you are above reproach. You are not Lord Falirae, we are, if anything, held to our actions most dearly. I would suggest that you cease these constant explosions of disrespect or you may well find your House Status reflecting your actions. You have already damaged your... reputation a fair bit Lord Falirae. One can look over a would be playboy attitude as we did for the most part when you brought with extreme fanfare a posse so to speak to a -private- dinner we were invited to. But to team that with disrespect and such airs as if you are above the rule of the lands is not, simply put, wise."

Nirrarien eyes Sir Galen with lids narrowed in warning. The message is clear; be careful with my staff. Ayameko is given focus throughout her lengthy dialogue, and though he does his best to see where it might be fitting to first address accusations of insult, but is unable to do so before the young Head of House brashly imposes an issue which cannot be ignored. A slow sigh draws from the High Magistra, and his voice with filled with a sad regret as he begins the careful lay of harsh truths. "House Falirae has served Rynvale City-Port for many hundreds of years, with I as its Head since the Lady Arien was a small girl. House Falirae's focus on educational value and promotion of arcane arts has cemented the social favour of he City-Port's populace for generations to come. Barring legal matters, and unless directly undermined by the First House, of which House Falirae has been an unshakable ally and saviour since the revolution of Theron, House Falirae -is- above reproach. House Glorindol, nor any of your immediate allies, have the power to damage House Falirae. You are... Inexperienced. I empathise with with your position, which is why I have chosen to do all I can to make peace with you. House Falirae is not an enemy you desire to possess." Any of those in the room not fully aware of the crumbling relations between noble Houses were now fully aware of such. Nirrarien hopes his words share have profound impact. "I never once bore intention of insulting your ability as hostest. I found you pleasantly skilled in the area. I am sorry if my wording gave pause for misconsideration. Kindly relay, by word if possible, how it was that I was seen to call you a whore before Lord Ilkan. I do not know what you thought of my comments by original written correspondance, but it was intended as a notice that House Glorindol can breathe easy. Luthentius expressed severe displeasure at the inattendences of those absentee Houses, which were implied as being viewed in negative light upon the democratic council. Your success in the hosting of the Royal Town House removed you from suffering the same lower of favour as the Houses whom did not attend." A few moments quiet follows, then a utterance of, "not by your whim shall House Falirae fall. Not by the whim of fellow nobles shall any of the Houses suffer disrepute. We serve the people, and the people favour, among others, House Falirae."

Ayameko regarded him as she says, "Specifically Lord Falirae you made a remark of how one could keep Lord Luthentius' attention at learning the magical arts. You mentioned licking heels but it was the manner and tone you prevailed that brought such thoughts out as well as the many things that could be insinuated from such a statement. The house leaders may well be younger than you but make no mistake our houses have existed for hundreds of years as well. I do not seek another House War of old where children are kept secret in fear of other houses killing them in attempt to see another Noble House die out. There used to be many houses on this isle. Some were lesser Nobles and not on the Council. But as I said I seek not to see such a War break out nor do I wish to be cause of such a war breaking out. No one is ever unreproachable and generally those that think they are at least know better than to act as such. Port Rynvale can not take a civil War right now. I'd rather see this dispute ended and the Houses work together."

Nirrarien has made no mention of war. So against the concept of civil war that he flatly refuses to verbally acknowledge it was mentioned; though in similar forte, so disgusted is he with the idea that regardless of setting and company he is loathe to surrender the tiniest bit of effort into suppressing his facial expression. Opposition, clear and plain, comes in the form of a dirty scowl, lips twisting at the corners in blatant show of deepest disapproval. It comes and goes when Ayameko is finished. "A satirical observation of a classical personality correlation with those of power and wealth," Nirrarien comments, his tone more neutral than before, "one I should of saved for the wine clubs. My apologies. But you must lessen sensitivities to words. Mine, it seems, specifically. This resulted not solely by my doing."

Ayameko nodded her head as she says, "You may well, to put it plainly, Lord Falirae need to consider what words you use. When thinly veiled insults are picked up easily and then when other words, not meant as an insult are said, the previous tone can set the tone for words not meant for it. I put it blankly to you Lord Falirae, your actions and how they were interperted have set you an image you shouldn't want to cultivate. While we both abhor the thought of war, we have both acted differently. I will try not to react publically to words i view as an insult but you to may need to curb your tongue at times. You have already painted an image to the other Nobles by your words and deeds in front of them. Just as I will work not to lend credit to the image you portray by not reacting to percieved insults you must not give others cause to see such insults from you."

Nirrarien said to you, "I have made apology for words misinterpreted, and again insist that all were products of perception. I would appreciate apology on your behalf, both to said misinterpretations and headstrong reactions to such. Then I shall take peaceful leave, and be assured contact shall be limited to court matters, and coincident."

Nirrarien said to Ayameko "I have made apology for words misinterpreted, and do so again, insisting that all were products of perception, and for what may have been brash and clear as insult when aggressions first stirred, I am sorry. I would appreciate apology on your behalf, both to said misinterpretations and headstrong reactions to such. Then I shall take peaceful leave, and be assured contact shall be limited to court matters, and coincidence."

Ayameko said to Nirrarien, "Your apology is accepted and I'll apologize for what was not meant to be taken as insult as insults. As for the brash reactions I'll not apologize for them but apologize for not handling them in a more diplomatic manner. I do not see how avoidance will help anything either Lord Falirae but should you wish to take that road I understand. I wish you well Lord Falirae and hope you found some lesson in this conversation as I surely have."

Nirrarien said to you, "For a time, at least. Until tempers cool. In fact I shall be venturing little from the estate until the return of the Governor. If House Ilkan harbours displeasure for House Falirae, the Magistra's Tower shall require expansion. Collaboration of an Arcane College seems unlikely. Oh, this is... Good day, Lady Glorindol. Apologies for abrupt entry."

Nirrarien said, "Give me that. No, I'll see myself out."

Nirrarien vanished before your eyes, perhaps never to be seen again.
