Description:

An eight-foot-tall black-furred saber-toothed panther with glowing crimson eyes. Much like many species in the Shadow Plane, the Tikifhlee have the ability to manipulate shadows, using shadow-melding to blend in with their surroundings, which comes in handy when used as a mount. The Tikifhlee also have a house cat-sized form, allowing them to follow their owner into any size building. They will protect their owner at all costs.

History:

This species of feline hails from the Shadow Plane's version of Catal. Brought over by immigrants to the Shadow Plane's mainland (ie: Lithrydel's mirror), the Tikifhlee adapted rather well to their new environment. Previously, they had been found within The White Woods (the Xalious and Kelay-Sage region), as well as the Lake of Echoed Screams (Larket), but were wiped out entirely--in addition to other species of animals--on the main land from a strange sort of corruption. Only 5 remain from the mainland's bloodline and no longer exist within the Shadow Plane. The last five belong to Khitti, Brand, Lanara, Talyara, and Lionel. OOCly, they are based on Brand's cat, Tiki, who is a bit skittish, so it is said that Tiki must flee.
