Description:

An immense, double-edged greataxe that would prove unnecessarily cumbersome to most. Standing at roughly 4'3" / 155.5cm, with its massive blade end making up a quarter of that length, Nuial'Ashier is primarily composed of an incredibly heavy, durable, obsidian-hued metal and is lavishly decorated with swirling patterns of gold. The butt of the weapon is leather-wrapped, adorned with a series of nine jagged spikes spaced evenly on three sides. A formidable yet mundane thing, it lacks any form of enchantment, used simply to batter and rend opponents in two.

History:

What is known of this item is that it has been displayed upon the trophy walls within House Stavret for countless years before the terramancer Kirien acquired it as a gift of a sort. Judging by its elaborate design and hefty weight, it may originally have been a ceremonial weapon crafted for show, rather than something utilised in battle. Considering its former place upon House Stavret's walls, however, this is likely not the case.
