Physiology

Fanged elves are similar to High Elves though they are pale and appear sickly. Their eyes tend to be fairly pale and light as well as their hair. Though frail, they are swift and excel at mobility. They have small fangs, perhaps from a distant race before them and could be considered the descendants of mixed breeding.

Psychology

Fanged Elves are passive but cunning. They are easily offended but will often wait weeks to months plotting the perfect revenge. They also tend to enjoy watching others as knowledge is vital for a fanged elf seeing as their physical bodies are weak. They do not, however, get involved with other races unless necessary for their goals. Seeking their goal at any cost, they will make many sacrifices to reach their destination. Being nomadic, they rarely stay around any location for long periods of time and are generally restless.

Fanged Elf Society

Fanged Elf Society is relatively minimal. They do tend to travel in nomadic tribes and as a result, Fanged Elves end up specializing in their job. Some work as healers, others as craftsmen, some as hunters and gatherers. However, unlike many nomadic tribes, they learn a little of every trade so that that if one should fall unable to work, others may take their place. Oddly, they do have some hierarchy.

First the tribes are divided into many nomadic tribes, scattered through many lands, highly secretive. Upon meeting their own kind, they will mingle without fighting unless provoked. However, rarely would either will claim superiority to the other, but instead prefer to be momentarily equals until they part. While it is rare for them to meet other races due to how seclusive they are, they generally consider themselves superior or equal to other races, almost never considering themselves inferior.

Within the tribes, first and foremost are the elders. They are those who give the tribes their orders and lead their people. Often they are the wisest and most knowledgeable and give direction for the sole purpose of keeping their tribe thriving.

Second in the ranks are the Scholars and Healers for they keep the knowledge and lives flowing.

Then come the hunters and gatherers who provide food for the tribe.

Finally, the other residents make up the bottom of the tribe.

Yet even with the ranks, there are few who would show preference based on ranks alone, instead only using ranks for minor purposes such as seating positions.

Fanged Elves & Religion

Fanged elves are generally not religious, forsaking religion altogether in lieu of knowledge. They will practice certain concepts such as necromancy but without a reason of religion, instead relying on knowledge as their foundation.

Fanged Elf History

The Fanged Elf tribes are rarely seen in history and very little is known of them. The only clues to their history are rare markings left behind as they move and rare sightings-often though mistaken for another race.
