A large horse with a midnight blue coat and white mane and tail, hooves glistening like ice. The most defining difference between frostmares and true horses is the fact that the former possess the teeth structure of omnivores, with the flat molars and highly sharpened front fangs. In elder frostmares the mane and tail take on a faint blue tint and appear to writhe and dance in the shape of unnatural flames, not unlike the Night-Mares of the Dark Lands.
