RP:Chaos Meteors Strike Larket

From HollowWiki

Entrance to Larket

A past RP from when the Chaos first broke into Hollow, raining meteors of the element upon the land--especially Larket.

Nasurate pauses to wipe his sweating brow across his sleeve, before again putting all the effort he can muster back into the shovel, thrusting the crude blade of the tool into the dirt, and flinging another shovel full over his shoulder.

Liana pauses halfway through the second blockade, firstly to give a nod of understanding to Dergious, and secondly to stare, open mouthed, at the transformation of a reasonably handsome man into a terrifying monstrosity. Gods, this stuff was worse than she had feared. "Please, hurry! Nasurate, use your air to force earth out of the way for goodness sake. Shovels are not fast enough!

Calen remained in his slumber, as he had for so many months prior, completely unaware of anything that had happened, including his being moved from the spot he'd chosen, by forces yet unknown. The strike however had changed this, and though he doesn't know of his surroundings, the magicks which had been used to keep the icy shell around his body, now, are broken and so too is the ice. Only those with keen hearing would hear the cracking, that's so distinctive, yet still he remains immobile, his mind quickly catching up and ensuring that when the time comes, he can finally move about, unhinded from the after effects of being in such a deep hibernation, and being awakened in such an abrupt manner. Once a sufficient amount of time has gone by, he's then moving forward, his abilities, heightened during the slumber, now utilized to ensure that a large chunk of the meteor he'd somehow been contained within is now destroyed, the chunk flying up and then into the ground again, before he emerges, pupils dilating briefly, in response to the blindingly bright light. Once he'd emerged, and while still recovering, he turns his head, the white hair covering his eyes now brushed away, while he silently inquires, his scythe now conjured forth, held within his right hand, as the scene is taken in.

Satoshi is graced with only the audio of Tomlin's transformation, her sight blocked by her dragon's sudden scooping of her up in his claws to be tucked securely against his chest. The frozen lizard sets sapphire eyes on Tomlin and bellows a roar of warning, wings flairing as he makes two wary hops away from the other beast. He'd have himself lined up for an fairly easy departure should his roar be considered a challenge. Protect the mage was his only priority.

Dergious shakes his head at the wasted efforts of the group. "Yer goin bout it wrong ye blasted fools!" He points to the north, "Der be caves north o' ere... Go down in em, den head dis way. Der be a wall... he break thru dat wall, pull dat stone down frum da bottom, den seal da hole so's da river can be flowin free o' it."

Skavlor digs out a gobbet and calmly walks over to the river dipping the opulent yet slightly dented cup into the stream the ratman takes a rather loud drink, the packleader smirks as he waits a few seconds, and noting happens to it, "Its seems safe enoughs to this ones, perhaps yous ares over reactings?"

Aradan begins to mutter in the arcane tongue, his voice fervent, but powerful. The air around him begins to swirl, the magical pressure in the area increasing. Power begins to spark from his fingertips, as the water flow, at least parts of it, reverses upon itself, holding position in its bed. The muttering continues, his eyes become strained, blood begins to trickle out of his nose, "I wish Arien were here, she was always better at water." He lets out a light growl, returning his concentration to the task at hand.

Liana spares Dergious a fleeting glance as she continues to work upstream, the first tendrils of the vine now evident upon the surface. "You do not understand, do you? This cannot be allowed to flow anywhere. Look at what it has done to a human! Gods above, if this gets into the general water supply, there is no hope! Please, Dergious, for your own sake as well as ours, help us!"

Jacklin frantically begins to huff aloud, breath heaving and striking the air with strained 'uggh' as she continues with the shovel. Face showing the stain already of dirt and debris from the others surrounding her with their own valiant labors. Leveling eyes she releases a frustrated groan before slamming her shovel back into the earth, "My Gods start using your damned magic those that have it. We needs a few more minutes!"

Oosutin continued to hold what he could. more and more of the poison slipped through as his energy was drained quickly away. "I cant hold it any longer!" the next instant he had broke, his hydromancy training had been so little, and so that limited him to how much he could accomplish. He went back and picked up a loose shovel. Pushing it tiredly back into the earth he continued to dig once more.

Tomlin takes to the skies. The beast looks around from its vantage point in the sky before taking a dive for a certain town leader. His mouth is wide open, ready to gulp down this tasty treat.

Dergious said to Liana, "An I dun told ye how te be savin da water. Da stone be below, da water be flowin normal. Ye freeze whut been tainted and shove it down in da rat's hole. Da rock be below in da caves, an we can be figgurin it out later."

Liana cries out a warning as the fanged, clawed monstrosity dives. "Lady Larket! Move! now!"

Oosutin shouted, "get down jacklin!"

Turel wings flap silently at his sides, the sound of the meteor coming, and crashing here sparked his interest. Silently, the warrior anti-mage flutters down towards the scene, as his eyes drink up what has befallen the town of Larket. His feet grasp at the ground, as the avian looks left to right, before turning to the monstorsity that is Tomlin. "You're a big fuc--." Pausing, the avian quickly pivots on his feet, looking to all those, well, doing something. "Screw the big 'en. Ya need a hand or something?!" The avian bellows, aimed at whoever was running this little area.

Ceyla appears from the south.

Nemisis flies over Larket to see a giant red stone crashed landed into the bridge. It flared bright with a red aura that sent a weird feeling down the man's back. Lowering himself down onto a stable piece of ground he observed quietly. His eyes scan the destruction before locking onto the stone that resemble his own optics. From this point the feeling became a stronger. It was a familiar one and the shook his head as in to second guess himself. On top of that he would repress the overwhelming feeling, keeping it in the back of his head as he pondered.

Liana spares a terrified glance for Dergious as she rapidly finishes her work upstream. Tired from the effort, her shields are nevertheless extended to cover Jacklin as best they can. However, the distance is great, and the barrier rather weak. Even whilst casting, she gasps, "But then the rats would drink of the stuff, and we would have the same problem!"

Saul looked to the sky as he heard the warning and groaned," Time to help." the avian though mostly ice mage dabbled in other magics, such as basic force magic that was improved upon. He raised a hand to the oncoming beast that went for Lady Larket and let loose with a rather impressive blast of energy. The concentrated magic misssle packed a much larger punch than the normal magic missle.

Oosutin exits north.

Satoshi ||The dragon takes Tomlin's elsewhere placed attentions as his chance to slip away. Or rather, slip away as well as a ship-sized beast could, with trees and rock walls knocked askew with his departure. Any listening closely would hear angered growls and demands from the mage held tight in his talons.

Satoshi exits south.

Nasurate , lacking the usual witty retort or daring comment given the situation, simply throws the shovel aside, biting back the irritated roar that wells within his slender throat. A slender hand dives into the pocket of his robes, drawing free the blackwood wand; the point of which is pointed down upon the earth beneath the Tree Born’s feet. Air is not used for the moment, instead the mage has a large area of the dirt before him erupt into small flames, and with a gentle tapping motion upon the wand, the fiery sand rips itself from the ground, and flies swiftly over the heads of the manual workers to dump the mounds formidable contents, fires extinguishing the moment they join the other mounds behind the group, and the process begins anew. The flying creature is glanced at, but ignored, for Jacklin would doubtlessly be able to handle herself.

Jacklin was certainly never one to show fear, not a bit. Her dirtied countenance lifted at the shouts of the Lady from earlier, eyes squinted as she attempted to ascertain what she was speaking of. It was in this moment she caught the diving form of the beastly figure from atop the wreckage. With barley a second to waste she dropped the shovel instantly and lunged aside from the beast so that he would land hopefully in the river instead on top of her.

Skavlor shouts up a the bird man, "Nos weres fines gos aways!"

Dergious stomps down to the river itself, and brings his warhammer up and then down. The enchantments of the weapon flare in a pure, white light, and the water freezes completely for a good way. The dwarf, muttering something about "blasted fools", stomps out onto the ice he had created until he was within reach of water untouched by his efforts. Again be lifts the heavy hammer, and again he slams it down. He repeats again and again, creating a bridge across in increments.

Tomlin lands in the river with a splash. The creature looks dazed but for a second before he takes to the skies again. Being a Chaos based creature, it surprisingly leaves Jacklin alone now. He turns to the big, loud mouthed dwarf. For a few seconds the creature does nothing. Then, his purpose is realized as a shower of the same goo which turned him flows from his mouth and falls towards the dwarf.

Dergious said to Nemisis, "I say we drop it down te da caves below, den seal da riverbed above it. Problem o' da water be solved. Des idjits no be listenin."

Calen chooses to linger by the stone he'd emerged from, while looking at the scene, still. While doing this, he's fighting off the sensory overload, an unfortunate side-effect of his suddenly departing from a confined area into.. whatever this is. As such, he's not about to inquire about the situation at large, but he is speaking regardless, though it's just to ask himself, "How did I get to this place..?" the confusion of his words quickly giving way to annoyance, for he wants answers now, as the shock of everything quickly wears off and his mind and body rapidly work to synchronize with each other fully.

Nemisis walks pass everyone quietly. His eyes would glow and a red aura would encase his body but nothing happened. His powers seemed to be effected by the stone, whether it was good or bad was a mystery at this point. As he calmly made his way through the constant fury of people, he stopped at Jacklin. Staring at her working frantically he asks calmly, "Oi, need help?"

Skavlor mumbles to himself "blasted fools? yes thats will works nicely.." the fermin leader whispers to one of it's underlings, "bring the blasters".

Nemisis said to Dergious, "Lead the way"

Liana utters a half sigh, half sob of relief as she watches Dergious work, one eye kept, of course, upon the beast which sought Jacklin's blood. "Keep it that way!" she calls urgently, air already in evidence, for a large pile of the recently excavated earth flows towards her, held by no hand. The debris hovers for a time whilst, still using air, Liana shapes and moulds it to what she needs. Once tolid enough, it is allowed to lower just before the leading edge of the ice. Here, Liana struggles, for it took a monumental effort to hold that fragile earth together, even more to guide it into place against the tangle of weeds she had created. And yet, with sweat dripping from the smooth brow of Liana, with much trembling of body and gasping of breath, it is completed. Air is packed in a solid punch then, violently compressing the earth against the weeds, tangling the two together to create a natural barrier against the flow so helpfully slowed by the efforts of the dwarf. "Hurry with the detour, and then I can block the upstream flow. oh Gods, please hurry!"

Jacklin growls in undeterred frustration at having heaved herself out of line just so she would not have been toppled by the newly emerged bat-beast-looking monstrosity. Palms planted flat against the earth she easily cast herself upright again. As Nemisis approaches and flicked a finger in the direction of Dwarf blathering about some cave and the river, "He apparently has another idea, aside from this. If we can divert the water here, and you help him with the other, all will be fixed for now. Maybe. Go with him if he needs help with the plan."

Dergious had no idea the goo was flying his way, until it happened to come in contact with his hammer on one of his tireless backswings. The enchantment freezes the spewed substance immediatly, which shatters into icy particles all around the filthy dwarf. He turns about, wondering what exactly happened.. and then gruffly brushes any remnants from his stout form. He then continues his work, still having no idea what had happened.

Dergious completes his bridge across, and turns back to Nemisis. "Foller if yer gonna." He says, then addresses the rest, "I cud be usin sum earth movers te boot!"

Tomlin continues to spread the goo from his mouth, aiming at random people all over the area. He regurgitates once on Liana, once on Nasurate, and once on Jacklin.

Larket Sewers

Dergious points at the south wall... "We needs te be makin a cavern thru dat wall!"

Saul said to Dergious, "If you will sir, I could freeze up the wall to weaken its integrity."

Dergious said to Saul, "Dat be werkin... but hold a sec."

Dergious stomps over to the wall, pulling a long pike from a pouch much to small to hold it. Wicked acid drips from the tip.

Dergious dropped 1 Acid-Bite Pike.

Saul gives a slight bow," Yes master dwarf." the avian begins to remove his enchanted gloves to reveal his dark blue hands. Ready to help when called upon.

Dergious grabs up the pike and stabs deeply into the wall, creating a dozen deep holes, in which he shoves bright, humming crystals.

Dergious dropped 12 crystal.

Dergious said to Saul, "Now freeze er up!"

Dergious looked at Nemisis.

Dergious gave 1 stone mallet to Nemisis.

Dergious said to Nemisis, "When it be frozen o'er, ye strike da stone... be reddy fer sum s'plodin!"

Saul nodded and rushed to the wall, slapping his hands against the areas without the acid and closing his eyes. Just from his touch alone the wall began to freeze with heavy ice but it wasn't enough and he knew it. A bright flash rippled from the shoulders of the frigid avian and pushed into his hands then the wall, freezing it deeper and deeper. With one more final push the avian stepped away from the frozen section," I got it as deep as I could."

Dergious concentrates upon the crystals, agitating the molecules within to the breaking point. When Nemisis strikes, the crystal will explode with tremendous force.

Dergious picked up 1 Acid-Bite Pike.

Dergious picked up 12 crystal.

Nemisis walks up to the wall before laying hand on Dergious and pushing him saying quietly, "Stand back." It was obvious he was not himself due to the glow and aura he had around him. His reaction was increasing to the point red sparks can be seen trailing across his body. His eyes glowed with chaos and his powers increased. The demi looked at himself and his palms, studying and rather amazed at the surge of energy he's receiving from the stone. Opening and closing his palms he decides to run a test. Lifting his palm outward to the southern wall of the sewers, he braces himself. His feet are spread out and he lines them up with his shoulders. Next the draconian would grab his arm with his free hand and concentrate. The chaos within him was pleading to escape and it licked the space around him. Closing his eyes for a brief second, all sound and images vanish leaving him to be one with the violent element. His body would flash with red sparks and his entire palm would glow red. Nemisis would channel a large surge of the chaos within him at that single exit point before releasing it. In less than a second the chaos took hold of a surprisingly larger range of space and disrupt its position from still to forward, relaying a deadly force to the wall. This spatial blast would strike, breaking forth a hole in a wall, large enough for two dragons to escape at the same time if needed. The recoil would break the floor beneath the demi as well as send him back a few feet. As debris flew, his palm sizzled with power.

Saul stood back when the man told Dergious to stand back, he watched silently while he started to charge his power, looking back to the wall and to the man, taking a few steps back before that violent blast came and the wall was ripped apart. The avian acks and ducks as he too is thrown back from the force and a few debris colliding into the sewer wall behind him. Dust settling and the sudden explosion well over he stood up," Well that was effective!"

Dergious turns as a screaming little creature comes barrelling down the tunnel from the north. The fermin's eyes are wild, and there is an odd grin on his face. "Blaster time!" it screams in a high pitched squeek and it actually winks at Nemisis as it barrels through them and towards the hole made by Nemisis. "Whut da hairy hell..." is all he has time to say before the creature strikes the stone ahead of him. This results in an explosion of noise and sound and dust and tumbling comes from nowhere.

Nemisis looks at his hands as it continued to sizzle. This power surge was something he liked and nothing he has ever felt before. What happened just now had shocked him as much as Saul despite his facial expression. He was very curious about the fact that shot used to be ten times smaller than before with the same amount of energy put into it. These observations would be kept quiet as he looked towards Dergious and said, "Now what?"

Garith appears from the north.

Dergious said to Saul, "Dat wuz one creepy lil varmit."

Saul said to Dergious, "Aye...some sort of rat...thing?"

Garith runs into the area, almost slipping on a spot of ichor, he lets out a loud sigh, "Tell me what needs to be done."

Dergious said to Garith, "We made da cavern, now we gots te bring down da cielin above while dat un *nods to Saul* freezes da water comin down."

Saul looked over at Garith as he slipped, laughing a bit before walking to the hole in the wall to inspect it some," Well Garith, we are just waiting on orders from Dergious here." he gave a glance to Nemisis, watching his sizzling hands," That is some real power you got there man." The icy avian continued to inspect the large hole and gave a whistle.

Dergious shouted, "We be bout reddy! Freeze whutcha can above, an we be doin da same below! Get sum friggin tree tuggers te be repairin da river bed after da rock falls te us!"

Dergious said to Garith, "Ye gots any idears?"

Skavlor looks around at the fermin gathered here and points to the crater, "Everyones intos the pools."

Garith said to Dergious, "I'm afraid I may not be of much help there, I can offer my strength, command away."

Dergious said to Skavlor, "Ye gots annudder creep we can be chuckin at da ceilin"

Dergious dropped 1 Frost-Worm Hide.

Dergious dropped 1 Frost-Drake Scales.

Dergious dropped 1 Ice Wyvern-Hatchling.

Dergious dropped 1 Ice-Wyvern Scales.

Dergious dropped 1 Frostmare.

Skavlor said to Dergious, "This one does in facts but they ares a holys orders sos pleas dos not calls thems "creeps""

Dergious shrugs and points to the animals and items he brought via psychoportation. "Dem, an dat un *nods to Saul* is gonna be freezin up da water! I gonna lift one o' yer order an chuck em at da ceilin... bringin down da rock and da water frum above. Dat un, *nods to Nemisis* gonna be sealin up dat cavern so's nuttin be gettin inte da sewars afterwards, and dat un, *nods to Garith* gonna be helpin dat un. *nods to Nemisis*. Ye gots all o' dat?

Garith nods in respect towards the dwarf, "Understood."

Skavlor said to Dergious, "The waters will pools downs in the lower levels, where we wills bathe in it's for the glory of the mistress."

Nemisis nods to Dergious, "Ready when you are." With that said the assassin begins to pull out two blank scrolls. Hand signals begins to be form with both items in his grasp. As time pass they begin to speed up waiting for his que.

Dergious stomps over to the frostmare, an elemental being of water and air. The horse-like creature regards him with a gold intelligence. "Dis be yer last ride, girl. Yer gonna be ferever trapped in der... keepin dat tainted water froze up. " The frostmare nods in an odd, stoic fashion turns towards the hole ready to charge. The dwarf then turns to Saul, "It can no be freezin it all, but once froze it can be keepin it dat way. Ye up fer it?"

Dergious said to Skavlor, "Bah! We can always be unfreezin it later! "

Saul said to Dergious, "Yes. I can freeze that water for you. For Hollow."

Skavlor snaps it's claws and another "boomer" crawls along the ceiling begins to chant and explodes, followed by another in a long line of fermin waiting to sacrifice themselves for the glory for the Lich Queen.

Dergious turns to the cree- member of the order, and lifts the creature via telekineses. The dwarf grunts, as the the little creature was much heavier than he had anticipated. He pulls power from the artifact atop his head, the naga crown magnifies his strength and the dwarf rallies. "Be reddy!" he grunts, as the now giggling, explosive creature lifts towards the cavern ceiling in the room to the south. As the creature gathers speed, so too does its rapid, maniacle laughter until it strikes the stone. Another massive explosion rocks their entire world, and the dwarf is thrown a good twenty feet to the north from the psychic backlash. He lands on his head, which is fortunate for him... as dwarves are notoriously hard headed, yet he lays unmoving for the moment.

Skavlor said to Dergious, "No needs, the boomerses will blows the ices intos chinks ands we'lls catrs its aways fors yous."

Dergious just lays there as the cavern roof collapses, bringing with it the sky stone, and thousands and thousands of gallons of water.

Saul blinked at Dergoius and then looked up, waiting for the oncomming water and charging up his own liquid ice, that substance that freezes on contact with anything it touched ," Alright, freeze the water. Easy enough!" he lifted his hands slightly that now dripped with the shimmering liquid that froze once it touched the floor." Just a continuous font should wORk!" he was startled by the sudden rush of water and let loose with both hands a large font of the liquid that made contact with the water and mingled with it freezing it all quickly as it kept comming." Uhh..help!?"

Dergious farts in his sleep as the ice wyvern hatchling and the frostmare send waves of cold forward, assisting Sauls efforts.

Skavlor glances at the unconscious dwarf and motions to an underling, "See toos hims, and brings picks, and buckets, and some nices cools drinkses for eveyones with lots of iceses."

Tomlin falls through the ceiling with the big stone. The hideous creature roars violently as he hits the bottom.

Skavlor said to Tomlin, "Goods boys, sit!."

Tomlin is bound by a magical rope, holding his wings together, else he would be ripping Skavlor to shreads right now.

Dergious awakens to a group of "varmit faces", and slaps their well meaning hands away from him. "Gerroff o' me!" he says as he struggles to his feet and stomps unsteadily towards the rest of the group.

Skavlor has his underlings start chipping at the ice to cart it away while more of them hand out drinks flavored with convent (and corrupted) ice chips from the river.

Saul acks as he was being easily overwhelmed and backing up slowly, but feeling the help of the other creatures was nice but it wasn't enough," I can't keep this up!" the young avian called as his font of ice magic started to thin out," I need more ic---" he was cut short as the mare went into the font, closing his eyes at the first sign of the brilliant flash successfuly keeping himself from being blinded temporarily. Once all of this was over, he kept his magics up, hearing things from behind and opeing his eyes to see Nemisis doing something he didn't quite understand but kept his magic up untill he was told to stop.

Nemisis continues his chant when an explosion his heard. He was almost done and it could be seen with the glow of pure white energy within the scrolls he held. As he looked up to see his surroundings he watched as Saul began to shoot for a frosty blue liquid that began to freeze the roaring water of that rushed in from above. However to his dismay Saul was being overwhelmed. Even as the water froze the roar would not stop and the beastly element began to conquer it frozen pieces. Just then Dergious would be seen doing what might be his most beautiful and holy of acts. A paradox considering the man's background. The draconian watched as he tossed the willing frostmare into the storming element, giving its life for the sake of what might be all of Larket if not just their lives. It flared bright white, its essence turning into blinding wisps as it merged itself into the water easily freezing up the majority of the problem. This bought Nemisis the time he needed as he tossed both scrolls into the air and finished up his last hand sign. Tearing deep into the folders of ninja arts he spoke, "Life and its burden would be turned to ash as it witnessed the horror of its sin. Mother nature shall roar in fury as it was awakened from its eternal slumber. The chains of regret and restrain shall be let loose and the ball of fury shall begin!" As he spoke the encantation one scroll would unravel while shining bright golden, characters being etched onto the material as it swirled around the caster. The other would float above him with the color of the sun, spinning violently until one end could not be told from the other. With a deep inhale and exhale he would bring forth a flame to the spinning scroll from the confines of his mouth. The fire energy would combine to created a continous growing ball of flame around him. The other scroll would finally stop after its fifth revolution around the man, sending a series of golden bolts towards his arm which he drew back with a balled fist. For that time only, Nemisis was used solely as a medium to control the earth around him. With a deafening shout the man said, “Forbidden technique unleash! Hakuren!” At the same moment the brute struck the ground, shattering it and transferring all the energy into his arm. The ground beneath him gave wave and the boulders of rock went upwards and began to turn to mud. It began to combine with the growing fireball until the two elements became hot lava which it shot towards hole with the frozen water. Just as the ice gave way did the three elements collide. However, the lava overpowered the water, shooting upwards like a violent geyser bringing forth flame and steam devouring all who was in its way. As the fight came to an end the roaring water would turn from a purr to silence as it was completely consumed to cool of the lava and bring forth new fresh rock, sealing up the whole. As for Nemisis, he would drop to the floor breathing heavily as thousands of shattered ice fell to floor around everyone.

Dergious stomps into the frozen room, peering through it here and there until he spots the sky stone below. He eyes it thoughtfully, wanting a piece but unsure as to how best to get to it.

You breathes heavily before feeling another surge of chaotic energy from the stone. Getting up off his knees he says, "I haven't used that technique in years." His attitude would switch to excitement, "Whoo! Still got it baby!"

Saul gave a slight laugh after all of this was done, leaning upon a wall that was still intact," Well...now that that is over." he slid down the wall to sit in the sludge of the sewer.

Skavlor eyes the large cloud of steam with annoyance and calls some fermin weather mages to herd it into the tunnels where it belongs the now sicking fog slowly makes it's way deeper into the warrens where it will condense over time to the unholy water it once was.

Feoriawind turns the cornor and happens upon Saul. "I'm sorry it took me so long," she apologized. "I hope I did not keep you waiting.

Dergious stomps through the shattered ice to the sky stone. He eyes it with interest, looking for a bit to chip away.

Feoriawind said to Saul, "What did you need of me?"

Saul said to Feoriawind, "Just help me get out of here. I am no more of a help."

Feoriawind said to Saul, "Follow me North"

Skavlor points at a large lump of sky rock, "Takes that's holy relics tos the tempels!"

Dergious breaks off a bit of the sky stone using his Blizzard-Enchanted-War Hammer, which coats the sample in an inch of thick ice. The dwarf pockets the booty and stomps off.

Skavlor leads his underlings off to the temple of the Lich Queen while work crews cart the ice off to a more suitable place. (for dastardly deeds no doubt.)

Nemisis looks to see a rather pocket size chunks of sky stone sitting at his feet. He quietly picks up the two biggest pieces and slips them into his pocket before walking off the site.

Liana is visible long before her form can be seen by a soft, sea green glow which seems to eminate from her very body. Slowly that faint light grows stronger, heralding the arrival of Liana, but a very different Liana than previously see. She walks taller, straighter, and if possible, with more self assurance than before. The expression is as always aleuf, unrevealing of even the tiniest hint of emotion. As she comes upon the gathering, she haults, eyes raking the assembled and the state of play of the water. Using her avatar, Daedria's voice comes forth. "I would ask any and all with the affinity to heal, a love of home and family," here a rather bland look is given to the Dwarf, Dergious, "or simply your own hide, to gather your strength and pool your magics with mine." After such, Liana's hands stretch out, palms thrust forward toward the ichor ridden shards of ice. From the centre, a blast of divine light, painful almost to look upon, dives into the ice, churning the shards with a violent touch. In an instant, all are pooled, only to be struck by a second divine blast. Water, so painstakingly frozen, melts in but an instant, the avatar studying the liquid in place of the Goddess. Hands raise slightly to emit a third blast, this one causing the very cavern walls to rumble in ominous protest. The vile liquid churns, seathes, bubbles, the ichre slowly rising to the surface, leaving clear water in its wake. The avatar performs a simple scooping motion, causing the gray goo to soar into the air. The sphere hangs there, waiting for the next intervention.{{PC|Turel}]
