Information on Seymour Mahara
‘Knowledge is power’ is the Maharan motto and few embrace that statement more than Seymour Mahara himself. Years of study and practice have been dedicated to the dark arts, so much so that Seymour is capable enough to offer himself up as an instructor for those wishing to learn some of the more advanced arts of necromancy. Phobomancy is the area this Maharan particularly excels in but his knowledge is vast and his capabilities do not end with fear magic. Seymour’s time is spent in Vailkrin, most often found within the Black Library or at the Maharan Manor. Those seeking lessons from Seymour Mahara will soon learn that his time will only be spared for promising students who have demonstrated sufficient understanding of the basic areas of necromancy.
