Information on Staiwen
Staiwen is an important figure in the guild. While the Guildmaster and the Deputy Leader are concerned with the big picture, he takes care of the little details. He handles information on assassination contracts, posted bounties, petitions for theft and espionage, and helps new members of the Guild get situated. He's also no slouch in the combat department, often training younger and more inexperienced assassins in the ways of stealth and killing.
