Information on Oriyan
Oriyan teaches low level battle spells to mages for a small nominal fee. Generally stationed in the Mage's Training Center of the Mage Tower in Xalious, he also takes this opportunity to observe the learning speed and mastery of new magical practitioners, reporting this knowledge to the guild operators for admission consideration. Oriyan is not particularly powerful, though he serves his purpose well.
