RP:Awne heals Lisi in the hut

From HollowWiki

Ogre Hut

This dwelling is very basic, a large round hut with battered dull yellow grass and straw piles for the elders to sit and sleep on. The rain drips through the gaps in the conical roof forming pools of mud which the ogres seem to enjoy laying in as two younger ogres easily the size of large humans seem to bathing in it right now. The only mark of anything man or ogre made inside the hut appears to be a large open chest filled with loot from a raid. Weapons, shiny silver and gigantic opals spill out onto the floor the head of the household must be a very high ranking raider to accumulate such wealth.

Awne made her way qucikly along the path with the goblin dragging her along the way. Finally coming up to the familier hut she nods her thanks to the goblin and steps a bit to the side, cracking the door open a little "Sirr Gorrkall? you called forr me?" she calls within, not opening it any father until she had permission.

Lisi lay on the makeshift bed that Gorkall and placed her on when they arrived at his hut. Her nose was going crazy. The smell reminded her of the jail cell that she'd been in, but it was no where near as bad. Her spotted skin was still covered in a cold sweat, and it made her shiver from the winter air. A purple mark resembling the ogre's hand had started to appear around her neck, and she could feel the area pulsing. She wondered how she'd sound if she tried to speak. Instead, she kept quiet. Her eyes moved toward the opening of the hut as she heard a familiar voice, and she hoped it was a good one.

Gorkall had moved away from Lisi after he laid her on the bed. He was rummaging through an old chest and seemed to find what he was looking for. Moving back over to Lisi he held out the object and placed it over her. It was a quilt that had been made out of some rugged cloth. Obviously an Ogre's work. He then turned at the sound of the voice and called out. "Come in, Come in!" He sighed and looked to Lisi. He couldn't figure out why yet he felt guilty for harming her in such a way. Yet she had brought it upon herself by being so insolent to her master. He nodded to himself in reassurance and spoke to Awne who would hopefully be by him. "She spoke out to me in the way. I had to show her, her place. She is no good to me dead, I presume you can fix her?"

Awne moves inside, closing the door behind her to take in the scene. Her lips turn down in a frown at the marks around the girls neck, she knew what that felt like...Sighing she moves to the bed, taking a seat at the womans side and gently rests a hand on the girls neck, both hands gently moving around "I'm just feeling yourr neck Miss Lisi.." she says softly to her so she wouldn't scare her or anything. It didn't seem too bad. Her hands glow blue as she sends healing to the skin and muscles, the energy beginning to repair the damage as the marks begin to fade "You may need to teach a pet a lesson but therre arre otherr ways to do so Sirr Gorrkall." she says lightly, it was a repremand, there was no mistake in that.

Lisi snuggled herself under the quilt, despite how oddly made it was. As long as it covered her cold skin, she didn't mind. She smiled lightly at the feline as she walked in and sat beside her. She flinched a little as she placed her hands on her neck, but relaxed as she began her work. She took a breathe and said to Awne in a whisper, "Didn't think I'd meet you again in this fashion." She let herself a little laugh. "It was only a little tough love, eh, Gorkall?" She directed her emerald eyes over at him, trying to figure out the change in his mood. One minute he was choking her to death, the next he's going out of his way to heal her. Normally, she'd be trying to pull the same move on him, but she imagined that he'd only do her worse in the end.

Gorkall stood idle by Awne. He wished to snap at her in spite for her remarks. After all Lisi was his and he would do as he pleased. Yet he wished no more quarrels with the white one and she was healing his pet for free after-all. He let his dulled-gaze fall over to Lisi as she spoke in a weak tone. A frown was laced across his visage in the moment but he had to force back a smile at her words. He liked this one for some reason, she seemed about as screwed up in the head as he was. As Awne continued to mend the injured creature he reached up to scratch at the base of his horns. His eyes closing in an attempt to think straight as the sounds of the city began to erupt into an unruliness. Ultimately unable to finish the thought he had begun he simply leaned against the middle pillar in his hut and awaited Awne to finish her work.

Awne allowed one hand now to continue the healing while the other slowly moved downward to check the rest of her body. She frowns at a snag in the back that draws her attention; sending energy to it sooth the muscles over from whatever had happened. She chuckles faintly "You arre a strrange one arren't you." she says to the woman, a warmness to her tone and eyes, fondness for another of her race.

Lisi catches the ogre's smile and give a small one back. She felt sorry for speaking out, and she wondered if it was from the beating he'd given her. The feline looked back at Awne, "I wouldn't really say weird. Just positive." She let her body relax as her muscles started to heal and she could feel her body warming from the work the other feline was doing. Her eyes closed and she took a deep breath. A few thoughts ran through her head but one of them stuck out. She opened her eyes and turned her head over to Gorkall, "What did you mean in telling that elf? About things not being what they seem around that girl?"

Gorkall had dropped his head to the floor but raised it back at Lisi's question. His hand waving in dismissal at the question. "Don't worry your mind on that, Kitten. It's none of your concern." Gorkall then remembered what he was thinking of as he turned his head to face the chains that hung low from the walls on the right side of his hut. He stared to them for a few moments and pulsed his jaw as he pondered. They were binding chains. He had originally planned to bind Lisi to the center pillar in the middle of his hut for the evening to provide her punishment. Yet something caused him to feel a little less hostile. He turned and eyed Awne in the back of the head as she worked on Lisi. His eyes shifted between the two felines and he spoke in a low voice almost to himself. "The white one will allow you to stay at her home for the evening, Kitten. She doesn't have the heart to say no." Gorkall nodded his head to the chains against the wall. All parties smart enough to assume what would happen if the slave or healer choose not to obey his order. "You are not to leave her home without giving her prior notice to where your going. You will be there when I come for you tomorrow. Be it early in the morning or late in the evening. She can feed you better than I can as my pocket has recently gone dry and my supplies low. You will obey whatever command she gives you. You will treat them with respect only. You leave whenever she does." His gaze narrowed to Lisi as he grinding his teeth as he thought over his choice making sure it was the right one. "Don't mistake my kindness for weakness again, Kitten."

Awne released the hand to her back and side, the glow fading while for the neck it was just a little longer before the glow would fade. Be it fortune or not she heard the order and turned to the ogre in surprise "what?" she frowns at him, standing to cross her arms, tail twitching. She had not grabbed her cloak when the goblin had dragged her away, and had been in her less warmer attire as she had been in feral form the majority of the day; long fitted top and long skirt in brown. "what do you mean she will stay with me and I do not have the hearrt to say no?" Her ears fall back a moment "I don't mind herr staying but it is my home and you arre a masterr to me Sirr Gorrkall, she can stay but it would be nice if you at least asked me if I had the rroom forr a guest." she was going to be running out of room at somepoint, she knew it, and would have to think of either another addition to the house or stretch the runes to accomidate more to the halls. True though, she could feed the woman easily and with things likely more pleasing or at least different, different was good. Her arms crossed over her chest, it wasn't that she enjoyed being defiant, really, well...maybe since ym's connection to her she felt a little pleasure at the idea of annoying the ogre at least but still this...well this was just rude.

Lisi squinted her eyes at him, but decided not to fight with him. She looked away from him, listening to what he wanted from her, what he wanted her to do. "I promise I won't be a bother, Awne." She told the woman. The healer already had so much by doing her a favor like this, on such a sudden occasion. Unseen, Lisi wrapped her tail around her own leg, a small habit she had.

Gorkall arched a brow to Awne and simply shook his head. "I fear I'm not one much of asking. If you would rather her be bound in chains here. Then that is fine with me. Either way, I don't care." He eyed the chains once more and began to second guess his choice again. His eyes shifting about the room as his anxiety grew making his chest tighter. "Perhaps I should keep her here after all. I'm sure she will approve of the delight of Goblin Brains. Rather crunchy in the center..." Gorkall moved over to the chains and pulled them down from the wall and moved to the center of the room and began fixating the main coil around the pillar.

Awne rolls her eyes at the ogre and moves to the feline, holding her hands out "come on Miss Lisi, I'll take you home and get you something good forr dinnerr." she glances to the ogre with a frown "morre befitting of the feline taste." she sighs faintly "then again, you might like goblin brrains, who knows." she shrugs a shoulder and motions to the woman "come on then, best get home beforre it's took cold to move."

Lisi started to pull herself up and shook her head at the ogre. "I think I'll still take up Awne's offer. Don't get me wrong, I like chains, but I'm not in the mood for it right now." She got to her feet, surprised at how much energy she had thanks to the healer. "And I could use something a little easier on the stomach than...your cuisine."

Gorkall offered no words to the two felines as they took their leave. Instead he made sure the door was shut after their departure and he moved back to the center pillar. Slowly sliding down it until his rump was on the floor. He held part of the chain in his hand and stared to it. His thoughts lost in a mix of emotions best kept to himself as his face turned into one of depression. Ill thoughts and feelings left unspoken as he remained vigilent until something eventful would come to unfold.
